I visited the lululemons new location the other day and it is amazing !!! I definitely recommend it!!

I went in this store to return a defective vest for my mom and the customer service was AWFUL. The woman at the counter was snobbish, rude, and would have made me keep the damaged item because it was missed one of the tags. I used to LOVE lululemon; but, after this, I will not be supporting them. I'm so disappointed in this store. read more

I like this location! Staff has always been helpful with locating items and processing a hemming order for my leggings. It's location in century square is super cute, but a bit smaller than other lulu's I've visited. read more

I bought a pair of leggings from here and the seams completely came undone after only one wash on delicate and hung to dry. Understanding this was probably just a manufacturing error and things happen I thought I would bring them back in and have them replace them since it was obviously not up to the standard of quality that lululemon claims. They insisted that all I needed to do was have the seams reinforced. So they took my $140 leggings and sent them away for over a month (had internal shipping delays that nobody informed me on - only found out after finally calling to see where my leggings were). When I finally got them back the seams were jagged and obviously layered on. Extremely disappointed to now have uneven stitching on a pair of defective leggings. Don't go to the college station location!!! The worst!!! read more

I have been in this store several times, and I have never encountered anything but helpful friendliness. The store is always well organized, clean, and things are easy to find. And if for some reason I am not able to find a specific item in the store, employees are always very helpful in getting it ordered online. read more

I just had an amazing experience! The reviews threw me off... As I walked in, I was greeted by a precious young gal named Maddie. She proceeded to explain each legging and could answer every question I had. I walked out with several items that I normally wouldn't have shopped for. However, she was so informative and friendly without being pushy. I am over 50 and not every product in the store works for me. She was kind and understanding regarding my concerns. Southern hospitality at its best! And This California left with a few Texas souvenirs! read more

Always make a stop here each time I visit College Station. Though the store is a bit small they always have a good selection and are extremely kind. The staff are always willing to assist with anything even offer to order something if not available there. Love this store location! read more

Hit or miss. I have had mainly bad experiences. My most recent one, I asked if I could get a pair of pants hemmed because they were too long. The first thing she said is that they weren't able to take clothes out or add fabric to make them bigger. She made a point to say they could only make the clothes smaller. Thought it was pretty rude considering I asked to just hem them. read more

This is the worst Lululemon store I have ever been too. Both the staff and manager are rude and unhelpful. When trying to purchase an item at the checkout, they did not talk to me or acknowledge me at all. It was like I was a problem, interrupting their conversation, even though they are at their job to work. They also charged me for one transaction FOUR TIMES. Their system was down and they acted like it was my fault. The overcharges are not going to be refunded to me until a week from the time of the purchase. Absolutely ridiculous. I will be not going back to support this store, they have lost my business. They do not operate like a serious Lululemon Retail location, I would NOT recommend going to the College Station location. read more

I would not recommend coming here if you are wanting to exchange something that ripped or follows the lifetime policy they offer. I have been here twice to try and exchange a pair of leggings that ripped and have been refused service to get a new pair of leggings. In my five years of being a lululemon customer, I have never ever run into this much trouble to exchange an item. read more

The College Station location is hit or miss. If you can I would recommend ordering online. I went in to do an exchange and when I was checking out the exchanged pair (to make sure that one didn't have any markings/defects because I had previously grabbed the last one) I assumed maybe this one was a possible return or something, things went south. Well she didn't like how I thought that and started being VERY rude. She immediately copped a nasty attitude and was like "well we have had these a long time and no this pair was NOT a return". Well, in my opinion if I'm going to pay this much $$$ for some leggings I'm going to make sure it doesn't have markings or looks like it was also exchanged and out back on the floor. She then continued to argue and was sure to roll her eyes after she handed me my bag. Very RUDE staff...don't waste your time or sanity in there. Just order online. read more

After seeing the reviews on Yelp I was skeptical, but the staff at this location were all fantastic! Nice, welcoming, genuine, and a great help. I ordered some items offline and when they came in I noticed some slight damage, I took the item into the store and they were happy to help fix them! I did a little shopping and a few days later they were better than ever. The staff here are all friendly and so helpful! read more

Every time I've been to this location the staff has been pretty rude and stand-offish. When you come in prepared to be judged. Usually the staff at lulu stores are the kindest and most helpful but here they make you feel like a burden. I think they should read their reviews and listen to their customers because it's not a one time occurrence. read more

Had never bought at lululemon before due to just not being ready to spend the money yet but was really excited to try this one! Within less than 2 minutes of being there, I left. The employee talked down to me in a condescending tone and never really felt helpful. Not to mention when I told her I'm I'm a size 4, she told me that I must be mistaken because I'm more towards the medium side (apparently she felt she could determine this from just looking at me). I was excited to buy my first pair of lulus finally, but at this point probably will never step foot back into that store. read more

I've always loved Lululemon and felt welcomed and important every time I come in, but this lululemon employees are the exact opposite. From the second I walked in, I was treated rudely by the so called "manager." I needed an opinion on a skirt size and no one was there to help me. I had to walk across the store to find a worker and she barely even gave me her opinion. I went ahead and purchased the skirt in a size they didn't have so she had to order it over the computer. Might I add, she didn't even communicate with me while she was doing that and rudely asked for my card for payment. Lastly, I had brought in a pair of leggings and shorts that were worn from their material where they always say they return any products that are no longer wearable due to wear and tear. The same worker was rude with me and told me I could not exchange them for a smaller size. She then preceded to tell me that I could only exchange the shorts for a size that FELL off of me and not the leggings, after she had just said she would. She started to raise her voice and treat me as if I was nothing. Customer service is awful here!!! Very rude and not accommodating. Save your money and go somewhere else. read more

If I could give zero stars to this Lululemon I would. I have been a loyal customer to Lululemon for several years now and yesterday I went in with full intention of purchasing a new pair of leggings and a workout top (a $180-$200 purchase). As a college student that is an excessive about of money to drop, but I am in love with the quality and fully support this brand. The second I walked into the Lululemon a lady with black/brown curly hair looked me up and down and gave me the rudest look. I was not greeted and the two other girls on shift looked at me as if I had no place in being there. They created a super poor environment for me and made me feel overly self conscious - not something one should feel when purchasing workout attire. I am never one to write poor reviews but my plans of making that purchase completely changed when I entered that awful atmosphere. I will not be returning due to the poor and awful customer service that made me feel like an unwanted guest who did not deserve to be there. The experience was unlike any other in the worst way possible, which is why I am taking time out of my day to broadcast this. read more
