It's clean, not cramped at all, and there's plenty of seating, which makes waiting much more comfortable than at other laundromats. That said, the pricing really threw me off. The smallest washer (20 lb) is $5, which is honestly wild, I've never paid more than $3 for a machine that size anywhere else. While drying is free, it takes a very long time. The dryers don't seem to get very hot, and it feels like the heat and time decrease the more you dry, which forces you to separate loads just to get everything fully dry. Overall, the space itself is nice and comfortable, but the high washer prices and inefficient drying make it hard to justify coming back regularly.

The dryers when putting to dry tend to open on their own and smeared all my clothes all over the floor since the machine continued to spin with the door opened. Secondly I was trying to open one of my washers after the washing cycle was over and the door was stuck. I tried various ways to try opening the door and from a distance the maintenance lady who was cleaning the washers behind me yelled at me to not pull the door instead of her approaching me to help me. Finally when she noticed that it was stuck she walked over and said she was going to open it for me and guess what? She ended up pulling it open forcefully which to that I replied to her " so you still ended up pulling it open either way right?! " this place should just close with the few washers and dryers of poor service. They give poor maintenance to the machines as you can see in some of the photos posted that they are all labeled with the red tag because they don't work. Having a rude lady managing with poor communication skills and costumer service just doesn't help at all. Never again will I ever come here.

I've seen Flor several evenings helping family after family and attending to various customers at once. Cleanliness: this location is fairly new so everything is still in pretty good shape. But on top of the newer machines, everything is clean and well maintained Time of day: we've been multiple times at various times of the week and never had to wait for machines. Parking: there has always been parking when we've come. Fully stocked: in case you forgot any items you may need to get your washing done - they conveniently have a fully stocked area to choose from. Of course over priced but it's there in case you need it. Extras: there are vending machines, massage chairs, arcade games, and more!
