Requested services when we got too busy to keep up with all our housework due to our high demand…read morejobs. They delivered everything they promised and they left our house sparkling clean. The job was done thoroughly, nothing was missed, and although I am super OCD about cleaning even I was impressed and will continue to use them on a regular basis. ALSO had tried Merry Maids however the job was pathetic at best, and I demanded they come back and 'redo' multiple times for the price I paid for them. Had a private cleaner for a while however she just kept doing less and less as time went on. Friendly, trustworthy, hardworking- can't say enough. Thanks guys!!

I requested a deep clean for a family member. The date scheduled they give you a time and say that…read morethey have a 1 hour window so they were to arrive at 10am but had till 11am for the one hour window. Shortly after 11am I sent a text asking about the cleaner and someone called me stating that they would check into it. This went on until after 12pm when we were told the cleaner had a medical emergency and asked to reschedule to 2 days later. I agreed to this. The cleaners showed up within the one hour window and we were told it would be two cleaners and take approximately 3 1/2 hours for the home. My son-in-law did the walk through and said the entire first and second floors and the half bath in the basement. The cleaners were at the house for nearly 5 hours and when my daughter arrived home the cleaners were just finishing. My daughter asked one of the cleaners about the primary bedroom (1st floor) because it was not touched. The cleaner said 'oh was that supposed to be done? Well I can do it quickly' my daughter passed on this as it had been 5 hours already. After the cleaners left my daughter did a walk through of her home and to say disappointed is an understatement were what needed to be cleaned! The basement half bath wasn't done at all despite the cleaners being down there together for 15ish minutes. The main bathroom toilet was not touched. The door frame by the garage door wasn't touched. Again not to mention the primary bedroom. I spoke with Alan that evening about everything and provided photos. He offered to send someone back out that evening or next day to finish. My daughter and son in law declined as they have been handling things for their children and wouldn't be home. Alan did provide a discount to me and 30% off should we book with them again. We won't book again. This was very disappointing I wanted my daughter to come home to a clean home after having her babies early and this was not the case at all. Disappointed in the communication on the initial scheduled date and then the lack of a deep clean just topped it off. Highlight would be that the cleaners did a great job on the stairs, sofa and bathtubs.

This was an easy sale for them. what I received was one cleaner for 7 hours who tired out at hour 6. I jumped in to assist in moping, and other various cleaning. the house was not any where near complete once she left. I was none the less charged for the full amount. I would seriously think twice or a thousand times before choosing this company, they do NOT honor contract agreements.

Quality is second to none and the pricing is tough to beat. I have tried other companies and have had to call Innovative back to fix the other company's mistakes or poor workmanship.
