Went on Valentine's Day for a nice dinner. Was not at all what we were expecting. Very slow service…read morecold steak and the staff very unfriendly and seemed put out with everyone that walked in. Yes they were busy but it was a big night being Valentine's Day but a good restaurant would plan for that. Asked to speak to manager about the 40 min wait on drinks ( 2 draft beers) and an hour and 20 min wait on diner and salads and 1 appetizer served after our meals arrived all he said was he was sorry and would take care of it. Bill came $140 he gave us 15% off. We didn't ask for any compensation at all he suggested he would take care of it but it just seemed like a slap in the face. Would never recommend this place to anyone

We heard about you via Facebook and we're pretty excited as we live in Bowling Green currently,…read morepreviously Angola, IN. Always looking for options to meet friends half way....anyway the decor, restaurant was fabulous. The Arincini appetizer really good drinks and service (Holly) was great. Unfortunately the food really missed the mark. 45 days of aging...the steak was tender but flavorless. The crab cream topping the same. Our meal came out quicker than the apps...just was strange. The potato tasted old...For a $200 meal you have an expectation and this doesn't meet it unfortunately. I hope you guys do well it really is a neat environment.

We visited on a Saturday morning for breakfast when most of our area was without power after some…read morebig storms rolled through. Admittedly our first choices were not open due to power outages. This is a new place that we have never noticed before. I believe this building used to house Theo and Stacey's and then Berries. The service was attentive and kind here, however our meals left us with a less than stellar opinion and a lack of desire to return. I can see from another reviews here that the owner says the food is mostly "house-made". I am not certain if this phrasing means the same thing as homemade, but none of our meals tasted at all homemade. I ordered the biscuits and gravy with the added option of eggs and potatoes for an extra $3. Nothing on my plate tasted homemade to my palate. The biscuits were not warm and tasted like a premade item, not like a fresh biscuit, at all. The gravy definitely had a canned taste and appearance - not flavorful or very warm. The eggs were fine, cooked to order. The breakfast potatoes did not look fresh cut and were undercooked and not seasoned as our waitress described. They definitely had a premade appearance. I have ordered biscuits and gravy all over this town, I'm not a rookie in this field. ;) My son ordered a Benedict. It was very basic, as expected, but with a bland, cold sauce. My husband ordered an omelet with the breakfast potatoes and toast. If you order sourdough toast it only comes with one piece, which is fine, but it's not true sourdough from a fermented starter. It appeared to be regular, thin bread from a packaged, pre-made loaf. He also commented that the potatoes appear to be out of a frozen bag, not a homemade appearance, taste, or flavor. The omelet was bland but they do provide salt and pepper as well as one hot sauce choice to flavor things up a bit. The coffee was very diner-esque. Lacking in flavor and strength. However our waitress kept our cups full and warm! There were a couple of larger groups present which kept the atmosphere quite loud during our visit. However the restaurant is cute and has quite a few tables to hold a good sized amount of patrons at once. With a tip our total for 3 breakfast entrees and two coffees was just shy of $60. I know that prices are on the higher side these days, but this was extremely disappointing for the food that we were served. There are so many wonderful breakfast restaurants in our area - another choice might benefit both the tastebuds and wallet! I try to be kind but honest in my reviews here, two stars is generous.

Legacy had a super quiet and comfortable atmosphere you could have read a book in there and…read morewouldn't have been disturbed, there was no wait and only two other couple in the building around 3pm -4pm. The food was good and the waitress was on point when she needed to be she was super quick the food didn't take long at all. We go two smash burgers a classic and traditional both greatly prepared I highly recommend this if you're looking for a good burger in the Kalamazoo area our bill was only 33 bucks with burgers fries and drinks
