What I received from the sales person, Marilyn, was a classic sales push to sign up for the credit card. She didn't hear me when I said, I'm just looking and feeling close to my daughter. She clipped the shirt I was holding out of my hand and started a dressing room. Then by the time I went to the dressing room it was full of clothing picked out for me (which would have been nice if I had asked for it. Or wanted it.) but most of Marylin's questions were all about the credit card that she wanted me to "load it up" to get points. It was thoroughly icky feeling. I had a pair of the Venice joggers in my hand as I did like the fabric and they were comfortable. But Marylin kept pushing the credit card and when I finally told her firmly that I already have a credit card that I like to use for points she dropped me like a hot potato at the register, which no one was even standing at. I was like, um...I'm ready to buy these pants I didn't come in for when I realized, now's the chance--get out! So I didn't buy anything and I felt totally happy to leave. The exact opposite of how I felt when my feet had first entered. Sad day for sales. And really hope not everyone gets begged to sign up for a credit card.

The sales people here seem more interested in talking amongst themselves than helping the customers. Like other reviewers have mentioned, the sales people seem snobby and aloof. But, unfortunately, the staff and customer service is horrendous. Every time I walk into this location, the staff is rude and condescending. I'm not sure if it's because they believe that working at Lululemon makes they perfect, but they certainly have that attitude. I've had male employees say things about my body that made me uncomfortable at this location. I brought it up with the manager and all she had to say was that "None of her employees would do that". It's very unfortunate. Save yourself the stress and shop online or go to the Hyde Park location. I got gifts from Christmas here and decided to return them- when I did, they said I can only get it credited on the "purchasing account holder" or exchange for something right then - no way to gather $ to actually purchase something outside fabletics ? A good reason to not buy any gifts here . It created the awkwardness of asking for the $ when the original purchasing party got credit on their account . The manager is also known to give the "irritating" look as if they don't appreciate good customers all the time. I won't be around as much knowing Lululemon and Vouri are around in the mall.
