With 56 washers and out of 56 only 32 work what a shame I know for a fact that laundromat leave money and they can get them to work what a shame. Horrible service! My grandparents are elder! And they need multiple carts for multiple bags of clothes since they do go alone and they can't pick up heavy things! This lady told my grandparents only on cart per customer! How the heck can that be possible for an elderly person! So WRONG! I went there for fluff and fold. Great service! It is in a laundry mat and you'll have to go in a find an employee to let them know what you want. There is a desk, but the people that work there also work the machines. Very nice service and kind person that helped me. I went in the late morning and they finished my laundry, 40lbs!, the next day! All My clothes smelled very nice and everything was folded great! Horrendous quality wash. Machines were filthy if not broken. Only needed to wash 3 large Cal King comforters because my favorite cleaners were closed early for the holidays. What the heck clean it myself. I was in the area why not? I thought. ALL the driers latches were broken. Needed to push start on driers every few minutes because the door would open. Every other machine was out of service and filthy. And it's a Wednesday between 6AM and 10AM! I'd hate to see what Saturday and Sunday look like. 1star was because at least the bathroom was clean and it was fairly quiet and 2 star because at least people recognized I was American and talked to me in English. If machines are almost $7 dollars a wash can the laundry soap dispenser at least be clean? To make matters worst it appeared an employee stopped my drier to clean the lint screen and denied it. Guy that works there would not allow the doors to be closed. When asked he simply shrugged his shoulders and said no. It was very cold and windy and it seemed to not matter to him that we had a senior citizen with us. This is not customer service at all, seems like he was hired a few minutes ago. The card system doesn't seem to be working and when asked for helped you're looked like you're an idiut. Bad costumer service Don't recommend this place. read more

I have to use a laundromat and I hate it and put it off as long as I can. With Safe at Home going on I decided to try Sparklean and spoke with Donna a few times because I was concerned about the price. I was convinced it was going to cost me $150 because I had waited so long -again. She was so patient with me - I felt like I was talking to a friend. My laundry was picked up and returned the next day-,for ONLY 56!!!!!!! I received a $10 credit for the first time! My clothes and sheets felt like they were ironed! The fluff and fold service was unbelievable!! I used this service several times and I was 100% satisfied with my clothes. One of the few things I truly enjoyed was the detail in which they fold all my clothes, even my socks!! Also , the turn around time was faster than any other similar service I have used in the past. Let me start by saying ive been washing here for about 6 months i work close by and i was skeptical at first but what i have observed is that ELIZABETh the lady with the long braid she is such a sweetheart such a hardworker iam here 2 times a week and she deserves a raise she should be the supervisor here not even the manager works as hard as she does the manager is a piece of work but anyways. Elizabeth shes so awesome. Its hard to find people that are so hardworking and honest thats why i took time to leave this review. I have been going there for almost 9 years and lately almost all the small machines are out of order. When you tell the staff that machine is not working, is because it's not working. No reason to lie. I had a bad experience with one machine and when I went to notify the staff, they said it was ok. As I open the machine, it did not rinse at all. I had to spend more money on another machine. As for the dryers, lately I have to add more money in order to get my clothes to dry. I don't like to try new laundry places, but I feel it's time. read more

This place is great lots of machines plenty of space and can I mention the attendant is very helpful I couldn't figure out the machine and its functions since I'm used to using coins and this is card only nice touch so you don't have to touch all that nasty money!! I Can't believe I didn't know about this Laundry.. This is not your ordinary laundromat.. This place is super big and so clean.. There are all sizes of machines and lots of space to fold your clothes.. No coins here.. There is a card system that accepts credit/debit. There is always an attendant on duty if you have any problems.. The laundry gets decorated for holidays, a super nice touch.. They've even done a TV giveaway! Today i went to wash and witnessed something very unfair. I always wash here at diferrent times and days. I over heard a women customer asking the attendent on shift to turn on the air condotioner. The lady working responded by informing the customer that they where on but that there was some of them that were not working properly and pointed out where she could fold and she could get cooler air from the ac's that were working. The customer started yelling and disrespecting the lady that was working there. She threatend to tell the owner about her and write a bad yelp review. Also the lady aproached her to let her know that the owner would like to talk to her and started to be disrespectful to the lady. And lied that the lady had told her that the ac was only working for her because she works there. When i am here i always see the lady working and keeping the laundry clean i have not seen or heard her disrespect any one. From the times that i have been here i always see her say hi and great people. I think that the lady complaining about the ac was very rude to her. I like this laundry the attendents are nice and the place is always clean when i have been hear washing. Its pretty unfair when people try to get othete people in trouble because things dont get done there way or are having a bad day. But to acuse people of something that is not true is pretty bad. I have been washing in this laundry for more then 4 years now and I love coming here. Even when I have to drive about a mile to get there, when I have about 4 laundries near by, but don't care because Sparklean is the place where I feel welcome every time. The attendants are always very helpful by offering carts to customers even before entering the laundry. There's no other laundry that I know of that rewards customers like this one by making raffles every month (bikes, TVs and baskets full of accessories) and offering a free wash. Liliana one of the attendants is such a big help for me when I need to wash and look up for my active 2 year old. I truly recommend this place to everyone its big, variety of washer and the environment is so peaceful. read more
