Irvin went above and beyond to help my mom refinance her condo when most mortgage brokers (I'm guessing) wouldn't have touched this deal with a ten foot pole, knowing they would have to be dealing with a condo HOA in order to close. Considering how horrible our experience was in dealing with the HOA, dealing with the HOA also in the capacity there had been two recent fires in the complex, dealing with a family member who did not prioritize helping my mom out when documents needed to be presented, friendly pressure from the previous lender to complete the refinance, etc., we're just so glad this is all over.
