If I could have give this buisness 0 stars I would defaintly do so!!!!…read more I hired this office to do a simple thing for me just to apply and recive my general contractor which soppouse to be sure a simple task when I asked bozman himself he said it should take about a month a month and a half max , I even asked him if it will be delayed due to covid he said no and that all the offices needed working and its all good . Let's start with the fact that I'm almost 4 month and I still haven't received my licence. Second right after I hired the firm bozman himself change his attitude and with every call or update I asked I got yelled and bullied in the most aggressive way !! He was literally screaming at me in front of other workers that is working for me while they were on the phone as well how insulting and rude !! Second his firm is and office is lack of professionalism we kept asking for updates and when we did every time they asked for paper work that we already delivered !!! For the last time after 4 times sending the same message they finally got what we asking !! In order to put them straight we asked Mr bozman to give me a call. Obviously he didn't even to bother asking when it's a good time to call back he just called when he felt comfortable with and off course the call came with yelling and screaming which the only thing I told him is that I'm in a meeting right now and I'll call him back !! When I said that he yelled and screamed at me telling me his busy to and I can fire him and then he hang up the phone ! His voice so dam loud that also people o the office could have hear him . What a rude and lousy attitude defaintly going to file a complaint against this firm the only thing I'm happy about is that they transfer the file and im no longer in communication and they no longer representing me !!! Defaintly to stay away !!

I hired their lawyer James Lobsenz for my appeal, and really feel sorry for this person. I don't…read morethink he knows how to respect people ( I am an Asian speaking with accent). He at first disappeared for almost 2 months after receiving $45,000 from me, he didn't reply any email I sent him. Then, one time, he yelled at me on the phone out of no reason ( maybe my accent irritated him?). When I tried to say something, he said he didn't understand what I said, and started saying what he wanted to say. Another time, I emailed him I felt too depressed to call him, and right away I got his call. ( Is this some sort of abusive behavior? Or he doesn't know what respect is? Weird thing was he hanged up in the middle of conversation, and emailed me he tried to call me back, but I didn't answer the phone, while I still had my phone in my hand, and no call coming) He always did his work at last minute, and never sent me drafts for comments or feedback before filing to the court. ( he seemed to forget that's my appeal? Or he just doesn't know what respect is?) When the appeal was denied, he said he didn't have much time to prepare petition for review. So he would file a motion for reconsideration, which would be denied for sure, but it would give him more time to prepare for petition, and of course, I had to pay for the time he spent on the motion which was going to be denied for certain, that's about $8,000 after I got the invoice. In the end, I paid him $44,000. I was glad I finally fired him because I really didnt know if he wanted to help, or he just wanted my money, and "pretended" to help. I have been treated with disrespect and abuse by this lawyer. I actually felt at the 2 time meeting he didn't seem to want to help after talking to former lawyer Anna Tolin ( Tolin law firm) who has tried to persuade me to give up my right to my appeal. But I didn't know why he decided to take my appeal, if he didn't want to help.

It is my privilege to write a recommendation for my attorney, Stephanie Haslam…read more Stephanie founded Compassionate Legal Care, which is aptly named, because she truly cares about her clients and goes out of her way to serve them. Stephanie has been a great resource for numerous of my family members. She helped my late husband and me with our estate planning and now, several years later, has prepared pre-nuptial agreements for my upcoming marriage. My father-in-law has benefited from her services as well. Additionally, I introduced her to my brother so he and his wife could update their legal documents. Stephanie drove to their home, quite a distance to do the signing, as it was easier for them. One of the things that has impressed me about Stephanie is her journey into the legal profession. She previously worked as an occupational therapist dealing primarily with adults with physical and mental disabilities. She discovered that the correct use of law is a powerful tool in protecting these vulnerable individuals, and she took that knowledge and compassion into forging a new career in law. For as long as I've known Stephanie, she has impressed me with her genuine interest in me and in helping me arrange my legal matters in a way most beneficial to me.

Stephanie doesn't believe in cookie cutter solutions -- she truly takes the time to understand your values and what matters most to you before creating customized estate plans. From the very beginning, her approach felt deeply personal and incredibly thoughtful. Every document she created was individually tailored with remarkable care and expertise. That level of detail and customization proved invaluable after my loved one died. Her documents held up to some difficult and unique circumstances surrounding his death and provided tremendous peace of mind. Stephanie patiently walks you through every part of the process of producing your documents, making sure your wishes are captured exactly as you envision and then ensuring you understand and feel fully confident in what you're signing. Her fees were exactly as discussed, with no surprises and at no point did I feel rushed. She went above and beyond my expectations in extraordinary circumstances. Compassion is truly the cornerstone of her practice. Stephanie brings not only expertise, but genuine heart. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
