On Friday, July 5th 5:45 I encountered a locked door (well inside the regular opening hours). This was the third time in a year that I went to Harvard Square in vain. Occasionally I need repairs. Leather World seems to be the only Rimowa option around Boston. A half dozen repairs were done okay, but not always on the first try. Often they leave glue residues inside and never make an effort to remove dents. I had repairs done in Frankfurt at the the airport and in Beijing with much better results.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The last time I was there, a salesperson talked me out of buying a voltage converter so I could be prepared for every possible scenario on an upcoming trip, and told me that almost all electronics made within the last 5 years have built-in converters.
