Went bevause it was a top-rated spot near the Sagrada Familia... how much heavy pizza and pasta do they expect us to eat?! Could barely finish my meal. Pizza is good but not extraordinary. Eggplant dish was amazing and a must try. Pizza serves 2 people easily. Service was not spectacular and food took a while. Place is small and we were quite cramped in the back. Ambience is cute, but farmhouse cottage chic is nothing new.

What a pleasant surprise... The best meal we've had in the last 10 days in Spain... Delicious food... Impeccable service, kind people, air conditioning just a short walk from Familia Segrada. Don't leave without trying pistachio tiramisu! Best dessert ever! If you love the red Zinfandel wine like I did... They will even sell you a bottle to go...Love it here! Mucho gusto mi paisano!

This place was amazing! We didn't have a reservation but were able to be seated but I recommend reserving a table since we saw a few people turned away after we sat since the restaurant was full. It is located very close to la Sagrada Família and we stopped by here after our tour there. The food was excellent. I had a pesto pasta with sundried tomato and cheese which I loved. Burrata y Serrano pizza was also amazing and the crust was perfect. Definitely should give this place a try.

Excellent food and service ... I had to eat too quickly because they had reservations coming in... But they are very friendly. The menu options are great. They can do everything just about gluten-free and the menu is creative and quite yummy. I just referred them to several people coming into town over the next couple weeks

Really delicious and inexpensive place. Very busy so You know the food is good. We called to make a reservation and they had one in 20 minutes. I'd recommend calling to have a fighting chance. We got a truffle pasta and the bufala pizza. Both were great, especially the pasta. The truffles and cheese were rich with flavor. The pizza was good. A little dry on the outsides by the crust. The center was really moist and tasty. The crust was yummy to eat. We ended with a Nutella pizza. Good. Nothing crazy but fun to try. Lots of Nutella on top.

They have a menu in English and some of the staff speaks it as well. Yummy food, reasonable price, great atmosphere and loved the Sangria!

Really good food and service. The food came out a little too fast (couldn't really finish the appetizer) which was surprising since it's usually not the norm to feel rushed. But, all in all, very good. Surprised we got a table. Many others who arrived just a bit later than us were turned away because it's not a big place and reservations are STRONGLY encouraged.

Such great service and friendly staff! Pasta is fresh and the sauce was perfect. I'm glad we were able to grab a table for lunch but most folks had reservations. Near the Sagrada familia church.. I wish I could've tried more of their pasta and pizzas.

Great fresh pasta and pizza! A coworker found this place near La Sagrada Família using one of those other apps, but I'll forgive the transgression since it turned out fine :) We were greeted promptly, asked to be seated inside, and provided with menus and daily specials on "mini signboards," all in English. The place is pretty small and has a "little European cafe" feel. I know, shocking. We ordered one of their pizzas, a plate of fresh pasta with bolognese sauce and a veggie platter, all for sharing. The veggie platter is pricey, but comes with quite a lot of veggies. Still, it wasn't my favorite. The fresh pasta (tagliatelle, I believe it was) was fantastic: obviously freshly-made and cooked perfectly. The bread was warm and soft and the pizza was not what we expected, but was equally great. (Photo) I returned later in the week on my own and the place was packed. The server said I could have a table for about 70 minutes. (As long as the kitchen wasn't going to be slow, that would be plenty.) I ordered my own pizza and a cappuccino and it was a nice casual, solo meal.

The pasta was delicious! The staff was incredibly friendly. The food came out fast. The sangria was also great!

Oh my. Top 3 pastas EVAH!!! Went here after going to the Sagrada Família. The drinks were above average, but the mushroom ravioli wasTHE BEST!!!! It comes with sausage, but my vegetarian husband opted out of the sausage. I ordered Pappardelle Bolognese, which was good (a bit al dente, but hey, I'm American) but didn't hold a candle to the mushroom pasta.

This is a cute and cozy Italian restaurant that was recommended to me. The vegetarian pinsa romano was beautifully plated. I particularly enjoyed the ricotta cheese. However, it needed a bit more salt or other seasoning. On my last slice, I cut into something crunchy and pulled out a very small piece of egg shell. Despite this, I thought it was very good pizza. The aperol spritz was well made. It was refreshing and not boozy. I finished my meal with a cappuccino which was excellent. It was perfectly balanced with the steamed milk, espresso and foam. Service was friendly and polite and they let every customer know that there was a 90 minute dining limit since it does get busy.

The restaurant is located on a relatively quiet neighborhood street making it a super authentic and nice escape from the busy city. There is a cute outdoor seating area with nice string lights. The inside ambiance is a bit bright making it less intimate which can be nice for a more casual dinner or meal with friends. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by the hostess who sat us immediately. Our server was so friendly and helpful with our selection of dishes. I also really liked how you could see the chef preparing the pasta upon ordering. We had the pumpkin orange tortellini and the yellow kulurgiones from ogliastra. Both were delicious and very very fresh. The tortellini was very flavorful with a sweet and savory aspect to it.I found the yellow kulurgiones to be a unique dish with the the mint touch. The menu had a broad selection with lots of different pastas and dishes to chose from. Very tasty and authentic Italian food!

Around 10, every table was taken. All pastas were made fresh. You can truly taste the quality here. Not only was this the best food I had during my visit to this city it was also the best Sangria. Full of fruit and spice. Now, I live in LA and getting this quality of food will easily run you around $20-$25 a dish. I believe our entire meal with wine, Sangria, and a Coke for two people was around €35ish. A steal in my opinion. Please make a stop here. The reviews are genuine and the place really is that good! I ordered the pesto Tagliatelle and my friend ordered the butternut squash ravioli. Both to die for. We also got a shot of limoncello to end the meal, yum.

Order at a counter, and they bring you food to your table. What we ordered: 1. Pinsa Romana with Stracciatella - Translation, a very margherita-esque pizza, but think very fresh and soft mozzarella. The dough is heavier and has a slightly sour taste a la sourdough. First thing we finished and would order again. 2. Aglio y olio + spinach + shrimp. Delicious. Our second favorite and would order again. 3. Cacio y pepe with broccoli added. For my American tastes, this was too heavily white pepper and not black pepper. It was a lot for me to scarf down in one dish and no one else liked it enough to eat this family-style. Would have just doubled up on aglio & olio if I were to visit again, which I would. Overall, a very nice place to sit down and have a casual meal. Would come here again.

The dish came out about fifteen minutes later, which is good for paella, because you know they made it fresh. I heard some places just nuke it and bring it out. It comes out in the cool looking pan that looks like a gold mining pan. It is colored deep black and has a huge prawn in the middle and lots of clams and mussels and calamari.
