This review is based on the exercise classes Lululemon hosts. This was my first class at Lululemon. I found it through the instructor, Jacqui, in instagram! Can I just say I was not ready for this experience. From check in to the pilates class afterwards the ladies really pulled this together well. The studio is in the back behind the clothing, they have locker rooms and lockers inside and out to the locker rooms. The exercise studio was incredibly spacious, they provide mats and all the equipment you need. The class itself was intense I'll definitely feel the burn tomorrow! Following the class we had a chance to chit chat with everyone and drink NA Prosecco provided by surly. This is a can't miss curated experience. The studio vibes are warm and Jacqui is a great host! Walked in to check out their new year sale & walked out with a nice amount items. This is a decent size store with some great selections. Their sales items are sprinkled around thr store from entrance to the back. Customer service was okay even if when asked about hemming the rep was not too thrilled to extend the service - so I placed the item back. Our cashier was engaging & friendly. read more

We went to the Lululemon cafe because the mall doesn't open until 11 am, service was super fast and it was not busy at all. The iced vanilla latte with honey cold foam was AMAZING, wishing we got a large! For the size of the coffee it was kind of pricey, but would get again! read more

The biggest Lululemon store I've ever been into! The staff are very friendly. Lots of different athleisure wear to check out. On this trip I had a gift card to spend...yay! I bought a headband and hair clip. Fingers crossed that my hair stays back with the headband. Things can be a bit pricey but the quality is high. read more

I was staying at the Radisson Blu for a conference and stumbled upon the cafe in the back of lululemon and was so glad I did because the chocolate blueberry ABC was a treat that not only was delicious but healthy. I added in vegan chocolate protein powder to my smoothie and am looking forward to coming back before I leave. The 16 oz smoothie plus protein addition came out to be a little less than $13. A tad pricey but totally worth it. read more

This review is focusing mainly on the fuel station connected to the store. I def recommend stopping by to try their delicious teas because I'm hooked. :) The station offers a variety of drinks from smoothies, coffee, and teas. They source their coffee from Dogwood which is super cool! I'm personally hooked on their tea drinks because not only are they pretty, they are super good and not super sweet. I have yet to try their smoothies but based off their menu, their smoothies have tons of clean ingredients. They also offer free still & sparkling water! read more

Initially when I first walked in the store I felt very comfortable. There were some nice employees that were trying to help me, I felt very comfortable. However when I went into the fitting room to try things on there was a lady that was extremely rude. It was almost like everything I said was funny to her and when I was ready to leave I handed my leggings to her. She asked how everything went and I just said "good" and she chuckled at me and said "really?". She made me feel very uncomfortable and I ended up just leaving the store and not buying anything. read more

These guys made my week, if not my month! I'm running SeaWheeze in August and wanted a lightweight, hooded jacket that would keep the rain off of me (since I hear Vancouver's fairly rainy) during the Half. Fast forward to an email from lululemon featuring their amazing, new Mist Over Jacket - complete with a hood, in the color black and also, in a size 14. It's like they read my mind. But, wouldn't you know that it's sold out online in that color & size? After checking with my local stores around Dallas/Fort Worth, I find that the only black, size 14 left in the United States (1 jacket only!) is in Minneapolis at the Mall of America. I called on a Saturday morning and they scooped it up, took my info and mailed it out that next Monday. I'm highly impressed with the accommodating customer service and if I ever make it up to Minnesota, I'm definitely visiting this location! Thank you guys, again! read more

My daughters and I went here this past weekend and I have to say this store was so neatly organized and sales people were very helpful and friendly. We made an appointment to come shop on Saturday. Ashley was very helpful and knowledgeable about the company and store. I was pleasantly surprised to see my size in the leggings since Michigan doesn't carry my size so I bought my first pair of leggings. I was so happy!! My girls got shorts and then we ordered yummy smoothies from their cafe. If we ever come back to the mall of America we will definitely come shop in this store for sure. I really hate to give 1/5 because I absolutely love lululemon, both for working out and everyday clothes. This store however, leaves a lot to be desired. Upon entering the store I notice there are a lot of employees on the floor and lots of back and forth banter, zero acknowledgment. I wait at the change rooms ready for one of the three employees folding clothes to acknowledge me, it takes a while despite almost all change rooms being empty. I leave the change rooms with zero acknowledgment from employees. Head to the register, there's a line despite the store not being overly busy but there's one guy at a register (yet there are 5 total). The next day I notice the ink security tag is still attached to my purchased item. read more

So this was the first Lululemon store I've been to. I was really excited when I found out that the MOA has this store. What I found annoying was the people that worked there. I was looking at some crops, and the lady working asked what I was using them for. Hmmm... are ya stupid? I told her weight training. If I could give 0 stars I would. I had issues with two different pairs of leggings. If you are gonna spend $200+ on leggings they should be good quality. Barely wore mine and they got holes in the butt area. I went in and staff was like this is a wear and tear issue nothing we can do. The woman I talked to was really condescending and rude. With all the athletic legging competitors out there I have no problem taking my business else wear. I have been a lululemon purchaser in the past but the experience in store was so bad someone should give the ladies behind the register some costumer service training. My wife and I love Lululemon. They are a great brand who makes stylish, comfortable, high quality clothing. However, my wife recently stopped in to purchase a headband for work, and when she asked about any discounts on our account, the two cashiers laughed and smirked, rudely responding "yeah, we don't do that here". My wife was not sure how to respond, and simply said she was sorry for asking, and again, the cashiers smirked and chuckled to each other. My wife and her friend left the store, doing their best to laugh off the rude and insulting comment. As a couple, we spend hundreds of dollars on Lululemon apparel every month, but apparently checking for a coupon on an $18 head band is worthy of bullying customers. We plan to continue buying clothing from Lululemon, because we don't think one rude and entitled cashier should represent a brand. However, we do plan to take our business to other Lululemon locations outside of Mall of America, where bullying hopefully does not take place. read more

I've spent years walking by Lululemon knowing it was too expensive for my taste, and it took me until Black Friday to step into a store (which is 95% because of my partner-now that she is basically obsessed with this store). I wish I went on a different day at a different location, because my experience at this location was pretty sub-par. To say it was packed would be an understatement-they had a 10-15 minute wait at the door to get in because of how many people were in the store. It was hard to walk by racks and check out clothing, and people were grabbing items that employees were putting back within seconds. They had a 40-50% off rack, which was the most popular area to shop at that day. With how busy the store was, there was little room to stand around waiting while not feeling in the way. The fitting room also had a line that snaked around the store, and took a long time for my partner to try on some clothes. We spent an hour in the store, and left with only one item. We also left frustrated because an employee led us to believe we could order a sale item online from another store and after about 20 minutes of waiting for her to help us we couldn't order it. In case you were wondering, even with black friday sales, I couldn't bring myself to paying nearly $100 on a pair of joggers. read more

I sat down while waiting for my sister to pick out leggings and a woman came over to me, looked me up and down and said "these can't take THAT much weight," gave me the dirtiest look and walked away. I tried apologizing but she rolled her eyes. I immediately started crying and had to walk out of the store. I have never been treated like that while in any store. Don't come if you need something hemmed. I bought some pants off the rack and needed to get them hemmed. I'm a 30 length and when I went to pick them up and try them on, one leg was a 27 and the other was a 26. For almost $200 pants I would have expected a better job. I moved to MN and went to the store in mall of america & i would recommend whoever shops at lulu for the first time, they should go online first cause they might encounter the rudest sale people at the store. This store is really a great place to go for sports gear. It's a really beautiful store and their products are very high quality and thoughtfully designed. I just wish they had more quantity for each item. There's a huge selection of styles and items but you definitely can't always get the product you want in the size/color you want. I also wish they had a better sale selection since this stuff is super expensive. The free yoga classes each weekend make this store even more likable. All in all, two thumbs up! read more

I held out as long as I could against trying or buying anything lulu lemon. The whole a**hole CEO thing really turned me off about this company. This week, I buckled and wandered in. I constantly have a hard time finding quality yoga wear because I am short and curvy and I often end up having to return products because I am not a "typical" yoga build. The staff at the MOA location were friendly immediately and I felt good about shopping there. I tried on several pair of leggings and OMG it was life changing. The comfort difference was immediately noticeable and the fit was divine. I even sent pics to my husband I was so excited about how the leggings felt and looked. The gal assisting me in the dressing area was absolutely fantastic and made the experience that much better. Worst customer service every time! I'm a big fun of lululemon clothing despite the decline in quality and lack of design in the recent years, I constantly shopping for new workout clothes. However, I avoid shopping at this location. Absolutely love their clothing! The people work here rock! A few things I don't like is how this location goes through styles of clothing extremely fast. I bought a shirt and it was too big. I wanted to exchange it 3 days later and they had already stopped selling that style of shirt. I also wish the fabric was more friendly in the wash. I've been shopping here for 7 years & today I went into the store to get some new yogas & zip ups. I was approached by an employee at the pants counter. She asked me if she could help me with anything. I proceeded to ask her if I could have two pairs of the wonder under pants. She asked me what I was planning to do in the pants. I said walking jogging abs everyday use. She they told me that those pants were only to be used for yoga. And then went on to say since I don't do yoga she could direct me in the direct of pants that were more "suitable for me" I then told her I already had 3 pairs of these pants at home and I just wanted these pants. She responded with well Those pants are specifically for people who do yoga. Here's the deal. It's her job to help people find clothes. I knew what I wanted and what I like. It's NOT her job to tell me what I should and shouldn't be wearing. If I wanted to wear those pants to sit on the couch and eat ice cream or for walking or going out I can wear them for whatever the F*** I want and some rude employee wont be telling me any different. read more
