That's why I've been a fan of Lululemon for over a decade now. The fits are always cute and they feel good. The Lululemon store inside Fashion Show Mall has moved to different spots within the mall multiple times...ok, twice as of 2025. The current location seems bigger compared to all other spots it has occupied within the mall. I'm giving Lululemon - Fashion Show 5 stars because of their educator, Joe. We were shopping yesterday and I've provided service excellence. I had so many issues when I came in the store: are my gift cards working?, I was looking for a specific color for Align pants, etc. He helped me with everything without losing his patience. He checked on me to see I was doing ok and if I needed help finding anything else. Best Lululemon shopping experience in the world (yes, I've shopped at Lululemon in Canada, Mexico, Japan, Sweden, UAE, UK, New Zealand, Australia, etc.). I always remember educators that are outstanding - like Premyer who used to be an educator back in 2016-2018 at Fashion Show. And after so many years, they got a new asset and that's Joe. Currently, they have their tennis collection. From skorts, cute tennis polo shirts, dresses, racket bag to hats and visors. Too bad I'm not good at tennis otherwise, I'd be buying the whole collection. But I did leave the store with my favorites: Align shorts, Align pants, and Swiftly tanks. I mostly shop Lululemon through their app. But I'm glad I visited the store because they have a pair of shorts that I somehow missed on the app. They did mention, you can't see details on the app. This will once again be my go-to Lululemon store for as long as Joe is there. read more

Quality/Quantity - Sadly I am going to stop buying this brand... With the exception of my purchases in Australia, I really liked the quality of the brand. Another reason to buy USA. And recently, I have noticed more creative designs, expanded products, etc. Atmosphere - Fairly large location. Service - Good, I just learned that they have mens shirts in classic fit or slim fit. This would explain why some of the shirts fit me better in small and some in medium... I really should do a better job reading, lol. Price - Expensive, but it doesn't matter now as I will probably not be a customer anymore. I was really excited to look for a specific bag since we came to the fashion mall twice on our vacation from Oahu. Honestly, not sure what I expected. But customer service was even more non existent than our Lululemon on Oahu. We were right away ignored. I guess the family with children coming in to Lululemon was not who they wanted to help. I was fumbling through my app to check my history, I'm specifically looking for the shoulder bag 4L. Associate right in the front didn't even bother to check on us. I recently came across some deeply troubling information about Lululemon, including allegations that the company intentionally chose a name with multiple L's to mock how some Asian individuals might pronounce it. There are also claims that the brand has expressed preferences for a certain "type" of customer. These revelations are completely at odds with my values--I believe in treating all people with dignity, equality, and respect. As a result, I chose to return all of my Lululemon items. I visited the same store where I originally made the purchases. All items were unworn, unwashed, and still had their tags attached. I had the original card used for the transaction, along with a clear photo of my receipt. While I didn't have a printed copy, the image contained all the details needed to verify my purchase. The employee at the register was kind and offered me a store gift card, which I politely declined. She then called over a man named Joseph Griego, who introduced himself as the highest-level manager. I later learned he is actually the assistant manager--something that felt misleading. He refused to accept my digital receipt, stating, "This could have been altered." When I asked for the names of the store and district managers, he refused to provide that information. It's unclear why those names are treated like a secret when these individuals work directly with the public. I also asked him to show me where in the store's policy it says that digital receipts are not accepted. He couldn't. Yet, he still asked whether my receipt had been emailed to me. According to Lululemon's own return policy (as stated on their website): "Product must be unworn and unwashed, with the hang tags attached, in original packaging (if applicable), and accompanied by proof of purchase." I met all those criteria. Despite this, I felt I was being profiled based on how I was treated. As someone who works in retail, I understand what's typically required to process a return, and the level of discretion store employees can use. Joseph was rude, dismissive, and made no effort to understand or resolve the situation. His behavior reflected the very culture I am speaking out against--one of arrogance, exclusion, and entitlement. I've since filed a formal complaint and was thankfully able to process my return over the phone with the help of a representative named Alexia, who was kind, understanding, and professional. I strongly encourage others to think carefully about the values they support when choosing where to spend their money. read more

I went to Lululemon at the Fashion Show Mall on New Year's Day because I wanted to get a few new items for the new year. I wanted to get a smaller size of my Align leggings. Unfortunately there was an attack right in front of the Trump hotel, which is RIGHT NEXT to the Fashion Show Mall. Instead of allowing the customers (like myself) and the poor employees to evacuate, it was clear to me that whoever was in charge wanted to everyone to check out first before evacuating the store. When I realized there was an emergency situation going on, I decided to drop everything and leave the store. I felt so terrible for the employees and the idiot customers that had the AUDACITY to complete their purchases. I doubt anyone else in that store has served their country. I'm a veteran and the fear I saw in some of the employees' eyes was the same I had when I was overseas in Iraq. NO SENSE OF URGENCY???!!!!! Upper management better see this post because endangering the lives of customers AND employees is completely UNACCEPTABLE. Thank God nothing worse happened but what if it did? My best friend and I went to exchange some shorts as well as try on some new items. We received exceptional customer service from Alexis and Paulina. They were super friendly and pretty hilarious girls. Alexis helped me out in the dressing room and was always attentive, she gave me her honest opinions on everything and suggested items that worked better for me. I came in the afternoon of 11/24/20 and honestly had the best Lululemon experience. I'm from Orange County and it feels like the workers at this chain are always too busy talking to each other to help me unless I ask them first, which is seriously annoying. I was expecting the same kind of service at this one in Nevada, but imagine my surprise when everyone was actually nice! And not only nice, but actually took initiative on helping me! There were 4 employees (2 men and 2 women) working at the time and they were all HELPFUL. It seriously boggled the mind and actually made for a fun shopping trip. It also must be due to COVID, but their sale selection in comparison to California was seriously awesome. I will definitely come back to this location when visiting. read more

I'll start by saying I'm a huge lulu fan and shop here often because of the quality of their clothes. I have lulu clothes that are years old and look brand new. The customer service at this location is fantastic. I came here to pick up some stuff today. One of the items I wanted was sold out in my size. The girls helped me and called the other location and I purchased my items on the phone since they only had one left. I fell in love with Yoga years ago but the constant challenge is finding clothes that fit that aren't obscenely tight for my size and don't roll up or down in the wrong places. I routinely visit lululemon and love the clothes but they only go up to size 12. Today I was on the hunt for a gift for someone who wears a zero (or 2 or 4 depending on what it is) and as usually, no one in the store even acknowledged I was there I walked in. No greeting. Everyone else got one. I flipped through racks looking at different versions of yoga tops and spent about 15 minutes while everyone around me was asked if they had questions or needed help. I have magical powers of invisibility! I became visible when I checked in and wrote my note and took a photo at which time the person behind the cash register walked up and said "Oh, are you taking pictures of our merchanidisin?" My response was I take photos of as many places as I visit as possible to post on Yelp., She responded "well, I hope we get a good review" I was quite frank and said no, it was not a good review and that this was the third time I have been in this store and was completely ignored because apparently the only people who need yoga stuff are smaller than the average woman. (Ironically when you go to yoga... there are all shapes and sizes there and I may not be the smallest, I'm not the biggest, the best or the worst at it because as every instructor says "It's call Yoga Practice for a reason") To get away from my personal story and back to the conversation with the employee when I told her this was the third time I have been in the store and not been helped she said "we take this very seriously". When I asked "how serious can you take it if this is my third time in your store and the third time I've been ignored?" I was about done at that point and said "Thanks anyway" and hit the door. Sadly, it's not a uncommon for a plus-size person to not receive service when shopping in non-plus size stores. It happened to me today at the Black/White store too. Fist time in a Lulu. The clothes are sooooo soft omg, but they are expensive. I got two pairs of shorts and some sweats for over $200. Even though most everything is expensive, there is a sale rack that you have to check it out. They have reduced prices indicated by stickers. But be careful because some of the items on my sale rack are full price just in the wrong section. Note: the discounted items are final sale. Everyone working was really nice. Also, they give you a pretty sturdy bag when you go in and make a purchase. Additionally, they have like a water fountain in the wall. I'm not sure if all locations have one but that's pretty neat and you might as well fill up if you're thirsty. Lastly, this location has gender neutral bathrooms but one is out of order. Someone needs to get on that! Overall, If you don't have anything from here, suck it up, stop by and get something because you won't regret it. read more

I'm certainly no waif and I love yoga wear so I was pleased to find appropriate ladies sizes that snugged my curves just right. Having bought some brightly colored Lululemon while on vacation in Arizona, I was exciting to come in this store. Sadly, inventory didn't seem that "bright" as its counterpart in Scottsdale where I picked up some super cool fluorescent colored items. While shopping my mind wandered a bit and I was thinking that despite Lululemon's recent drops in shares and changes in leadership from bad to worse, I hope they get it together up in executive row. Alienating customers (previous CEO made comments about their yoga pants not fitting certain sizes. uhumm) and their new CEO doesn't even do yoga or "look the part" of a CEO that sells yoga wear...according to one article. I guess it's like owning a meat company and being a vegetarian. Yeah, that makes a lot of sense. You will find active wear for both men and women. You'll look sharp and trendy but it will cost you. While shopping you might find yourself saying, "Wow! $28 for a water bottle"? Take a deep breath and go back to Downward Facing Dog and exhale. Service is always friendly and I was happy to be greeted right away. I did manage to peruse a few items but nothing came home with me on this trip. I hope to find something on sale on my next visit. These stores are great, and this location fits that mould. I'm often amazed what's available for fitness clothes (beyond the expect Big Five type stuff you'd imagine). Definitely sleek in contour and vivid in colors, lululemon makes you want to reach for the stars. Really. I feel that if I'm going to get serious about yoga or working out, the clothes might help. And vice versa. With the nicer duds, I'm feeling more confident and comfortable to really go for it. I've never done their weekly free yoga classes on Sundays, but it sounds great. So, amidst the hubbub of the very busy Fashion Mall, it's nice to pop into a place that is like its own little good-vibe Island. read more

Attraction: free weekly yoga classes, cool atheletic wear! It's embarassing for me to say... I'm a closet lululemon junkie. I used to laugh at the Stepford-wife-esque women padding around in their lululemon attire with their blinged out cellphones. Then, I tried on some of their yoga/athletic clothes and realized that these women were on to something. Although I don't do yoga (so I feel like a bit of a poser in the store), the clothes are amazingly comfortable and durable. I've purchased a coat, two tops, and some shorts and they have lasted a long time. Breathable, lightweight, fashionable, functional, well-designed. These are the keywords here. A lot of their clothes don't even look like they're athletic wear which makes it very versatile. Years after I purchased my coat, people still ask me where I got it from (if they're not Canadian). For those who do yoga, each lululemon store has a scheduled weekly yoga studio (did I mention that it's free?) in their store. They make a point to use pictures using local athletes as their models. So despite the fact that it's a chain store, it still retains a local feeling to it. Is it overpriced? Yes and no. They often have sales so their items are more reasonable but it is still rather expensive at full price. The quality is great so it really lasts a long time. I have to say, their Canadian stores seem to have a better selection and more discounted items. However, I'm just pleased that they have an outlet here in Las Vegas for people to check out. read more

Sunday morning, free yoga class at 9:30am. Anyone who is interested in learning or practice with teachers from all over the valley should attend these classes. It is a great way to get a feel for an instructor before committing to any one studio. Each month a new yogi will come into the store to instruct in a different style of yoga. If you are not into vinyasa, than maybe the next month will bring in ashtanga or hatha. The teachers tend to vary up the level of difficulty so that no individual student gets bored or restless. If one pose is too easy, they will suggest a variation to keep it challenging. Be sure to get there early because the classes fill up quickly. read more

I even had to exchange one top because I realized it was stained before I even got to wear it and it still had the tags on it. I've washed one of my baby blue tops about 4 times now and it already looks dingy and old. I am a HUGE lulu fan! I basically live in their clothes. The quality is great because the colors don't fade, the material doesn't stretch out or shrink up when laundered, and somehow their pants give you a mini butt-lift! So why not 5 stars? For the first time in 6 years of shopping there I brought a $55 shirt back to try and exchange it for a smaller size. I told the woman how I ALWAYS wear a 6 so I didn't try the shirt on before buying it. Once I wore it is when I realized it was too big. So obviously the tag was torn off. She told me there was nothing they could do and to go down to the Taylor on the first floor and they could take the straps in for like $10. I went down there and they charged me $25 for the straps! When I picked it up the next day, they took the straps in too much so it was literally unwearable. That's a total of $75 spent on a shirt that I can never wear! I think they should have been a little more understanding since the cut of this shirt made their sizing inaccurate. I was just very disappointed in their customer service and lack of compassion to a loyal customer with no history of ever returning anything. read more

Well 3 days later I look online and it's sold out. I check inventory and there aren't any within 125 miles of me. I finally found one in stock at this location and immediately called. Lulu virgin, no more and I picked a great store to get my first pair! I'm a cheapskate, hence why I haven't owned a pair but between my husband coercing me and all the great reviews by friends and forums I decided to try a pair out and YES they are worth the hype, so far. I can't remember the young ladies name that helped me out but I believe it started with an S (it was unique) and she was great! Before I even tried a pair on, I asked about the Lululemon guarantee and return policy and that gave me even more assurance on my purchase. The whole experience was great! I tried out about 5 different pairs, loved ALL of them but wanted to get 1 pair before I went ALL in. I was surprised at the sizing as I was able to go down a size, that's ALWAYS a good thing! I didn't buy anything at this store, but judging by how nice everyone was at yoga, I am sure the retail help here is great. I stopped in here because I realized that after doing yoga in clothes that weren't yoga-appropriate, I would need something better. I was looking for quality and durability and it certainly can be found in these clothes. They have a huge selection in brights and neutrals and in many styles. I loved the pants SO much. They are very expensive, but the quality is amazing. They do have a sale rack which has incredible sales if you can find what you like. The only reason that I gave this four stars instead of five, is because the staff is just really stand-offish. I walked in wearing jeans and a t-shirt with a hoodie and definitely felt out of place. I was ignored for the first 15 minutes until I finally asked a question. I asked one of the salesgirls to find me a certain pair of yoga pants in my size. I told her I'd be looking at shirts when she came back. After 15 more minutes I went looking for her and she was folding clothes. I asked where my pants were and she said the girl in the back (that finds sizes that aren't on the floor) didn't answer the phone. Uh, okay, so just leave me walking around. That's awesome. Not really. I also expect that if you're in sales (as I am) that you will bring me alternatives. I told her I was new to yoga, I thought that might activate her helpful button, but it did not. The prices are super high but this brand has been the BEST clothing I have owned for Pilates. The fabric hugs your skin and body so the fit smooths out your figure even more. I love the feel of the Astro pants, Groove pant and the Studio pant. Great for all shapes and sizes of women. The quality is so good the material will last years if you take care of it and never use fabric softener or a hot dryer. I started wearing Lululemon ten years ago when it was only available in Canada. It's great to be able to go to the store here in Las Vegas. The styles are really nice and most of the styles are timeless so it won't fade out of style. I wear my Lululemon to Pilates, traveling, hiking, mornings for errands, everywhere! The workers at this location are so rude compared to the ones in Summerlin. With the new rules they were short and disrespectful to my group of four who wanted to wait to go in to shop together. Throughout our shopping experience they made one of us change our mask even though we had shopped in the mall for four hours prior to entering their store and we had even gone to other hotels and eaten at restaurants and never asked to change our mask.
