Their pastry sections are more of their strong suit when it comes to taste. Croissants are flaky and buttery, not to mention a great deal for one. €1.10 for a plain croissant. It's also beautifully made. Overall, don't do what I did when I came here and try to eat all three super super sweet mousse tartlets in one sitting, instead maybe take them home or hotel and enjoy with some sugar-free coffee. This patisserie has their presentation down. But it's for the sweet tooth not for the faint-tongued. Service are generally well. All the employees there seem to speak English so if you're not from Spain or can't speak the language, no worries. Last tip: try to come early as it tends to get busy during pastry craving hours. Rumor has it (source: google) this patisserie is owned by an award winning chief.
