Amazing service! Attended holiday shopping event and I will say this Lululemon handled the crowd well. They were super helpful and attentive helping everyone with their selections and providing the elevated shopping experience people expect. Even though this store is slightly smaller with its selection they do their best to help you find what you need or help you order it. I normally go to the Brookfield location, but lately the line has been so long that it's impossible to get in in a timely manner. I have been wanting to get a new yoga mat, which would normally be a 2 minute process, so I haven't been willing to wait in a very long line. I was in the Third Ward for lunch and decided to give this location a try when I walked by. I walked in already wearing a mask and was greeted by a friendly woman who politely asked me to sanitize my hands at the table provided. The table had hand sanitizer and masks available for those who did not bring their own. It made me feel a lot more comfortable to be in a store where cleanliness and mask wearing was important. The store wasn't very crowded, so it was pretty easy to social distance and the layout is very open compared to other stores. There were also signs promoting social distancing. The dressing rooms were open, but I didn't need to utilize them. I was able to grab my yoga mat and be in and out within less than 5 minutes. I was very impressed by the cleanliness and customer service. This will definitely be my main location from now on! read more

I came across this store while walking to a local brewery. It's a fairly large store with a lot of cold weather items, not surprising it's in MKE. The staff was super helpful and engaging. The store itself was clean and kept well. Worth stopping in if you're in the area. read more

Woah- all of the employees here have a major attitude problem. I get it, you work at lululemon, the store that sells overpriced spandex and has a thing against larger women. I have the impression many of the people who work here wish they lived in a major city, because their pretentious attitude certainly does not belong in Milwaukee. So why such a negative review? Well 1) there are employees (who are wandering around the store and not busy at all) who fail to ask if you need help while you stare at their plethora of crops and pants and 2) upon exiting the fitting room, you have an employee who is too busy texting on their phone to acknowledge your thank you, or see if you could use another size. It's called customer service ladies, and it's customer service that gets customers to invest in your ridiculously priced products. I seriously wish that Lulu didn't expand their location from being a showroom to a full blown retail location! One of the positive things about moving to Madison (Wisconsin in general) from LA for grad school was that I have absolutely nowhere to spend my money on clothes here. This is no longer the case. Thanks to Lulu, my wallet will be getting smaller and smaller. My ultimate demise would be if Barneys opened a store, but I know that I'm safe from that ever happening. Like all Lulu locations, the one in the third ward is well designed and has an overall cool vibe. And like all lulu locations, the girls working there are super friendly and ultra cute. The selection, at least for the guys, is about half of what can be found at their locations in the LA and SF Bay area (the only reason I give the shop four stars rather than five). I suspect that the clothes haven't quite caught on with the men of Milwaukee, which brings me to the next point. Guys, your girlfriends may be already wearing the clothes, but i'd suggest that you give their men's line a shot. I purchased my first pair of pants and pullover top in 2006, and I will never ever purchase another brand of active wear again! Their products fit well, and tend to last a long time. HORRIBLE. The staff are clueless (even when they defer to senior management for help). There is very little clothing turnover - in two weeks LITERALLY nothing was new or, at the very least, moved to sale. I would NEVER bring someone to this location for fear of embarrassment. SNACKS! This is the first Lulu I've been to that had a little snack table out! Cheeses, meats, nuts, and Sprecher's Root Beer. I grabbed a soda, who could resist? I actually only stopped by because it was amazingly close to the Milwaukee Public Market, which was the real destination for the day. So glad I did though! They had a decent amount of sale items, unfortunately nothing really caught my eye/was what I was looking for. I did end up buying the flash pack your practice bag and the new some like it hot white/polka dot bra. Super excited about these new items. Can't wait to use them! The employees were pretty friendly (which I find kind of rare for Lulu stores most of the time). When I asked if they had the Ray (briiiiight yellow) wunder under crops they sadly said no, and that they had only heard of one store that had them and they had even sold out in 2 hours online. Dang! I adore Lulu. I first discovered the chain in Seattle, where it is definitely a lot more popular. Their products are fantastic. Lots of bright colors and cute designs! They do a fantastic job of catering to new fitness trends and their employees really sell the brand. The store is full of cute, fit girls who clearly work out in lululemon apparel. I've gone on one fun run with their group that leaves at 6pm every Monday and it was a great experience! I used to be an avid runner and I struggled on the run, but the people on the run were incredibly supportive and welcoming. I find that the more I go to the store, the more I want to buy their products...Go! read more

Great place. Employees were knowledgeable and kind. Was not judged at all by my size with being slightly on the plus size at all and helped by all to find the pieces I was looking for. I am a male who owns yoga pants. Thank god these things aren't made to fit guys the way the do girls. No one needs to see that. That said, I received my pants as a gift and had to exchange the size since I'm shorter than everyone thinks I am. I don't own sweatpants (by emphatic choice) so I had some reservations about these. I will say that they are as comfortable as anything else I would go to yoga, play Xbox, or lounge around in. As much as I do actually enjoy yoga, I tend to work out back-to-back with classes, so I wouldn't want to wear them to get all sweated up in. Anyway, the staff here is very friendly and very helpful. Between questions and willingness to order a couple items not displayed in the store, they were more than happy to retain and promote business. As said, my pants are comfortable, and I'll likely add to them at some point in the not-too-distant future. The line for men is actually pretty appealing without being a kitted-out Body Armour mirror. It's good to see a boutique store that's known in larger cities apparently doing well right here in our own. read more

Good central location, pretty good inventory, beautiful big store. But very very frustrating that their own website has their open times miss labeled. Drove a long way to get here by the posted 9:30 Saturday open time but upon arrival It was found that they actually open at 10am. I called and was told to look at the door. Well that would only be helpful if I could see the door before I left home. Silly me for thinking the website would be a good place to look for their hours of operation. Other than them being a bit disorganized and a bit sassy telling me to look at time posted on the door, it's decent lulu location. First to start off I love these workout clothes and will always buy them but was so turned off by this locations awful customer service. Staff is super stuffy. Like similar reviews below I think they are small town girls that think MKE is a glam big city, it is not. You live in Milwaukee! Half of staff is super nice and other half is just straight rude. I have been to Lulu Lemons in Chicago, Miami, the list goes on and I always had a great experience. But this location in Milwaukee, Wi are pretentious? I honestly had a really pleasant experience here today. I had only a few minutes to run in and I needed a new yoga mat. The mats were clearly and neatly displayed and I immediately found one that I liked. But even as I had one in my hand, one of the ladies folding clothing asked if I needed help. I responded with a smile and, "I think I've got it, this one is perfect!" (It really was- my favorite color and feathers- two of my favs!) Instead of just walking away she asked if I had ever bought one of lulu lemons yoga mats before, I responded with a no. She took a few moments to explain how to clean them and the difference between the thicknesses, very helpful. The girl who checked me out was also really nice and signed me up for the frequent buyer program and we exchanged a few words. I honestly left feeling better about my day having had a bad one at work. My first thought was, "wow that was a really pleasant experience." I was totally surprised to see all the people complaining about the people working here, I thought they were really genuinely nice and I'm usually pretty smug with fake people. I was a new customer to the Lululemon brand and this store made me sure that I would never purchase Lululemon again. I had a dispute with a purchase that had an easy and quick resolution, however rather than being accommodating and friendly, the workers of this store did absolutely nothing to help me on my first visit. It was almost like they just wanted me to leave so they could focus on larger sales. I walked out in anger and called their manager Courtney, who treated me as if she had no time for me as well. Although I was able to resolve my problem, I was reminded a total of 7 times by both Courtney and the extremely rude worker in the store (on the next day when I went back inside) that they were "making a huge exception for me" and that "we don't do this for many people, so next time you'll be out of luck". Their customer service is trash. They're a class-A boujee, pretentious, judgmental establishment with workers who clearly discriminate customers based on who they believe will buy more. Although their product is nice, there are so many other companies out there that I would recommend before this overpriced brand. I will be calling the district manager to report my experiences. read more

Easy on street parking nearby, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and there was a great sale selection! Also, I didn't know this before, but they have complimentary hemming! I didn't take advantage of it because I wanted to take the pants home right away today, but for someone with short legs, this is great news and I will definitely use this feature someday! read more

By far THE WORST shopping experience I've ever had. I felt uncomfortable looking at products in the store as well as trying them on because I was being watched every second. And even when I made a purchase, the cashier was still rude. I like Lululemon's products but experiences that I've had at this location and the Brookfield location has made me decide I will not support a brand who hires an entire staff of rude and judgmental people.
