She was the nicest salesperson. Very respectful, cheerful, nice, and especially helpful. Even though she was busy, she was considerate and helped us every time we asked her a question. She definitely has excellent customer service skills! She needs to be provided a raise and a promotion! Now there was another girl that was rude and dismissive, her name was Marianna who, if she is a supervisor, or manager over Ria, she NEEDS TO BE DEMOTED BELOW HER!. She was rude and dismissed us when we were at the register asking a question. This was when she "informed" us (while Ria was looking for an item we already asked about and we were waiting for her) she was busy (showing another rep something at the register) showinganother employee something even though initially she wasnt.. I have no problems if someone is training someone but that does NOT mean you need to be rude and dismissive to a customer, especially since I wasnt being rude and was respectful to her while she's looking at me with disdain like Im not worth her time. First of all, Im an adult, more than likely make 4x as much as her, and ive worked retail as well before.. I spent close to $200 in that store and If my daughter could've passed on her purchases, I probably would've kept my money and moved on but I wouldn't allow someone's else's small mindedness ruin her shopping trip. Hollister needs to not keep people like this cause if I go in there again and come across the same attitude I will definitely not be spending anymore funds there and I will also be notifying other military to spend their money elsewhere. Ria is a gem so please put someone such as her in charge who knows how to treat customers and works hard cause she was hustling with a positive attitude and a smile! If management wants to contact me about this please do. But again, Marianne seems to be full of herself and needs to not be in a higher position, and if she is, she needs to be replaced by Ria. Someone who will help the image of your store instead of destroy it. Marianne needs to be demoted and re-trained on how to treat customers.

Ok, I was in middle school when Hollister and other related trendy brands were SUPER huge amongst preteens and tweens. Like every kid I knew began wearing clothing from Hollister once I started 6th grade. Every time I went to the Galleria at Sunset when I was in middle school, I would ALWAYS buy all different types of clothing from here, from shirts to sweaters to pants and even perfume. I remember when they used to be on the first floor next to one of the department stores, now they're on the second floor next to Bath & Body Works. It has been a VERY long time since I stepped inside Hollister, I think it's been almost 20 or so years since I last bought something here. I was looking for some new clothes for my upcoming trip to Europe and wanted to make a quick stop here before wrapping up my trip to the Galleria. I ended up buying a really cute green sundress (pockets included, score!!!) and a matching green sweater. Usually, I fit in a small, but I got a medium in both of these, just a case a small wouldn't fit me. In most cases, clothing in a medium is too big for me! I tried them on when I got home and they both fit perfectly. I can't wait to wear these with summer coming up just around the corner. Hollister is nostalgic to me and I want to come back again on my next trip to the Galleria. Everyone working there was so nice and helpful, too!
