Luis & Sons initially stopped by to provide an estimate for rain gutter cleaning and were extremely thorough in explaining the process and what they thought needed to be done. Luis Jr suggested gutter guards for major gutters and instead of tacking on a marked up price, suggested where to buy some ahead of time on Amazon. We hired Luis & Sons and they did a wonderful job and cleaned up after themselves leaving our home looking better than it did before. I had a great experience with Luis & Sons. They were able to give me a quote over the phone that was very competitive with other quotes I received. In fact, they gave me the best price. I was little concerned that with that type of pricing I would get the results I was looking for, especially with a very large arched window on the 2nd floor - and being on a hill it's very high. I didn't need to be concerned. Moises showed up on time and went right to work. I pointed out a couple of areas that I was concerned with as we did a brief walk through and he assured me they wouldn't be a problem. We'll, within a couple of hours he was done and the results were exceptional. Not only were the windows clean, he removed all the screens and washed them as well. The folks who had done may windows before just couldn't seem to get it together this time and with a 4th phone call no returned, I went on line to seek other options. Got quotes from 4 services all responded quickly, but Luis and his sons came and talked with me, gave me the quote right then and the next morning booked a time that was convenient for me (coincidentally they had the lowest quote). They (3 family members) came, were very pleasant, professional and did a spectacular job (there's actually more light in my house now), my patio (even the stucco on the house around the patio) and the walkway look wonderful after pressure washing. I used San Luis Window Cleaning to wash the windows of my house, based on a Nextdoor recommendation. I have a 2 story house and some windows are hard to reach, not counting that they were very dirty. They quoted me a very fair price. When they came, on time, they lowered the price as it wasn't as many as they realized. They worked in a tandem (dad and son) in a very efficient manner. They were professional all along, helping me fix some screens that were stuck. They even clean my skylight that was hard to reach! Luis and Jose are great! Great guys, very professional, friendly, efficient, prompt, considerate and courteous. A pleasure! They did a fantastic job cleaning my windows (I have 30 of them) and they took great care in removing and re-inserting my screens. The screens were carefully cleaned, as well. They also took great care with their ladder placement against the house and were careful to not mark up the sides of the house, the window sills, frames, weather boarding. etc.. I do think that's important. Great attention to detail. Sills and window frames were cleaned thoroughly, as well. Very nice job! I will definitely be calling them back again, soon.
