She has done an amazing job with my hair--she's quite genuine and nice. I am a brunette with fine, long hair that I have dyed vibrant pink all over. So, my hair needs to be lightened/foiled then dyed pink, which is kind of harsh on hair, but Anne has kept my hair in great shape. She takes the time needed to do it properly, has a plan for future visits, advises product/product usage, shapes my style well and does an amazing blowout. Very happy!! SPA: The services I've had: massage, pedicure, waxing and manicure. Massage: I haven't done a massage service since my favorite well-studied masseuse left, but it is a wonderful experience that I need to get back to. Pedicure: Pedis are my favorite spa service. It's SO relaxing with massage chairs and excellent & knowledgeable pedicurists! Friends from out-of-town always request I book this service for us. They rave about their pedi experiences! And I do, too! BUT here I must take a star away: Scheduling for 2 or more people has been impossible over the past year and a half; even with two different spa services (one mani & one pedi; or one pedi, one hair appt). Front desk staff has not tried to work with me in figuring something else out; no advising on options like reconfiguring services, add an extra tech for a day or anything else--and I've been going there for 15-20 years! Many out-of-towners have been disappointed; as have I. Waxing: I have always been pleased with their waxing services. Especially my bikini area being extra sensitive. Actually, my skin is very sensitive and I never had an issue with pain during or after waxing. No rashes or ingrowns--from brows to underarms! I've tried waxing at home without success so FG is my go to. Sanitary conditions, skilled waxers--quite good. Manicure: I used to get a regular manicure weekly. I could bring my own polish and get a perfect result each time. I've been trying to save money and do it at home, with poor results, so I need to go back for weeklys. They offer many kinds of manis! I have stayed with regular polish, but if I wanted to try another type, it is available. Overall: A pretty great salon & spa! I've had some appt results that I wasn't thrilled with, but nothing horrible--no botched spa or hair services. I would definitely recommend this location!

But I've seen construction and hopefully this glow-up will be amazing in the end! My stylist Jessica is my favorite. I look forward to our time together, catching up on life. We're at the point where 1. I don't have to tell her "please don't round brush my bangs!" (She knows not to) and 2. I trust her to try new things like a long bob or a slight hint of purple in my color. There's always easy parking outside and they always offer me coffee/tea/water. Post-Covid they have magazines! One of my favorite parts about a visit to the salon is catching up on print magazines- it relaxes me. They've got them. Jess and I definitely talk about all the things in the magazines This is the best time to start going to Frank Gironda because they're getting a GLOW UP!

    Beware of MassageLuXe Naperville - A Cautionary Experience from a Former Loyal Customer…read more I'm writing this review to warn others about my experience with MassageLuXe of Naperville, Illinois, in the hopes that no one else falls into the same trap. This business is not built on long-term customer satisfaction, but rather on rigid policies, poor communication, and a clear lack of care for loyal clients. I had been a member of MassageLuXe Naperville for nearly six months. I didn't join for the ambiance or the brand - I joined solely because my trusted masseuse, whom I had known for years through my chiropractor, started working there. Things were going fine until I had to cancel my membership due to work commitments that would take me out of the country for half the year. Since it made no sense to continue paying for services I couldn't use, I canceled my membership. At the time of cancellation, I was told I had until May 27, 2025, to use all my accumulated massage hours or I'd lose them. So, I immediately booked appointments to use up my remaining time. Unfortunately, my preferred masseuse wasn't available for most of them, and I had subpar experiences with other therapists -- wasting 150 minutes (at $120/hour) of what should have been relaxing and therapeutic time. For my final remaining one-hour massage, I asked the front desk if I could schedule it with my regular masseuse. The staff member told me she was available on May 31st, 2025, and assured me that even though it was after May 27, it would be fine since I was scheduling it within the same month. Based on her word, I booked it. Fast forward to today, May 31st, I arrived for my appointment only to be told by a different staff member that I'd have to pay $120 out of pocket because the appointment was outside the valid usage window in the cancellation policy. I calmly explained that I had been explicitly told otherwise by the person who rescheduled it -- who was standing right there -- but instead of acknowledging the miscommunication or attempting to make it right, I was met with rude and dismissive behavior. I was given two options: pay $120 or leave. No apology. No effort to take responsibility for their mistake. Just cold, transactional treatment. Let me be clear: this is not about the money. It's about how customers are treated. I had intended to return and pay full price every time I was back in the country, as long as my preferred therapist was there. But after today, I will never return to this location or any MassageLuXe branch. To the front desk staff: you may have collected $85 today by denying me my final session, but you've lost a customer who would have happily spent over $1,000 a year. To MassageLuXe corporate: if you care about the reputation of your brand and the growth of your franchises, I hope this review encourages you to invest in better customer service training and empower your staff to take accountability for their own scheduling mistakes. Think twice, or even four times, before signing up for any membership with MassageLuXe of Naperville. What seems like a good deal today could turn into a frustrating and disappointing experience tomorrow.

There is a rotating seasonal selection of scrub and lotion fragrances to choose from. I feel like they could use a broader array of colors to choose from, but the lacquer does last a long time. She then told me she used to own a salon in Chicago and it definitely made sense. She did a great job giving my hair shape and the cut looks really good! I highly recommend her! Waited outside from approx. 1:44pm and nobody was at the reception desk. In businesses that reception desk would be best to have a person waiting. Was not told that I would receive a text message, and explained that I do not give out my phone number. Here's some advice, don't double down on excuses when your client tells you when their appointment was scheduled. And the sad part is that I was so looking forward to having that massage.
