What a GREAT Lululemon! I was visiting Columbus for a class reunion and a little business. I had the morning free, so drove to the shops at Easton with Lululemon and Golden Goose my destinations! As with all Lululemons, I was greeted entering the store. It was super busy because it was tax free back to school shopping. In spite of the number of customers, the employees remained cheerful and helpful. I had picked out some shorts, a few tops and I was trying different bras. I ended up buying a top (love it!) and a pair of shorts (they feel so soft) and they ordered the colors of the bras I liked to have them arrived at my house. I ended up returning a few days later when it was not as busy and bought a few more tops. A couple of the gals remembered me and even asked how my class reunion was! So nice! Great store. Love this location! I typically shop online most places however because Lulu sale items are exchange only I stopped in. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and I was asked by multiple people if I needed anything despite being extremely busy. In terms of value their clothing is expensive although when on sale with my professional discount it's pretty much the same as many alternatives. I find the quality very high and the clothing flattering. One thing to note if you are not familiar with the brand the sizes run small. While I typically wear a size 0, XS in most brands I wear a 6 in most items at Lululemon although I tried a tank today in a 6 that was too tight. The S/XS Oversized Scuba hoodies fit great, and I have the hooded, fleece, and funnel versions so I believe the oversized versions fit true to size but I don't find that I am swimming in them all. I'm 5"1 and 106 pounds for reference. Definitely recommend but would also recommend making the trip to the store to try on as well! read more

Purchased pants. Had them altered. Picked up pants. Got home to wash the pants and realized all three associates missed removing the security tag. Drove 40 minutes back to the store and arrived 20 minutes prior to them opening at 11:00am. Talked with associate who yelled at me from the back of the store (couldn't even be bothered to walk up to talk to me) and stated she wouldn't help me until the store opened in 20 minutes. read more

This is by far the most friendly and helpful location in the Columbus area. I had gone to Easton and was left with a bad taste from the sales rep there. So I drove another 15 mins to get here. The staff was phenomenal and so helpful in helping me and finding sizes. I didn't get my cashiers name but she was so delightful and helped me get my healthcare discount applied and I had a great convo with her. This store seemed to have more variety than the Easton location. I'd be back. read more

I usually have a great experience at this store. Unfortunately today was a bit of a disappointment. I ordered a shirt at the Easton location and was told by the associate at Easton I could head over and pick it at at Polaris. I headed to Polaris, picked out a few more items and headed to check out. The staff wasn't rude but definitely not as welcoming as normal, that being said, I assume they are exhausted from the holiday season. When I got to the register to pick up my item that was purchased at Easton for Polaris pick up, they couldn't find it. I was then told that they had not checked the pick up orders, that they only had one of the item I purchased in the store and another guest was currently trying it on! After waiting 10 mins they did located the item (apparently the other person didn't purchase it, thank goodness). However, if they had, I would have been unable to pick up the item I had already paid for because they had yet to process those orders. While the staff was kind and did their best to find the item, I would have been totally out of luck if the other guest decided they liked it. I was very unhappy that the employees at Polaris neglected to process the order which caused me to wait for them to scramble to try to figure it out. In the end it worked out but I was very unimpressed with this experience. It leaves me very uncomfortable ever purchasing for in store pick up again! read more

I've been to several lulu stores and the ladies in here were the absolute best! Super friendly, made you feel right at home, and really took their time to ensure you had knowledge on each product, etc. actually went back twice during my stay in Ohio and both times-amazing customer service! read more

Here is what you need to know: lululemon is more expensive than it needs to be, and it only goes up to women's size 12. If neither of these bother you, then read on. When you walk into lululemon you will immediately be bothered by a greeter. Pro tip: sneak in a behind a group of people walking in to not be bothered by the annoying greeter. They really are annoying, I could so do without them. Look around the small store at shirts that will cost 50-100 dollars. They do have sales, they are marked with purple stickers but they are final sale. Now that there is a Victoria secret active wear store right ac cross the way, this store seems unnecessary. Really both stores are overpriced compared to what you can get at a normal department store. I would rather shop at dicks sporting goods or a department store for activewear...lululemon is just too expensive and too...uninviting. You have to give them your name to try something on you better believe they will knock several times asking you come out and model it. Yeah, no thanks! Get your "free" water and head out of there! read more

I am a fan of Lululemon clothing, but I was not impressed with the Lululemon store at Polaris. I went there looking for a jacket that I found on the Lululemon website and I approached a staff member to determine if it was available in- store. The staff was cold and unfriendly and acted like I was bothering them when I asked for assistance. When I asked about the jacket, the staff member told me that the company no longer made the jacket, which I knew was incorrect as the jacket is available on Lululemon's website. Considering that Lululemon's philosophy and manifesto have such a focus on spreading love and health, their retail staff should at least be friendly and helpful. Further, it is a little bit ridiculous that the staff doesn't even know the company's current product line. Tip- if you want to buy Lululemon, either do it on-line or at the Easton store. read more

Wow this place knows how to treat people! All the girls in here are beautiful inside and out. Yes they are expensive but to be treated like that every time I come in there is fine with me. Great selection of running attire. And the girls there won't pour. Where things are like some places( sears) they will actually walk you to where the items are and un fold them and show them off they complimented the baby which is always a plus how beautiful she was and they loved her smile. So I'll pay top dollar any day of the week for that kind of treatment! Awesome job ladies read more

Yes, it is expensive, but it is totally worth it! I am a distance runner, and do a lot of weight lifting. I have never had a problem with any chafing, riding up, or any other wardrobe malfunction issues. I have other well know sports brand (Nike) clothes, and always have a problem with seams irritating my skin. It also helps that everything is so pretty to motivate me to get my butt to work out on the days I just don't feel like it! A lot of the material is very delicate, so be sure to follow the washing instructions. On the one occasion that I had a snag, I returned it to the store and got a new one. read more

She not only refunded my pants and gave me a gift card, she lifted me back out of the abyss of sorrow and onto my feet again. I am an avid lulu lemon shopper due to the quality of their athletic apparel and my need for professional looking athletic wear in the exercise physiology profession. Needless to say, walking into the store with my aunt (who was from out of town and wanted to buy me a Christmas present) we picked out a pair of pants that she wanted to buy for me and proceeded to the checkout where she planned on using her group fitness discount (Spinning which she has used before) when the cashier told her that she was not able to apply it because the gift was not for her even though she purchased it. She then gave her a handout in which she told us to register her Group Fitness card (which was already registered and approved by the store). Needless to say, the store did not honor her discount. After paying full price for something that was already expensive, we asked for hemming of the pants which is supposed to be honored at every store. The cashier then told us they do not offer it at that particular store and left the cash register. I went to the Easton store later and asked them for help in which they were incredibly helpful unlike the Polaris location and informed me that every store offers alterations and looked puzzled when I told them the experience I had at the Polaris location. I will never shop at the Polaris Lulu Lemon again and I suggest that others do not as well as the customer service is atrocious and does not fit the brand that is advertised. read more

The staff here are awesome! They're more than happy to help you with any questions , which you'll have plenty of since the lines of clothing are overwhelming at first. I got a great deal on a long sleeve that was marked final sale but while at the checkout saw it had a stain on it. The cashier told me not to worry and after trying to get it out with a tide pen, reassured me I could bring it back to any store if it didn't come off after a wash in the machine. read more
