I started a fitting room with probably $600 worth of clothes. My daughter said she had to use the potty (again, she is 4) and I asked an employee if I could use their bathroom. The employee looked at us and dismissively said "we don't have public restrooms" and then said "you could try Fresh Market" (grocery store that is opposite side of the shopping center). This employee could see my daughter was uncomfortable so I left without another word. To any mom who has a rare window to shop, you know how difficult it is to do so with little kids in tow. Have YOU ever told a 4 year old to 'hold it' while you walk for 7 minutes to another store that *might* have a public restroom in the freezing cold?! I understand stores have a no public bathroom for a reason, I worked for 5 years in retail. However in my situation I would hope Lululemon would have the wherewithal to train their staff to recognize a stressful situation and make a small exception. If you can expect hardworking moms to pay $150 for a pair of pants, but not even grant them an exception to use your restroom, shame on you. I left the store so disappointed and embarrassed and I am prepared to never, EVER give Lululemon another penny which is a shame, because today they lost out on a sale from a loyal customer today. DO BETTER.

I am utterly amazed at the staff's professionalism and ability to put at ease even a plus-sized, long-term-undergarment-phobic like me. The fitting took 60 seconds and then I explained my requirements for every day (no itchy lace plus extreme comfort with enough support to keep my back from hurting), and what I need for a special event dress (support you cannot see; comfort optional). Dana brought me many different options for both scenarios, which, to the extent I was comfortable with it, she helped me to try on and adjust. Very quickly I became so comfortable that she helped me the whole time. Dana is fabulous but relatively new, and so a wonderful expert verified everything she did. They explained to me the different bra styles and what they do, as well as UK vs US sizing etc. It was a terrific experience. Ultimately I chose a $56 strapless for the event dress, and for every day, I picked two $99 each Evelyn Bobbie sports-bra variations and a $65 Emoli underwire for the every day occasions when I need to dress less casually. So. For $317 I got: 1. An expert fitting in a private setting 2. Two hours of un-rushed selection and fit assistance plus education from incredible ladies who both know their stuff and understand the "ick" factor. 3. Two everyday comfort bras that fit well. 4. One "dress a little better" every day bra. 5. One strapless bra for the event dress. When I was checking out, there was a woman of about 40 at the register next to me who had driven 85 miles for their services. The checkout staff said "yes we have people who come from all over". I understand why. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

If I see something online and don't find it in my size in the store, they are always helpful and willing to try 2-3 other methods to track down my size and have it shipped to my house. As to the negative review below, I would assume the employees at the store locations do not have the ability to override the corporate poilcy, therefore the review should be posted to the corporate Yelp page. The dressing room stalls do not have doors, they only have a curtain and no way to secure it. Which is fine if it's just women. On this last occasion, there were quite a lot of men roaming in and out of the dressing room. One man was standing outside my dressing room stall the entire time I was in there. I felt extremely uncomfortable with some strange man standing on the other side of a flimsy curtain from me while I was undressed. I do not understand why men needed to be in the dressing room - no men's clothes are sold here. If your SO is trying things on then you can stand just outside the door and she can show you things. None of the staff did anything to help me or to tell these men to get the hell out of a women only space. In fact one staff member encouraged a man to enter the dressing room. I was totally floored. I said something as I was checking out and all they said was, I'll bring it up with my manager. I doubt I'll be shopping at this location anymore.

They have a ton of very unique dresses and so reasonably priced. They have about 2 of every size which is nice if you can get there in time to get your size! I found a lot of the smaller sizes were gone in the dresses I was interested in. Luckily there was still one small of the dress I wanted! The lady working was very friendly and not overbearing at all. She told us the history of the store and the owners which I always love to hear. My boyfriend was with me but its always nice to have an opinion from a lady too. I tried on two dresses. The first dress I tried on was a pink and blue dress (the one I really wanted) and it was very flattering. I tried on a second cute, multiple colored dress that my boyfriend picked out and I wasn't crazy about the way it looked on me. The lady who worked there didn't try to talk me into buying it and gave my her honest opinion which I thought was great! I ended up getting the gorgeous pink and blue dress and a cute watermelon colored cover up for the beach season. I only spent $87 total for good quality clothes that I know hardly anyone else will have ;) I will most definitely be back frequently!! side note: the lady working told me the dress i bought came in yesterday and they sold 3-4 in just over 24 hours! So i will definitely keep that in mind when they have new arrivals. Go early in the season for sure!!

There is a single dressing room with enough hooks and benches for your belongings and the clothes you wish to try on. Surprisingly, there is a nice number of pieces in the "L" range- so if you are between a 10 and 14 it is still worth a shot. Often, boutiques like this have impossibly small clothes, and I was pleasantly surprised. The owner/operator is there and attentive to everyone who walks in without hovering or rushing you about, which I appreciated. I found this place on Yelp bc it was the only women's clothing store in walking distance of Trolley Square, and I had a clothing malfunction that required the urgent and immediate need for new bottoms. There were no reviews, so I'm leaving this one since a) I walked out with a new and cute outfit plus three incredibly low-prices layering shirts all for just $110, b) it was open on a Sunday afternoon, c) I received good customer service, and d) there were clothes in my size, and e) it is the most sophisticated shop I've seen in this part of Wilmington. I will definitely come back!

The owner wasn't there, the person who was behind the desk was nice enough but clearly did not know too much about antiques or anything like that. I found some items I liked and intended to pay for them, they didn't have prices listed so I took them up to the employee. They spent like ten minutes just holding the first one and looking something up on their phone, presumably the Google average price for an item of that kind, which is of course a completely unreliable way to price an unidentifiable antique. The prices they told me they estimated for the items were a bit over-the-top but not necessarily unreasonable if they were actually of any confirmed value. But there was no evidence of date or proof of origin, so for all I know the thing I wanted could have been a papier-mâché craft made in someone's basement two weeks ago. Just not worth the risk in my opinion. So yeah, I left without buying anything. The selections seemed cool and I appreciate the employee trying to help to the best of their ability, but I don't like gambling when it comes to things like antiques.
