I got an advertisement in Facebook for this laundry call Wash n Chill. It's redone it is in the city of Huntington Park off of Florence and Saville behind the chicken taco place. I was happy to see New machines,Big Dryers, sinks, plenty space to fold clothes even for people in wheelchairs.There is always someone on duty to help you load your Wash card which pays for everything at this location,the restrooms are clean and they have a small play area for kids. The best part if you come in now mention the Facebook special ( WASH10) you will get 10 Dollar credit and it you mention Crazyuncle on the street they d will double SO YOU GET 20 DOLLARS FREE ! DO NOT RECOMMEND - HORRIBLE STAFF, FALSE ADVERTISING, AND DISRESPECTFUL SERVICE! If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I came here because I saw a promotion on Instagram, and I deeply regret even stepping foot into this laundromat. The laundry facility itself is small and has a community feel, which I appreciate, BUT the staff here? Absolutely unacceptable. Rude, condescending, and outright misleading. FALSE ADVERTISING & STAFF WHO LIE TO CUSTOMERS On February 2, 2025, around 6 PM, I came in specifically to redeem a promo they advertised a free $10 with no stated minimum amount required. When I walked in, the staff immediately hovered over me, refusing to let me redeem the promo on my own. The older lady working insisted she had to do it for me. Then, out of nowhere, she tells me I have to add at least $25 or more to even get the free $10. Excuse me? That was NOWHERE in the advertisement. I showed her the post, and she still kept insisting on the fake minimum. To make matters worse, she kept speaking to me in Spanish even though I was clearly responding in English. I'm Hispanic, but that doesn't mean you can force Spanish on me. Just before I arrived, I watched her speak English perfectly to another customer, but she refused to do the same with me. That alone made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. When I told her I'd like to handle it myself, she hovered over me the entire time, trying to intimidate me and tell me it "wouldn't work." Well, guess what? I followed the Instagram instructions exactly as stated, and it worked without any issue proving that she was lying to me the entire time. This isn't just bad service; it's straight-up deceptive business practices. Why offer a promo and then try to scam customers with fake rules? After that, she continued watching me while I was washing my clothes and whispered to a co-worker about me in Spanish. Unbelievable. I came here for a simple laundry trip and ended up feeling targeted, judged, and treated like an inconvenience. SECOND VISIT, ANOTHER DISRESPECTFUL EXPERIENCE I decided to give this place one last chance on February 8, 2025, and surprise, surprise the same rude, older lady was working the night shift again. This time, the issue was the restroom. I asked to use the restroom, and before even letting me in, she says "I need to enter the restroom first to make sure there are no surprises." EXCUSE ME? What kind of disgusting, disrespectful, and insulting comment is that? She literally insinuated that I would trash the restroom before even letting me in. I have never felt more humiliated in a public business. This woman has zero customer service skills and should be nowhere near a customer-facing role. Instead of doing her actual job of keeping the place clean, she's too busy hovering over customers, making them uncomfortable, and lying about promotions. FINAL VERDICT: AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I will never come back, and I suggest everyone avoid this place until the owner seriously re-evaluates their staff. Here's my advice to management: * Train your employees properly--stop misleading customers about promotions! * Teach staff not to hover--people don't want someone breathing down their neck when entering personal information. * Stop with the rude, unnecessary judgmental comments--if a customer needs the restroom, don't treat them like a criminal. * If someone speaks to you in English, respond in English. Forcing Spanish on me despite my clear responses in English was beyond inappropriate. This laundromat had potential, but the way it operates is shady, unprofessional, and downright disrespectful. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. read more

I've been coming to this laundromat for a while and was always impressed and welcomed by a young lady named Janeth. I've recently learned that she was let go for reasons that are not valid. Disappointed in management for letting go good people. Good people are difficult to find. I will have to reconsider Coming back after learning that she is gone. New staff doesn't engage with friendly help like she did. SMH. read more

It's clean, not cramped at all, and there's plenty of seating, which makes waiting much more comfortable than at other laundromats. That said, the pricing really threw me off. The smallest washer (20 lb) is $5, which is honestly wild, I've never paid more than $3 for a machine that size anywhere else. While drying is free, it takes a very long time. The dryers don't seem to get very hot, and it feels like the heat and time decrease the more you dry, which forces you to separate loads just to get everything fully dry. Overall, the space itself is nice and comfortable, but the high washer prices and inefficient drying make it hard to justify coming back regularly.

The dryers when putting to dry tend to open on their own and smeared all my clothes all over the floor since the machine continued to spin with the door opened. Secondly I was trying to open one of my washers after the washing cycle was over and the door was stuck. I tried various ways to try opening the door and from a distance the maintenance lady who was cleaning the washers behind me yelled at me to not pull the door instead of her approaching me to help me. Finally when she noticed that it was stuck she walked over and said she was going to open it for me and guess what? She ended up pulling it open forcefully which to that I replied to her " so you still ended up pulling it open either way right?! " this place should just close with the few washers and dryers of poor service. They give poor maintenance to the machines as you can see in some of the photos posted that they are all labeled with the red tag because they don't work. Having a rude lady managing with poor communication skills and costumer service just doesn't help at all. Never again will I ever come here.

I love how clean this place is, very easy to use! This laundry place provides a card to use for any machine and you can re-fill the card to the amount you want. That same card can even be used on their vending machine! Very modern and the employees are very helpful, they have a small area with toys that kids can use to play and I think that's very thoughtful. And don't worry about language barrier, the washers here have a language display on the top right so you can understand and follow the instructions in the washer/dryer. En español! I LOVE this laundromat and it's convenient located in the middle of my neighborhood. All machines are the newer model commercial speed queens and are all reasonably priced. The staff are always welcoming and keep the place in tip top shape! BEFORE YOU GO: This laundromat doesn't take coins like your standard laundry. They use a special tap card that you have to load up with money at a kiosk located at the back of the laundromat. If any questions the staff would be more than happy to assist you :) read more

The laundry mat is nice and clean at first I was confused because most laundry mats is usually with coins but the concept of the card is nice and easy to get and if you have trouble they don't mind helping you they have a tiny little kid area which is thoughtful and they have a good amount of space to fold which is nice because some places don't have that. read more
