Previous cleaners had completed both bathrooms and the kitchen in that same amount of time. Today I was also charged for more time than the cleaner was actually here, and when I raised the concern, Katie was not apologetic about the experience or the lack of quality. I had to send several messages before the cost was finally adjusted.
