Sunny showroom, they've got some other stuff for sale (massage chairs and outdoor grills) but I recommend this place for home exercise gym equipment -- stationary bikes, ellipticals, treadmills. Measure your space at home carefully first, in three dimensions.

When I originally bought it, the box was open, but everything looked OK so I took it home. The screw to keep the air in was missing and now I know why the box was probably open.. the absolute incompetent sales rep took 10 minutes looking through trying to find my purchase history. Either he's incompetent or their system sucks. Then he said he couldn't help me and I would have to call support get a parts list and then order it. These guys have no idea how to keep a customer and they probably lost another tens of thousands of dollars of sales over the next few years It's probably a two dollar part and it's their fault for selling me something that was incomplete They don't support their customers. Called up Johnson Fitness and they had one in stock at the store and we could pick it up right away. My husband headed over right away and they loaded it up for him. Setup was easy and we are so happy we got this. Just earlier today my husband did a Patagonia series ride. They will price match on most Internet prices. They let you do test rides, and will spend the time with you that you need. You can pay extra for a pro bike fitting by owner Brent Emery, who won a silver medal in cycling at the 1984 Summer Olympics, and is extremely knowledgeable about all things cycling. Even if you don't do that, however, you will be sold a bike that is best for you and we be fitted on it before you go out the door. Brent also has a special affinity for adapting bicycles to those with disabilities, so there is a place in heaven for him because of that!
