Well to start if you give them a time, it will always be early. Which is a good thing. I live in a rural lake community, so not many places that will deliver. It's 5 miles. The bad, Dough is raw. So I tried to work with them . I used to make pizza myself many years ago, many. So I would specify, well done. In my world that means run thru 2 times. No. Not bad Pizza if you order Thin. Taste great. Great staff. Only thing if you like a nice crispy pizza, order thin crust and cross your fingers. Such a hurry... Never got a thin well done either... Got the Motor City Meatball as a deep dish and that legitimately might be one of the best pizzas I've ever had. The dough was crispy but aerated with incredibly fresh ingredients. Guy at the counter was nice. All in all, great spot read more

Stick to making pizza and salads, guys, it appears to be the only place your strength lies. My fiancé and I decided to try something different this time, he ordered the lasagna and I the veggie sub on wheat. The lasagna was burnt and the veggie sub was incredibly disappointing. My sub, which was supposed to be on wheat, came on a very dry white sub roll consisting mostly of olives with a few shreds of lettuce, a couple of mushrooms here and there, a sprinkle of banana peppers, and four tiny rings of tomato for color. The house mustard was inedible and I'm thankful it was served in a side cup as it went directly in the trash. We have learned our lesson and will not stray from the pizza and salads when we order from Cottage Inn. 2 thumbs up for the Apple Pie Dessert Pizza, that was delicious!! read more

Whenever we are passing through southern Michigan on I-69, a call ahead to Coldwater Cottage Inn Pizza is a must. From Indiana it's our closest Cottage Inn Pizza, the only pizza shop that makes the Spicy Mediterranean pizza. Be sure to add sesame seeds to the crust. My mouth waters just thinking of it. We are also going to add the Chicken Mediterranean pizza to our repertoire. Same key ingredients but with a little more protein. The staff is accommodating and efficient. They always have the pizza ready when they state it will be ready. And off we go with a hot pizza to enjoy on the road. Yum!! Be sure to grab a few napkins. ;) read more

The worst customer service EVER! We have ordered a lot of food from them & had built up a lot of loyalty points, so we decided to redeem them. Placed an order online, added chicken & mushrooms to my salad, was charged & paid on my charge card. Picked order up at the store, came home, no chicken or mushrooms.... Called back to the store, only to have the employee argue with me that I was not charged! Drive back to the store, with my salad & emailed receipt... Tried showing the employee when I went back inside... she still refused to look at my phone & said there was nothing she could do?! Who says that?! Never offered to make it right, make the salad correctly, NOTHING! I left & left the salad on the counter & she still did nothing to make this right! The WORST customer service experience ever.... I made an order on 3/23/20 at 6pm ask them to deliver later the said yes i gave them my card number they called back and said they could only get 11.94 off for a 24.35 dollar order so i gave them my other card no they took 12.94 off it well do the math 24.88 right then they called to say order is coming but they needed 11.96 in cash what i called to the store ask for manager she yes i asked her name it is confidential ok what?I didn't realize i was calling national security dept never ever order here !!!! Did not fill my order completely. Was told I had to wait 10 min. I declined to wait as the pizza's were getting cold. No requested a refund, and was told I had to wait 3-4 days to refund the portion of my order that was not filled. When I asked why they did not fill my complete order, I was told it was not their fault as the order was entered wrong. Very terrible customer service along with the inability to correct a mistake and refund the amount of the error is inexcusable in today's electronic world. Go to Bubba's for your pizza. At least Bubba's gets your order correct AND they understand customer service. read more

Pizza is awesome... especially the bacon chicken ranch with the parmesan on the crust...great in fact... their chicken parm sub...not so much... almost $14 for a 12" bun with some pre-formed chicken nuggets in a row... pretty gross actually.
