Since coming here my clothes feel softer and cleaner and I didn't have to change detergent to get this affect. I guess having clean washers and dryers is all it took lol.

Uncomfortable interactions and poor customer service…read more I really wanted to like this laundromat. At first it seemed clean and convenient, but over time the experience has gone downhill. Several of the larger machines now smell bad, which is already an issue. On top of that, interactions with staff have consistently been uncomfortable. Anytime we ask to break a $20 or $100 bill (which is pretty standard at laundromats), the response is dismissive or flat-out refused, without explanation or effort to help. The tone from staff often comes across as condescending rather than professional. There also seems to be a communication barrier, which wouldn't be a problem on its own--but instead of trying to clarify or help, it creates tension and frustration for customers. Most recently, we were told we couldn't start a wash late in the evening, only to watch another customer be allowed to do so minutes later. No explanation, no apology. Between the odors, inconsistent rules, and uncomfortable staff interactions, the overall vibe just isn't welcoming. Customer service matters, and unfortunately this place falls short. Any efforts being made to clean the machines have not resolved the problem and require improvement. Intent doesn't negate impact--discomfort was still caused.

But the reason is the lady that works here is always rude to me she's mean and I let it go but this time she accused me of braking a glass window from the washer machine i told her " wait a minute no I did not and said yes you did this wasn't here before and honestly I told her I don't need to lie about this idk what she was doing during her shift that she never noticed it there was no signs not to use it . I had enough with this lady I told her I don't wanna argue with you. Please call the owners I don't want you to make up a lie that I did this when I know I did not . She refused to give me their number and refused to call. She said I'm gonna report it and I told her call them so they can check the cameras because I know I did not do this unless she already knew about it and she needed someone to accuse. I heard her talking to ppl about what happened and I went up and told her your mean and rude and you have a nasty attitude:/ idk but honestly she probably thought I'm a teenager or in my 20! Today was the fist time that the employee on site took my clothes out of the washer and left them in a cart. She said other people needed the machine and my clothes were sitting for over 30 minutes. Yet my other loads were right next to it and had also just finished. It wasn't more then 5 minutes my clothes had stopped and my clothes was taken out. I didn't like that. My underwear and bras were just left there for everyone to see. I under other people need to use the machines but sometimes you have to wait just like I do when the machine I need isn't available. I'm disappointed this happened here, more so the fact that the lady said it had been over 30 minutes when I knew in fact it had only been a few.

That loyalty clearly meant nothing. Recently, I had an item done (not naming what it was), and they did it wrong. When I went back to have their mistake fixed, instead of owning it, I was met with attitude like it was somehow my fault or like I should've just taken the loss. After nearly two decades of giving them my business, that's the treatment I got. On top of that, their prices have gone up significantly. I understand everything costs more nowadays, but when other cleaners in Downey are offering better service and better prices, there's no excuse. That interaction was the last straw. After years of loyalty, this place made it very easy to take my money elsewhere. I've already found a new cleaners in Downey that values customers and gets the job done right. No hard feelings.
