Your basic Lulu store. Kinda on the smaller side but they had what I needed. The staff was helpful and attentive. I'd definitely visit this location again but I'd prefer the north park location because it's much bigger. Please note I use they/them pronouns as I did not get their name or their preferred pronouns. This week (04/10) I went to this store and was refused an exchange. My dad's wife had bought me two leggings to try out as a just because gift. Unfortunately, they were so big that when I went to walk my dog, they slid down my legs to the point where I had to hold my leggings up with one hand and my dog's leash with the other. I didn't have my receipt because it was a gift. Despite sharing this with the associate, they refused to accept the return because my pants were "from 2021" when they were just purchased this year as I received them in March. When asked about the return policy, they kept saying "it recently changed" and "if you had an account with us, you would have accepted those new terms and conditions." Apparently the return policy changes on 04/15, so on 04/10, this policy of not accepting ID returns was not in effect. However, the associate lied and said it was "recently changed" and because I don't have an account or my dad's wife's account, I couldn't return them. I truly just wanted to exchange them for a size that fits and enjoy the leggings that my friends have come to know and love however he did not want me to have that shared experience. The way they spoke to me felt so demeaning that I was in near tears. Very grateful for the Legacy West location, who took care of the return no questions asked, got me set up with an account so I don't encounter this problem again and took the time to educate me, as any lululemon product I've received (two belt bags) have been gifts--super blessed with my friends! Doubtful I'll return to the Knox Henderson location due to the despicable behavior then what I later found out to be lies. Unsure why this associate expressed such malice towards me but it did not feel good and it was for sure unnecessary. Very unfortunate given this store's proximity to me. Definitely recommend the drive to the Legacy West location vs shopping here as they do not care about potential future customers or having empathy towards others. read more

Service is like any Lulu store. The selection of clothes is great; they have a nice clearance section! That helps me with paying so much; but it's such nice quality! Lululemon on Knox-Henderson in Dallas is the one I'm referencing. read more

I'm not originally from Dallas but boyfriend and I went on vacation to Dallas but we went to this location because I've never been to it before BUT this location is in a very bad location because car accidents happen. We were in that area and got into a car accident we didn't need any medical attention or to go to the hospital but boyfriend and I are very very very upset. read more

This location is always crowded AF. The staff is nice, but everyone in Dallas who refuses to wear a mask seems to shop here.

Absolutely loved it here! The customer service was at the top and the selection was great. It was my first time in and I wasnt sure if I could fit anything. The staff assured me that I could fit something and I fell in love with the align pants in 7/8 length! They were super stretchy and oh so comfy! I felt like I could live in them! I just wish that the prices were a little bit lower with the aligns starting at $98! Ouch! But, it will have to be something I save up for, for sure as the pants and service were awesome! 2.5 stars really. The good: Love the product. Great fit and wears well. Selena was very helpful. The bad: They never have mediums. I mean never. Every time they check for me they can barely find them within Dallas. The closest store that had any medium size shorts was in Houston. How are you constantly this incompetent with your stock? The staff is LOUD! I don't mean people talking regularly. A staff of five women yelling like they're at a bachelorette party. I could hardly concentrate in the fitting room. The hackling laughing and screaming didn't stop for 30 minutes. There was never a break once, and then as I was leaving some woman walked in with her dog and all five girls started screaming oh my God the dog is so cute like oh my god! all at the same time and this went on for what felt like an hour as I was checking out. To give you an idea how loud they were I couldn't even hear the woman checking me out at the register. She had to yell at me to figure out what she was saying over the girls screaming. It was piercing. Lastly they never have sales and their clothes are VERY expensive! Good quality so yes you get what you pay for but you REALLLLLLY PAY. AWFUL! read more

What a FABULOUS addition to Knox Street. I love Lululemon but having to tackle the Northpark or Galleria crowd to visit. Enter, Knox Street! Lululemon's latest Dallas location which is nestled on the corner of Cole and Knox, right across from Starbucks. It is decent sized, stocked with everything you could ever want to have a fun and fashionable workout and the staff is super friendly. Be sure to look at the pictures on the walls, they are of the stores ambassadors. Ambassadors are local, sport gurus in different areas like pilates and yoga so you may see your favorite instructor on the wall! read more

The management team for Lululemon Knox Street did not require all customers to wear masks. Seemed like if you are white and blonde, management just let you walk around the store with no mask, yelling at people about a "medical diagnosis" that doesn't require you to wear a mask. standing outside in line to buy $300-$400 worth of pants because the store is worried about CoVID is a waste of time when you get inside to see customers without a mask. We will take our business & money to stores who treat all customers equally. read more

Staff was friendly and helpful, HOWEVER, a girl shopping had NO MASK. ONE employee asked her to put her mask on and she said she had a "medical condition" and they still let her shop and checkout. Not sure how this is safe for ALL the other costumers. Fiancè had $400 worth of pants to purchase but we left without because we didn't feel comfortable. read more

I don't know if something happened to them when they were hemmed or what but I'm thankful they did an exchange so I could get the same pair that had no damage! Really love the staff! I really wanted to be excited about the opening of this store, But after two tried attempts and visits I've decided "no more!" With the prices for the clothing as high as they are, You think the customer service would be raised a few bars. But each and every time I've paid a little visit, To this specific location I always regret it. I tried on a jacket and a backpack that I liked a few weeks ago, But to get any help from any of the employees I had to scream out "HEY YO!!" With four employees working inside a small empty store, You would think the service would be better, that's for sure! So after receiving absolutely zero help from any of the staff, I left completely upset, feeling ignored and all I could do was laugh. Cause they just lost money and it's a brand new store, They really should pay attention to their customer service more. And on my second attempt to receive these articles, I sent in my partner with my size and specific order. But he soon found out that's its difficult to get, Anyone to help you unless you throw a fit. He couldn't get any help so he just searched for the stuff himself, But couldn't find the correct size and had to basically beg for help. He asked the girls if they could find my size by calling another Lulelemon store, But said "forget it. I'll do it myself," when she acted like it was a chore. As one of the top ranked Dukes in Dallas I would definitely have to say, After experiences like that it's no question for all you to stay away. read more

I've been to this location a few times (3-4) I've never had a bad experience. Actually, anytime I want to shop at Lululemon I make sure I come to the Knox location. It's always very well organized, there's never a mess (unlike the mall locations, wuff!) I've came during busy & lonely hours and both were very pleasant experiences. The employees have always greeted me and have been very polite. I was looking for a new yoga mat my last visit and one of the employees was very helpful and brought out a cute yoga mat that was on sale for $20 bucks! I honestly have nothing to complain about. read more

Went to exchange some Christmas gifts I received and had a wonderful experience. The staff was so helpful even though it was packed (the last Thursday of the year and it was around 2:00). I will not be going to the mall location anymore now that I've been to this locale. The selection here is better and the overall customer service is better, too. For a store that sells expensive sports bras I would think the staff would be more knowledgeable about how they are supposed to fit. The staff was helpful about the details of the bra, but knew nothing about how the bra should fit on my body. I went home and googled it after I bought the bra; the next day I exchanged the bra for the next size up (without trying it on, which is my bad) and this one will not work either. I'm hoping that I can go to a different branch and find a more knowledgeable staff that doesn't make me feel weird for wanting their help with the bra fit. read more
