This Lulu Lemon located in the Glen mills area is great with lots of collection. The parking is shared and ample. The customer service is not great for a Lulu lemon store. The collection is great and definitely worth visiting. The store is maintained well and clean. The online inventory and its related store availability is accurate and great. Do you have kids? If so, AVOID this store. Not mom-lifestyle friendly at all. Today my 4 year old daughter and I visited the Glen Mills, PA lululemon. I started a fitting room with probably $600 worth of clothes. My daughter said she had to use the potty (again, she is 4) and I asked an employee if I could use their bathroom. The employee looked at us and dismissively said "we don't have public restrooms" and then said "you could try Fresh Market" (grocery store that is opposite side of the shopping center). This employee could see my daughter was uncomfortable so I left without another word. To any mom who has a rare window to shop, you know how difficult it is to do so with little kids in tow. Have YOU ever told a 4 year old to 'hold it' while you walk for 7 minutes to another store that *might* have a public restroom in the freezing cold?! I understand stores have a no public bathroom for a reason, I worked for 5 years in retail. However in my situation I would hope Lululemon would have the wherewithal to train their staff to recognize a stressful situation and make a small exception. If you can expect hardworking moms to pay $150 for a pair of pants, but not even grant them an exception to use your restroom, shame on you. I left the store so disappointed and embarrassed and I am prepared to never, EVER give Lululemon another penny which is a shame, because today they lost out on a sale from a loyal customer today. My husband is retired NHL and because of this he gets a 25% sweat collective discount at Lululemon on every purchase. Every time we go in this store and are checking out, it's a big argument for them to apply his discount. They argue with him, questioning what he is buying (whether it's for him or me), asking for multiple forms of ID, and act like he is lying (even with ID, login credentials). They are the rudest staff we have ever encountered locally. And this has happened multiple times in this store. We will now ONLY purchase online or at King of Prussia, where there are no problems. read more

Great location and plenty of parking- I absolutely love lululemons brand- great quality workout gear- of course it's a little pricey but it's like you get what you pay for- I don't wear any other brand - the staff at this location is also absolutely amazing - they are so friendly and so helpful- they go above and beyond like offering masks in case you forgot yours & water bottles while waiting in line outside. I'm so glad I live close to this location. Five stars. Keep up the great service. read more

I placed an order and when the order came in one of the items had a security tag on it so I immediately contacted customer service via chat I ask them to send out a replacement item immediately and send me a return label and I would return the item. It took about 30 minutes via chat. They sent a return label and the item was returned. However, I never received a replacement so I contacted them again. It took over an hour via chat to get the issued resolved. I asked to be compensated for the inconvenience of not only one but two mistakes and over 1 half hours trying to resolve an issue they created to begin with. They offered me a $10 gift card. In my opinion the service for the high-priced high-quality athlete wear missed the boat on this issue. read more

I want to start off by saying everyone in this store is extremely professional and helpful. When checking out I was using a gift card and they were so patient throughout the whole process! With that being said, this review is about Aly. Every lululemon employee is exceptional however Aly is completely above and beyond. I told her I was looking for an outfit to meet my boyfriend's family in since I forgot my clothes at home in Virginia and she was so helpful throughout the whole process. She made sure to listen and understand what I wanted to wear-preferences, colors, size, fit, etc. In addition, she was more than happy to tell me what she thought of each item and outfit-she even helped me with putting together an outfit if I couldn't quite figure out the right thing. Aly also brought different items she felt I would like and would fit well on me, most of which I really liked as well. Not only did she treat me with such excellent customer service but every other person in there was treated with this same service. If you're looking for a personal shopping appointment, make one with Aly. You won't be disappointed at all! read more

I've been to this location a handful of times, and I had a great or above-average experience each visit. My visit yesterday was comprised of one off-putting encounter after another, which culminated in me leaving my potential purchases hanging on the changing room door after being repeatedly ignored by the several women who were working in the changing room area while they played catch up. Ironically, there was a training event going on at the same time. Even the trainer seemed awkward AF. Here's a great retail strategy: if a prospective customer walks in the door already covered in the brand you are hawking, you can pretty much bet ten times out of nine that this customer doesn't need much persuading to continue buying your product. I certainly didn't; my paycheck was burning a hole thru my pocket. I really enjoy my Lululemon gear, but part of the experience -- and part of why I was willing to pay at that price point -- is looking around and trying things on. I'm not going to say I'll never buy Lululemon again, but there are a lot of great competitors out there who will employ people to not baldly ignore me. And, for the record, I don't care if I'm covered in the brand or walking inside the store in a burlap bag; it's never okay to not acknowledge another human being. read more

Every time I walk in here I'm reminded of why I love shopping lulu online rather than going in person. I love walking into a store mid week day with 5+ employees chitchatting and walking around (maybe 2 other customers in the store being helped) and not being acknowledged!! Only reason why I'm leaving this review is because this has happened multiple times now. I don't understand the prejudice they hold when I'm walking in there head to toe in lulu to begin with. I had a really positive experience with this lululemon store. I walked into the store with my buddy and my girlfriend just kind of wandering around the shopping malls and basically window shopping. I've been in plenty of lululemon stores because I love their product but some stores have employees that are trying too hard to push product on customers. This store was the opposite of that, a young, very-fit gentlemen told us where the good stuff on sale was in the store and then proceeded to ask us about why we were in the area and basically had a conversation with us. A really quality dude. In the end I ended up buying a $35 dollar pair of shorts on sale because I wanted to... not because someone pushed me into making the purchase. A huge fan of this store and would recommend it to anyone who loves lululemons products. This was also located in a great strip mall. read more

I encountered beautiful people inside and out eager to help me and knowledgeable on the brand. I'll be coming back to this location for sure. Megan even helped connect me with matching bottoms to a jogger top I recently ordered. She is a wonderful individual. Just because it's a premium brand doesn't mean we the customers get to be snobby. I wonder if that's some of the fuel behind some of the negative post. I've been buying this brand over 7 years now and wear at least one piece of Lululemon clothing each day. The ABC Classics are my everyday go to. We give respect and that opens the door to receive it. I can say without doubt I've never had someone be rude to me. I have had individuals be somewhat short, but I figure it's because of something personal and I try to uplift them before I leave and it works every time. Are we a thermometer or a thermostat? Love this store! There is always a helpful and knowledgable staff member waiting to help you with what you are looking for that day. I am always greeted with a genuine, "Hello. How can I help you?" This is very great because I usually don't know what I want except something that is going to compliment me. Lululemon is very laid back and the staff will not hassle you. They are very big on having people trying on their clothes and will help you if you are not sure on how to wear their clothes :) I can honestly say that I love lulu lemon and the quality of their clothes are top notch. The leggings do not shrink and the shirts do not lose their shape. Sorry I don't know all of the staff names but I can say that actually all of them are nice and helpful and that is a first for me in the retail business. I can only speak for the Glen Mills, PA store about their excellent customer service and willingness to help customers and give their honest opinions. read more
