Love this company but some employees need to stop being disrespectful. This is the only store I have experienced an attitude from an employee. I have recently taken my leggings to the store to get them hemmed, the manager was kindly offered me a new leggings because I had the first release and they were really old. It's my fault that I didn't try them when I was there and I just trusted the person and took them home without checking if they the same style/fabric. That night when I figured that they are not the same I took them back and asked if I can either get my leggings back to change them with the same style. And I was accused by an employee of front of everyone like I constantly bring stuff and change them. When her manager heard what happened and talked to her her attitude changed 180. The lady who helped me find items, Katherine, was so sweet and helpful, I spent 30 minutes contemplating and trying things on. When I finally made my selection I asked a different saleswoman to hold my items while I went to lunch. She asked my name and said she would hold them to the end of the day. When I came back two hours later, the same person had no idea who I was and had not held my items. I had not taken note of the sizes or line of clothing I had selected and was not inclined to try things on all over again. Walked out of the store disappointed. read more

I have seen the other women at the gym, pilates and at yoga decked out from head to toe in this brand and thought it must just be the new "in thing" When I saw the store in Copley I thought "let me check this out" The staff was very warm and helpful and they asked me what I was looking for and how they could help. At first, I said I was just browsing, but as I browsed I saw that the quality of these clothes is far superior to what I have been working out in and in a effort of full disclosure, what I have been lounging in. I was just about to purchase a pair of pants and a top and noticed the price -- WOW - this stuff isn't cheap, but usually the best stuff isn't I splurged and purchased both and was eager to use at the pilates class last night. My Lululemon did not let me down, in fact one of my work out friends noticed immediately that I had on new stuff and she told me I looked great in it. That was it, now I am hooked. I don't know how many more $200+ workout outfits I can really buy, but I guess if I feel as good in them as I do it's a good incentive to get me to the gym or to a class. read more

My first and last experience with Lululemon. My wife has frequented the shop and taken Yoga classes and had nothing but great things to say. When her mother was in town she wanted to get her some Yoga pants for the holidays, so we asked the store clerk what size we should get and later in the year she purchased the pair. We just received them for Hanukkah and she tried them on and they were a little tight, my wife needs the next size up. I called up the store and spoke with the associate and explained the situation. All we would like to do is exchange the pair for a new pair, the tags are still on, we just need the next size up. She told me unfortunately they cannot do this, their store exchange policy EVEN with a tag on it is 2 weeks. I explained that it was bought as a present and the clerk assured us that it was the right size and her response was priceless, "you should see if you have a friend that it would fit and give it to them." Really??? I will never buy from them again, I have never heard of this type of exchange policy, I will make sure to inform anyone and everyone I ever speak with regarding Yoga to never shop at this store. Worst experience ever. Recap: Bought the wrong size per the employee, wanted to return it with the tags still on, was told to give it to a friend... I love everything I have from Lululemon. I literally get excited to go to the gym when I know I've packed an outfit from there. I sit around in my clothes at home after my workout because I love how comfy and cute everything is (gross, I know, but how often do you get to wear workout gear that is actually flattering?). So, in addition to how awesome their stuff is, and how pretty and clean the store is, I also just found out that they offer FREE yoga classes on the weekends. When I asked where these supposed classes took place, the saleswoman just swept her hand up and around her, gesturing to the entire store. Everything is on wheels, she said, and we just roll stuff out of the way to set up the class. Amazing. How cool would it be to take a class, wearing the outfit that makes you happy, in the place that created that happiness? I can't wait. read more

I absolutely love lululemon. Their clothes are ridiculously comfortable and such great quality. They also fit correctly in all of the important places and make you look amazing - totally worth the price in my opinion. I don't own ONLY lululemon workout clothes, but I do make sure to wear my lululemon outfits on my "difficult" workout days and during races, when I need to be most comfortable. That being said, I prefer the store in Natick. I like the layout better, the selection seems better, and most importantly, the employees there are phenomenal, whereas the employees on Boylston are just not that great. This location is more convenient for me, so I will continue to shop there occasionally, but I make a point of going to the Natick location as often as possible. read more

I always go here and have bought several cute workout tops at sale price. The associates are always helpful, friendly, and attentive. The only thing is I wish they would have a dedicated sale rack. I thought they had one by the fitting rooms, but then I'll find sale items mixed in with normal items. Not sure if this is a corporate policy, but I try to shop sale whenever I can - Lululemon is quite pricey! It would just make my shopping experience a little bit easier. read more

I have been to two of your stores: the Natick Collection and the Prudential Center. The Natick Collection was very warm and inviting. We have been in twice. The staff did all they could to answer our questions and personalize the store the first time, then asked questions and were excited to see us on our second visit. By contrast, the staff at the Prudential Center were the same as any other chain store; mildy helpful and mostly dismissive. When asked if another store stocked the color and size in the style we were interested in, the sales person responded, "Here are the phone numbers. I COULD call for you, but it would be faster for you to call yourself." Really? It would only be faster for her, not for us. If the Prudential Center was my first visit to Lululemon, it would have been my last. I look forward to going to the Natick Collection - kudos to their fantastic staff. read more

I must admit to being skeptical about the whole lululemon movement that has swept my yoga classes. After all, who could possibly spend so much on workout clothes? But my mom gave me a gift card for my birthday with instructions to treat myself, and so off I went. I could go on and on about the quality of their clothing, how seamlessly everything fit, how flattering the skirts, shorts, and tops are, and how I had no idea workout clothing could be this comfortable...but I'll save that for another time and place. Lululemon puts out a great product, but their real accomplishment is that they make you feel good. The staff here are really wonderful: warm, welcoming, helpful, and enthusiastic. The three women that helped me all made an effort to learn my name and went out of their way to help me. When they learned that I was running my first half marathon soon they made a point to let me know to mention the race at the register to get fifteen percent off of my running skirt- and then went on to tell me about what a great race it was and assure me that I would do well. "You will have so much fun! Don't even worry about it- you'll do great!" Talk about supportive! I left lululemon { swinging my adorable re-usable shopper bag embellished with inspirational quotes - they don't believe in paper or plastic here } feeling completely satisfied and planning to treat myself to a pair of their running shorts when I meet my next fitness goal. I've been in and out of lululemon and each time have found exactly what I needed in a short amount of time and with as little fuss as possible. I'm an Un-Mat and Mat user and find a great selection here. As with more boutique-style fitness stores, it can get quite pricey, but you do get what you pay for. Bought my first pair of Groove pant there. Rumor has it that it suppose to enhance your behind. Pricey but great style and fabrication. Better yet, it is reversible. I went into the store a few times, but I nearly had a heart attack when I saw the prices! However, once I got serious about making exercise a part of my lifestyle, I didn't mind investing in their adorable, hi-tech, and totally flattering athletic wear. The bright range of colors is a refreshing break away from the typical grey, black, and white, although they have staple colors too! They are so comfortable and fun, it MAKES you want to work out more! If you're not quite ready to commit to exercise, then you probably aren't ready to invest in lululemon gear. Went back to the store today to get some new stuff i saw online and they had everything I was looking for. Chatted with the really nice girl by the pants and crops department and again the customer service here cannot be beat. Everyone is so friendly and I'm in love with the product. Whoever is the manager here deserves a ton of credit for hiring knowledgeable, approachable, and friendly workers. The only negative was that I came in looking for the tan exotic hawaiian guy (with tattoos) and didn't see him and found out he doesn't work here anymore. :'( *sad* Other than that Lululemon @ the Pru does it again! Okay this place is expensive, yadda yadda... It is a bit pricey for some work out gear, but tailoring is included in the price and the quality is incredible. The sales associates customer service is SPOT ON! Everyone there is so friendly and extremely helpful. If you're looking to shop at a place where the people who work there actually CARE about the customer then lululemon in the prudential is the place to be. I personaly think lululemon is great quality. The price is high but what your getting for that, il say its worth it. Although unless you dont have i guess "a use" for it then i wouldnt suggest spending that money. Uses such as fitness, Im a dancer so finding clothing that last a long time is fairly important. Another suggestion is unless your 16 or older i dont think lululemon is a great product for you, Reasoning: your still growing and the more you grow the less your clothing fits, and buying a new pair 100 dollar pants every month isnt something much parents injoy. I injoyed there staff. They were helpful and kind when i first arived, asking the usual questions " can i help you" "is there anything your looking for". and when i said i was just looking, they werent pushy and respected my respones. This being a week day. Weekends on the other hand, i dont think there is enough staff. There not rude when there buissy but the Toronto and new market stores are packed then and they are bomb barded by costumers. I like the over all apeal of the store, I like the general feeling when you walk in but with it being so buissy so often i would suggest expanding the stores or creating more outlets. :) i hope i helped read more

Love the work out clothes, they're worth the price & last forever like the previous reviewers stated. However, this location i'll avoid. Over the summer, I picked up a pair of pants on sale. While scanning them (at the price they were marked) the woman (She was older, early 40s-ish, I think she was the store manager) said, "Well that isn't right." And then punched some keys so the pants rang up as ten dollars more. She explained, "Black pants are $58 on sale." She did this all too quickly for me to object or even realize what she was doing. The tag and the register both said $48! Even if it was supposed to be $58 that seems like a hyper type-A thing for a sales person to do. I like the pants, they're worth the $58 I paid. But that's exactly the kind of bad customer service that keeps people away. read more

Lululemon makes fantastic yoga-wear and the staff at this tiny showroom could not be more helpful. The items are well cut and made. Just as important, they are strangely flattering and somehow make me happier to go the gym, and brave enough to run errands in my 'workout gear' without feeling like a slob. The store's current location is small, but that should change later this summer when they open a larger showroom at the Mandarin Orient Hotel across from Anthropologie. read more

I bought a Lululemon leather gym bag a little less than 3 years ago and have used it almost every day since. Over time, there was general wear and tear but nothing serious until the zipper blew out. The lining came unstitched and it got stuck constantly. I brought it into the store to see what (if anything) they could do to repair it. The sales associate working took one look at the zipper and offered me an exchange for any bag they had in store - right off the rack! I switched out my gym cloths and was off in just a few minutes. I LOVE the new bag and am so grateful I didn't have to spend another $100+ for a new one. Now that's customer service! read more

love the quality and design spend tons of money there every season. Used to be a regular customer at Natick MA store and since moved to Back Bay was shopping in a Prudential - its like day and night! staff at Natick is always helpful and friendly. However I went shopping many times now in Prudential and its absolute nightmare! Nobody helps you. They had new collection - didn't bother to mention, They have Sunday yoga classes - its never been mentioned either! It seems like they are not happy to see customers spending $$$ there. The return policy is not disclosed when you purchase items. I have bought two pairs of pants and tried to return one, the girl just laughed at me and said "it stated on a receipts that there is 14 days return policy" okay but i only received the receipt after the purchase and was not aware that untouched pair of $100! pants with all original receipts wont be even exchanged!!! Sadly enough she wouldn't even try to help and just walked away... I understand the policy but how about customer service and an attitude? I will come back spending $$$ on my favorite yoga stuff but with bitter sour taste in my mouth now... and def will not recommend to anybody to go to Pru store! I love Lululemon clothing so much! I am giving the store a 1 not Lululemon in general. They NEVER answer the phone. The Boston stores are not close to where I work/live and I like to try on the clothes before I buy. I tried calling yesterday to see if they had an item I was interested in and determine if it was worth my trek to the store and no one answered. Because I love the clothing I went to the store anyway. What was REALLY aggravating was that there were employees standing around chatting with each other or literally just staring at the wall. When I asked why they don't answer the phone the employee told me, "Oh, we're just too busy all the time." That is outrageous! Especially when no one was doing anything!! read more

Very Rude staff!! I had to bring back 2 yoga towels because they were the wrong ones. I'm new at yoga and would think that the staff there would be able to recommend the right product for me and not change from person to person. I will never shop at this store again.
