We always swept, we Swiftered, we cleaned counters, but we never got to all the nitty, gritty corners of rooms and bathrooms, dust on moldings, moving furniture every week to get under it, etc. and that builds up fast. After she was done with the place, it honestly looked way better than when we first moved in 3 years before. After that, we realized that obviously our level of upkeep was not cutting it. We now have Christina/Wall2Wall coming by once a month and it's unreal how clean she leaves the place. Every room is organized, cleaned, mopped, and sparkling. But on top of that, it's like an adventure finding all the other things she's cleaned that I never would have even thought of. The damn toaster oven is spotless!! I can't talk about price because as the cheap one, my GF refuses to tell me what it costs but she also tells me it's cheaper than most competitors. I will say I've seen the half-ass work of some larger companies and this is another level. The deep clean was beyond what I had hoped - every banister, every corner, every counter sparkled. What they were able to do in a few hours would have taken me weeks to do - and they did it with such professionalism and such a lovely attitude. The apartment was being painted and needed a good scrubbing by Saturday of that week. Right from the beginning I knew I was in good hands. Caitlin, the business manager has a great phone presence and said she would see what she could do. She called back to say that 2 people could do the job on Friday afternoon. We went through the details of what needed attention and she told me to call her if anything was not up to my standard. When I inspected it on Sunday, the shower doors were sparkling and everything was really nice. I did feel the kitchen floor could have been better. When I called Caitlin she said the cleaners ran out of time (had to get to another job) and that she would personally go and re-do the kitchen floor. What a difference! It's obvious that she scrubbed it - the tiles and grout are now really clean. I can't say enough about this company. They truly live up to the name "Sparkling Clean"! Even though the repair took longer than expected, the fee was the same as initially quoted. Melissa did some kitchen counter caulking and stopped our smoke alarms from beeping. The alarms are in very high ceilings and we are too old to climb ladders. Highly recommend this "Handywoman" business!
