Though I like the new location at the mall, the sales staff has much to be desired :o( . I was shopping for leggings as a gift and am unfamiliar with the different materials. The young woman who was helping me gave her recommendations, but when I asked about the different fabrics she couldn't give me the reasoning behind them. Shouldn't a salesperson know the purpose for the different fabrics?? I've also been to this location and tried clothing on. No one checked in on me to see if I needed a different size. The sales people here seem more interested in talking amongst themselves than helping the customers. Like other reviewers have mentioned, the sales people seem snobby and aloof. I love Lululemon's clothing. I work at a cycle studio, so I work (and basically live) in their clothes. And that isn't the issue at all. Their clothing is 100% worth the splurge. But, unfortunately, the staff and customer service is horrendous. Every time I walk into this location, the staff is rude and condescending. I'm not sure if it's because they believe that working at Lululemon makes they perfect, but they certainly have that attitude. I've had male employees say things about my body that made me uncomfortable at this location. I brought it up with the manager and all she had to say was that "None of her employees would do that". It's very unfortunate. Save yourself the stress and shop online or go to the Hyde Park location. P.S. if you happen to be a fitness instructor looking for a discount, be prepared to be interrogated by an employee every time you wish to use it. read more

Lululemon is one of those places where "you get what pay for" definitely holds true. I know for some people, there may be some sticker shock, but it's worth putting a little more money into something that you'll use regularly and is built to last. The majority of their bras range from $50-$70 each, which may sound high until you remember that the underwire you just purchased from Victoria's Secret set you back $65. And those are just for casual wear; not meant to hold you in place when you're on the treadmill or in a downward dog. This location has a nice sized clearance rack right in the middle of the store and they regularly have trendy and adorable bras and leggings of all sizes on it. I've struck gold and have been able to find two of my preferred bras on the clearance rack before! But the thing that really sets lululemon apart from the other shops you may visit looking to purchase active wear would be the customer service, hands down. Every single time I go in, I am greeted with smiling faces and people who are willing to answer any questions that you may have without being pushy. The last time I went, an employee asked me what kind of activities I was into and then helped me pick out which leggings would be best suited for each activity; and she didn't try to sell me on all of them, which is what most places would do. She literally said "stay away from these ones, they are not appropriate for yoga," which was incredibly nice to hear. I appreciate honesty. She did, however, show me a pair that would be able to take one ALL of my preferred activities with ease. They were stylish, sweat wicking and in the 'naked' fabric, which helps them stay breathable. They ran for $128. Again, may sound like a lot but when I'm on the racquetball court or riding my road bike from Loveland to downtown Cincinnati, I need reliable pants. I didn't pick them up because I decided to ask for them as my Christmas gift. I did, however, pick up two new bras and I am in love. I've attacked two photos so you can see the fit. They're so incredibly comfortable! One is stronger support, the other is light support. Long story short: if you like work out gear and nice people then go to Kenwood's Lululemon! read more

Went in here to ask for help with a bag. The strap was stuck and I needed help with it. Katie, one of the young ladies working, was extremely rude and refused to help. She made a hurtful comment, aggressively threw the bag on the table and stormed off. I stood there silently, shocked at her behavior and she completely ignored me while commenting under her breathe about how dumb I was. There was no need to be so aggressive and hurtful. Katie needs a lesson in customer service and kindness. I am not one to leave negative comments like this but it really bugged me. Treat people with kindness, it is not that hard. This is my first time feeling like trash while shopping at a luxury store. Will not be shopping at this location in fear of another Katie tantrum. Beware. read more

I can't say anything about the products because after witnessing the attitude of a male employee I wouldn't buy anything from this store. The employee ran into me and when he did it startled me and I said "oh I'm sorry" and he stopped and gave me he dirtiest look like I was in the way. I am a customer. This is not how you treat customers. This store is always super crowded and he needs to learn how to deal with people instead of lurking around and being rude. This is my go to Lulu. All of the workers here are fantastic. I have been to around 6 different Lulu locations and the customer service here is the best. The employees are more than willing to take the time and effort to put you in the right clothing for your exercise needs. read more

I went to the Kenwood store and as an instructor I often buy a lot of clothes, I do love the products. However, I went yesterday on a Saturday at 2:30 and picked a few items and began trying. I wanted a different size, but nobody asked if I needed help. I stuck my head out and spoke to the attendant. I waited for 20 minutes and she never brought the items. I put my clothes back on and left. To my surprise she was standing there and there was nobody else in the fitting rooms. The store was not busy. I told her she forgot about me and her ambivalent, "Oh" made me wonder if it were an oversight or she refused to serve me because I am a minority. I bought only the items that fit and felt hurt by the experience. Today I plan to return everything, because I teach minorities and the don't need that experience. I have her name and posting it serves nothing. I was asked at the register about my experience. When I expressed that it sucked, they replied, " sorry about that." I didn't get all the items I wanted, if I can do with less, I can do without. Clients WIN always. read more

Finally I convinced someone to give me the hangers! When you pay $88 for a polo, though INCREDIBLY nice, I want the darn $1.00 hanger it is sold on. I love LULU and would consider it my guilty pleasure, so I can't say I needed much help or consulted many while in the store, but the entire staff was very friendly, and I would highly recommend to try their clothes if you have not! read more

Yep this place is as good as it gets. No matter how I am dressed I am always greeted with a warm welcome and then left alone until I am ready to make a purchase. Went in to look for some leggings and the staff started to put back leggings that had been tried on from the dressing rooms. I thought they were going to stop after a couple but they continued to put them back. The area got crowded and they just got in your way and didn't even say sorry. I thought this was very rude and disrespectful and not very good customer service at all. Ended up leaving with nothing because I got frustrated and couldn't even look through the leggings. Drove 35 minutes specifically to go to Lululemon and left very disappointed in the customer service. read more

My go-to for workout clothing and loungewear! Love, love, love. My only complaint is that there is always one, sometimes two, employees that are conceded and entitled. Which makes me not want to shop in the store. I realize they may be in high school or college still, but that is no excuse for bad customer service. read more
