Delivery and set happened the day prior to the event, which was great…read more They gave clear instructions about how to turn on the inflatable etc. The day of the party, when we flipped the switch on to start inflating the water slide, everything was good. When we turned the water on to start filling the bottom area where guest would eventually slide into, the water cascades out instead of in the actual pool area. We have to undo and redo parts of the velcro attachment to get a downward water flow. The top inner part of the slide was full of mildew. We had to climb up to the area and clean the mold as best as we could before the guests arrived. Everyone had fun but the setup should have had a test run before the setup crew left to make sure everything was working properly. Better cleaning is definitely something they need to look into. After paying over $200, no cleaning or fixing the water should be done by the paying customer. I will go with another rental company in the future.

At no time did I feel that those riding the bull were in harms way. We had 5 year old to 75 year olds all enjoying the experience. All the guest had something they will remember. I reserved a 24-foot water slide for our Fourth of July party for approximately $1,600. On the…read moremorning of the event, around 11:00 AM, I received a voicemail saying the slide had been damaged and they were canceling my reservation. They mentioned they had a replacement available. I returned the call within about 30 minutes, but by then I was told the replacement had already left the warehouse and was no longer available. That left us without a slide on the day of our party, with a house full of kids and guests and virtually no chance of finding another rental on one of the busiest days of the year. I understand accidents happen and equipment can get damaged. My disappointment is that there didn't seem to be a backup plan to make things right for a customer who had reserved a premium rental for a major holiday. When you're spending this much money and planning an event around a specific attraction, reliability matters. Unfortunately, this experience was incredibly stressful and disappointing, and I wouldn't feel comfortable depending on this company for an important event in the future.
