The love each and every woman has for this store takes all the space in our hearts. My boyfriend surprised me and took me there for a mini shopping spree! I literally jumped off both feet when I saw where we were heading. Bring on the soft, buttery, feels like your naked leggings. I was here for it! I had previously bought a pair quickly awhile back and I got one that was too big (I would size down in leggings!) and had been talking about getting a pair that fit better. The staff here define the definition of customer service. They helped me choose what I was looking for, took my items to the fitting room and had it marked with my name. Talk about going out of the way for the customer and spicing it up with some personalization! I think it's common that we all just naturally love to see our name, am I wrong? I went and was greeted with the sweet fitting room assignee. She was great and checked in with me multiple times (and others) while fitting my clothes. I asked about the notorious belt bags and she snagged me one in black! I was shining as bright as some of the colors the store offers in items. The Hyde Park lululemon location is beautiful. The store is bright, inviting, and has a great layout that makes it easy to shop. Unfortunately, the service didn't match the brand experience I've come to expect. During my visit, there were very few shoppers in the store, while several employees were gathered at the front. I wasn't greeted when I entered, no one checked in to see if I needed assistance, and I wasn't offered help with a fitting room or sizing. I also noticed that many merchandise displays looked picked over, and there was visible dirt and debris on the floors. With the store being relatively quiet and multiple team members available, I expected more attention to both customer engagement and overall presentation. I know lululemon is known for exceptional hospitality and creating an elevated shopping experience, which is why this visit was disappointing. The store has great potential, and I hope future visits better reflect the level of service and attention to detail that the brand is known for. read more

I've never been to this lulu lemon but I was in the area and decided to stop by. The store is clean, organized, and nicely lit. They have your typical set up and normal athletic clothing. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Also, there is free yoga at 9 on Saturday's. Definitely going to have to try that out! read more

The Hyde Park Lululemon is a great addition to the neighborhood. On Saturday's at 9am they have free yoga from rotating local studios. I walked out with a bargain and found the perfect Hot Yoga shorts for my Pole Dancing/Fitness class! Fits true to my shape! This is located in Hyde Park Square off Erie Ave. This is my first time shopping with them and I am truly amazed with the selections and quality of clothing. When I walked in, Jess helped me with finding the right size for me. She was very helpful and patient with answering all my questions. When I tried on the Yoga short, I l really love the fabric and comfort (breathable)! It's 87% supplex , nylon/13%, lycra spandex. I'm a heavy sweater, so I know with that type of fabric it will dry pretty quick! These shorts were on sale for only $19.00. I was so excited to find a bargain. Lululemon carries clothing for most activities- Yoga/Studio, running, Training, etc. They have everything you can think of, Yoga pants/shorts/capris/leggings, Bras, tanks, long/short sleep tops, hats, scarves, socks, bags, yoga accessories, water bottles, and more.. The pricing is somewhat high, but you definately get your money's worth and more. The store is very clean and organized. You can also order online which is free standard shipping on everything, plus there is a Bra and Pant fit guide if needed. I just signed up for their rewards program (free to sign up). I recently participated in a Lululemon event (Bridge to Omhio) and decided to give the store a try. Before visiting this location I ordered most of my workout gear online from other companies. I had heard negative press about the company in general but was impressed with the local staff of educators (their sales staff are referred to as educators). I was warmly greeted as I entered the store and upon finding that I was interested in but new pants the educator at the door referred me to the expert in pants who pulled a whole bunch of options for me to try. The educators definitely know their product. I tried on and selected pants I liked and checked out before I was tempted to buy more items (there are many items to explore). I spoke at length with one educator about local workout options she likes. The educators are very versed in what is available in the community. They also offer some classes on site. Overall, I'm still not sure I am happy with corporate Lululemon but the local group is great. Maybe if the corporate company improves I will frequent this location a bit more. read more

I stopped in here while heading back to my car from the farmer's market last Sunday. First of all, open on a Sunday morning-awesome! That's when all of us active folks are out and about anyways! I've been drooling over lululemon products in magazines such as Runner's World but haven't had a chance to try anything on in person so I didn't own any items. The woman working was super helpful and assisted me in finding the right size and style of sports bra for running. She also let me know about their free Sunday morning run group! While I live about 30 minutes away, I will definitely be back, for running AND shopping. read more

The ladies at Lulu are amazing. Not a lot of inventory so come early on Thursdays when they open to have their first pic. They are open Thursday-Sunday 10-6 I believe (not exactly sure on the hours so don't quote me, call before hand). The sales staff is some of the most friendly and helpful I have ever encountered a pleasure to do business with. Also if you are a fitness instructor you do get a discount! So fellow fitness trainers - you have no excuse for NOT going to Lulu. Lulu is tucked away on Michigan Avenue right past the fire station in Hyde Park Square. I have been a long time Lulu lover and I just need to say that I will continue to be forever. I'll be the first to admit that the prices are a wee bit on the expensive side, but it is beyond worth it. I have literally been wearing a pair of cropped yoga pants for the past three years and they are showing very little signs of wear. The quality is top notch. For real. I literally went to the shop yesterday looking for a pair of high-waisted speed shorts and they didn't have any left in stock. So Dave ordered me a pair. Delivered straight to my house, no extra charge, and they arrived TODAY. As in the day after I ordered them. And can I just tell you: the high waisted speed shorts are LIFE changing. I'm confused by lululemon's arrival in Cincinnati. I have shopped at a few of their Chicago locations for years and really love their products. Well-made, comfortable yoga and cycling gear. On the pricey side, but so far I haven't been disappointed by anything I've bought. So I was very excited to hear they were opening a store in Hyde Park. But I've been past the location on Michigan a few times since it was supposed to open in November, and I don't see signage or any other indicator that it is open. I checked out the website, and they describe this location as being a not-quite-full-fledged retail location. Apparently it is only open 3-4 days a week and the hours are a little weird. I have to emphasize that I have not even entered the Cincinnati location yet, so writing a review is awkward. But I am happy to see them show up here and just hope that I can figure out how/when to take a look! read more

I LOVE Lululemon's clothing; I do not love their prices. However, the quality is awesome, they have lifetime guarantee on their clothing, they will do free adjustments/tailoring, so I'm always willing to pay more for quality. Also, the people who work at this location are SO NICE. I came in with my daughter and one of the salespeople, Rick, showed her the trampoline and sat there with her so I could try my running skirt on.
