Just look for the place outside of the Canadian Tire... when you are in Abbotsford they say... well this was the day and I have to say I would do it again. I came right at opening and people were already being served up these massively long dogs. When you find the place, and you can't miss it, you realize it is a truck with a tent that is connected to make a covered sitting area. You may think... "it's only a hot dog"... now now.. try before you say anything, as this is a meaty dog, with a unique pretzel like bun and the combo with the aesthetics just work. Ask for them to add the caramalized onions it adds that extra oomph and they will call you later to get your grub. Funny thing is they tell you not to add the saurkraut (cause they don't make it) and come enjoy all the reads on the wall, including why 'Montreal Smoked Meat' is better at the rear. You can also add Montreal smoked meat on your dog, I might have to think of that next time, if dogs aren't your thing, they do make breakfast sandwich's! This is a definite gem and if you are out here, I urge you to try.... it is really that good.

Bought a foot long which everything on it. Cost was $14!!! $14 for a hotdog in Abbotsford? Not worth it. There's a sign "free hotdogs for life if your a kidney donor" for $14 a hotdog, might as well sell your kidney

The hot dogs with the pretzel buns were amazing! Even though the line up were long due the social media buzz, the owner was super amazing with his service and good humour. A must try.

What a great little food stand right in the Canadian Tire parking lot. Yes, that's right, it is right in the Canadian Tire parking lot, just off from the main entrance. You could say it's a food truck but more of a permanent food truck since there is a covered dining deck and some stand-up tables. The hotdogs are foot long and they get it from Montreal and the buns are from New York. He uses Nathan's hotdog and smoked meat. They aren't cheap at around $10+ each but damn it is good. You may not always get it but you should at least try it once or twice or thrice. You can text in your order for pick up. I did order their chicken sandwich too since we were going camping and having hotdogs/wings for dinner after so wanted to try their other items too. As you can see from the photo, it is very substantial that I couldn't finish and I do eat a lot. If I'm passing by Abbotsford any time soon, I will come back here.

Best hotdogs ever anywhere bar, any of them and a hell of a comedian and a real humanitarian

@jasonsalwayshungry I'm crowning @lullys.dog the champion food experience of the @abbotsfordcentre. This"Dirty Dog" is full flavoured hat trick+ of ingredients, a beautiful pretzel bun, with the foot long dog smothered in cheese curds, garlic n herbs, topped with more smoke meat then the bun can handle for $23 it blows the budget but still gets size value credits for stadium food 9/10 rockets shout out to all the other high end unique ingredients on the menu and the glowing community vibes from crew! #abbotsford #britishcolumbia #canada #alwayshungry #foodcritic #abbotsfordcanucks #abbotsfordeats #abbotsfordtourism #foodie

I used to think Costco had the best hot dogs. Then the boyfriend read about Lully's on Reddit. Unfortunately he is usually not opened on weekends, which makes it harder to find a chance to come from Vancouver to try it. Well, as luck would have it, he opened this weekend, and we jumped at the chance to finally give it a try. The verdict? move over Costco, I have a new favourite now. First things first, at $11 a hot dog, it's not cheap, but in my opinion, woth it many times over. You get a foot long dog in a pretzel style bun and all the toppings he has to offer. We both opted for everything he suggested: Lully's chili mayo, 12 hour onions, homemade chimichurri, homemade relish. (He has other toppings for you to choose from, including a home made coleslaw that he suggested putting on the second half of the dog.) The hot dog was amazing, a bit of crunch as you bite into it, and still super juicy. The bun was toasted slightly so it has a bit of a crisp on the outside but soft and chewy on the inside. All his toppings were on point. The chili mayo and chimichurri made things just a bit spicy, but not too much that it overwhelmed. Even the boyfriend (who usually can't handle spice) loved it. The coleslaw I added at the end gave it a good balance, giving a refreshing, slightly vinegar-y feel that helped make the remaining bites go down without the whole thing becoming too heavy. (He also had free homemade salted caramels for us before we left.) Would I recommend? Most definitely. In fact, I want to come back just to give his Montréal smoked meat sandwich a try. If you're ever in the area, check him out, (check on his facebook page to know if he's open or not) especially if you're a Liverpool fan. (He said he's always opened at 4:30am if Liverpool has a match!). As long as you don't insist on sauerkraut or ketchup (unless you're under 18) on your hot dog, you'll have a good time at Lully's.

The Rotato is fun to eat and l recommend getting the sour cream and onion flavor. It's served hot and fresh and it has the perfect crispy texture. The mango sticky rice is really good and the mangoes they use are fresh and sweet. The ramen donut is heavy because the outer part is thick and crunchy like it was double fried and the filling is ramen and cheese. I wanted to try it bc I never had a ramen donut before. It's worth trying it once and getting that photo op in, but probably won't get it again. The market also has games and entertainment along with some shopping that you can do (jewelry, clothing, artwork, etc).

Richmond Night Market has been around for 26 years now. It is a good concept to bring the night…read moremarket atmosphere commonly found in Asia to Vancouver. It is more than just food stalls and vendors selling jewelry, stickers, socks, cell phone accessories etc. There are bouncy castle, inflatable balls to run around in, zip line, fair games like the PNE etc. What I find ridiculous but common here in North America is having to pay an admission fee just so you can go spend more money on food and shopping. In other parts of the world where night market or Christmas market is a common thing, you just go stroll through the streets where vendors and shops are for free. Buy food and things when they catch your eye. So it's $7 general admission now, $5 after 10 pm for late night. Seniors (60+) and children (under 7) are free. There are some stalls offering happy hours items for the entire night ($10 under food and $7 under drinks). Otherwise food is around $15 on average. The food stalls are still mostly Asian fare. Many bbq skewers and I saw many getting the squids. I tried a frozen banana dessert which was cut up frozen banana dipped in chocolate and drizzled with pistachio sauce and that's the Dubai inspired dessert. Not that great. The cheese coin was decent with plenty of cheese. The inari bomb was pretty tasty. Many stalls are cash only. So bring cash, lots of cash. There is a 3% charge for admission ticket if paying by card. I'll say budget for minimum $100 each if you want to fully enjoy the experience of buying food from a few stalls, play a couple of games and buy things. Parking is free and well organized. There is also a lot of soccer related theme this year because of the World Cup where a few games will be held in Vancouver. I can see this place being popular for young kids, teenagers and young adults as something to do with friends. As I still travel to Asia at least once a year, I can totally skip this. If you're expecting it to be like the night markets like in Taiwan, Hong Kong, Thailand, Malaysia etc, this is not it.

The halibut is perfect-just like I like it. The pieces are generous. One piece is plenty for the average person. The halibut is BC caught, which is great. Tasted fresh and delicious. I like the fresh tasting coleslaw. It isn't that gluggy sweet sugar & mayo combo you get at many places. It was just a simple cut up cabbage nicely seasoned. Maybe it had a little something else on it. Expect a line whenever you go because the word is out. The wait staff was friendly and working hard to keep the line moving.
