Tailgating doesn't even begin to describe how close he was to my vehicle as it looked like he was attached to my bumper. Once he did decide to pass me then he tailgated all the other vehicles that got in front of him. If the people in front of him that he was tailgating did not move over then he was erratically changing lanes back-and-forth at a high rate of speed. Needless to say I will never hire this company if they are going to employ such unsafe drivers.

Hindsight, should have added to contract clauses for full refund if not completed by X date and no outsourcing of construction. Final product looks nice but not worth the frustrations and stress! Wish it was a good experience for our family. Our experience: 1. started process 3/2023 2. No reply to my memos after a month as the Sales Rep left company 3. Started process over again 6/2023. Confirmed and accepted quote. 4. Sent follow up memo 7/10/2023 as no updates had been provided after accepting quote. 5. 7/27/2023 sent proof of funds memo from bank per 7/26/2022 Northland request 6. 8/3/2023 sent memo to Northland asking for update on start date. Reply was material delivery mid Oct with start date 2wks after 7. 9/21/2023 sent memo asking for updates. Reply was that project is being delayed to Nov 8. 10/29/2023 sent memo asking for update. Another delay with material delivered targeting 11/142023 9. 11/2/2023 notified by Northland that material is on back order. New target delivery 12/1/2023 10. 11/10/2023 I asked for $13.3k deposit be returned as competitor, Sherman Building, said they had materials and could start and complete by first week in Dec. "Verbal" agreement by Northland to refund deposit. 11. 11/16/2023 sent memo for confirmation of refund. 12. 11/17/2023 Northland refused to provide full refund of deposit. Another delay with material delivery to 11/27/2023. 13. 11/17/2023 new material delivery date of 11/21/2023 and construction start same day. 14. 11/21/2023 construction starts. Discovered this crew was just hired and was working first build with Northland. . Crew was very nice! 15. 12/11/2023 construction completed. Large panel on front was damaged and needs replacement. Put hold on final $2k payment until project complete. 16. 12/27/2023 sent memo asking for update on replacing panel along with roof leaks fixed. 17. 2/6/2024 memo from Northland stating panel and leaks were fixed.

Our Northland building was put up in late November 2017. While the building itself is fine, the…read moreworkers left the condition of the floor so pitted and uneven as to render it unusable. In addition, there was so much debris left, including screws and sharp metal scraps, that it took over a day to clean up. The company was unwilling to do anything, saying it's in the contract that there will be scrap building material to clean up, and that they don't do 'finish work.' I would NOT call what they left 'finish work,' but instead has taken days and hundreds of dollars to make the building actually ready. Had we known the condition in which our barn would be left, and how much money it would take to complete it, we would NEVER have chosen Northland.

They also told me more about their form fabrication facility and how that helps improve the quality of the concrete product in the end.
