Finally he came to look at what I needed done he was at my house over an hour (chatting), did not make any notes about job, when I asked about a written estimate he looked in his truck and gave me a notebook and after looking for a page that wasn't scribbled on I wrote my name and info down for him. He said he would get me estimate right away and be able to put gutters on in the next week. Well, no estimate came and after 3 phone calls and emails asking for it... the week came and went. Not only did he waste my time chatting with me, he never bothered to get me an estimate or show up to do any work. I never heard from him again and had to call someone else to schedule the job. Based on my experience I can't recommend their services, not sure how the work would have turned out anyways, if they don't care enough to treat you right to earn your business, I can't imagine the work being any good.

As a general contractor with over 20 years in business, I was not impressed with their work. They ripped out whatever was in their way and left a mess that had to be fixed/covered up. In one instance, they only needed a couple inches and they could have installed the duct behind a closet wall/bi-fold door but instead they busted up the trim and tore out framing to do their install directly in the way of the door. I understand that the owner who was selling the house probably didn't care - they likely just wanted the "cheapest" thing done to get the sale, but it showed a distinct lack of foresight AND a lack of respect for the new owners (my sister, brother-in-law and their kids). It really isn't THAT much more difficult to CARE about one's work! Based on that, I cannot recommend them.
