Even though Ramon had already invested time and effort into helping us evaluate our options, he never made us feel pressured or guilty about our decision. He remained supportive and checked in periodically throughout the year without ever being pushy. A year later, when we were finally ready to sell, choosing Ramon and his team was an easy decision. From start to finish, the entire team was incredibly communicative and professional. They created a group chat with my husband and me, which made it easy to stay informed, ask questions, and receive updates throughout the process. Ramon and his team also did an excellent job coordinating showings. They ensured we had the ability to approve or decline requests based on our schedule and convenience, which gave us time to prepare and made the process much less stressful. When we eventually received an offer, due to our personal financial circumstances we were facing the possibility of bringing money to closing. (This situation was entirely unrelated to Ramon or his team and was simply the result of not having paid down enough of our mortgage) Ramon was generous enough to voluntarily reduce his commission, which helped us walk away from the sale with money in our pockets. I was told I can put down 3.5% for the down payment. Then was told I needed 100k. Then was told to ask family for loans to get money for more down. I went to another real estate company and was told everything I went through here was unnecessary. My credit was ran and I was charged for nothing. I even wanted to make an offer on a home and was told that was a lot of paperwork involved to make an offer and I wasn't going to get the home, and for me to not even make an offer. I wanted to view homes and never got responses until a week after. Once I hired a new real estate company, Karina would constantly call me trying to regain my business. I told her I have found someone else that was assisting me better and she had an attitude and hung up. She always claims she is the best in the business but it doesn't seem like it! I would never recommend anyone to come here. She tries to take advantage of first time buyers and wants you to do everything within a minutes notice and at her convenience. If the homes you're looking for are not in la county, good luck getting a response in getting to go see them. She also has a family member take over the sale who has no knowledge on buying homes, and when confronted upon the issue she says it was her day off. She may be having people work for her that are not licensed real estate agents and it sadly shows upon the performance of her company. If she needs anything signed or reviewed you have to take the time out of your day to go to her office, she will not go to your home to better assist. She will do whatever is more convenient to her, and also whatever requires less work for her.
