Lots of selections for a very small store. I wish the store can double its size! Service was super formally and professional. The changing room staff was very patient and friendly. Have shopped here a handful of times and the service is hit or miss. The first few times I came I got almost no help and almost didn't return but I've gotten better service from other Lululemons so I thought I'd give them a few more chances. Over the past month the service has definitely improved. The most recent time I was here I actually got help from two friendly team members, one of them the greeter who actually greeted me. Been looking for a pair of yoga shorts with pockets that don't feel like there's a drawstring cinching your waist because let's be honest you're more likely to work out longer when you're comfortable not when you feel cute. Found a buttery soft pair of shorts that I purchased that have a super comfortable waistband. Just wish they had two side pockets for phone, tiny wallet, keys like the bike shorts I got from another popular brand. Apparently there are pockets in some of the longer hemmed styles but i run warm and prefer shorter shorts to help stay cool read more

I was so excited to be able to go into the store this weekend to pick up some new clothes. I've had 2 babies in the last two years, and my body is wrecked. I've gained too much weight and was excited to be able to go in and get some nice workout clothes, and with a recent bonus I was really looking forward to getting what I needed. I don't know if this store has something against moms with kids with them or plus wise women, but the experience here was awful for me and I'll never go back. Every employee here was so helpful to everyone around me, asking if they needed anything, etc - but me? Nope. No one said a word to me and would walk away or cut their eyes when asked a question. I first did not know they offer tailoring service till my recent visit. We have a greed to tailor mine define jacket with the length I like but after five days I need to go pick up the jacket they said couldn't find it so I have to wait them to call me which was another five days. Lululemon is really difficult to review. On the one hand, I love their product. I'm sure you know all about it, and I used to be a snob and make fun of those girls that wear Lululemon all the time. Then I started wearing it and if I could get away with it I totally would wear their apparel all day every day! If you are unfamiliar with their items they lean toward the pricey side: Over $100 for yoga tights or leggings, around $50 for sports bras, tops are around $50 as well, any type of outerwear is going to be $100 +. They also sell men's clothing, although I am less familiar with that. The quality is excellent, though, and they stand by it. If the prices seem a bit high for you it is worth checking out their sale/clearance. Sometimes you can get some great items for 50% off. They give you a cute reusable bag when you check out too! This location, however is a big hit or miss when it comes to customer service. Many of their employees seem to have a very superior attitude. Others are super friendly and helpful. You never know which kind you'll encounter! Returns here are always an adventure. Again, I've had employees who questioned nothing and quickly assisted me. Others seemed to find it extremely trying. So in the end I do the majority of my shopping online simply for the convenience, and the fact that I won't have to deal with any judgy young yoga instructor wannabes. 5 stars for product, 3 stars for this location. read more

Had a great experience at this store. There was a line to get in because they are limiting how many can be in the store at a time. The employee managing the door was asking questions and making conversation. Asking if I was looking for anything in particular or if I needed any help. Once allowed in, the staff were helpful and friendly. Every other dressing room was closed due to COVID and rooms were disinfected between each customer. When I went to check out, the register area was cleaned before I set my items down and cleaned again after my transaction was complete. Shopping took a bit longer...but I so appreciated the attention to detail and cleanliness of store. read more

Worst lululemon of all time! I've traveled all over the US and country and have shopped at hundreds of lululemon stores. This one wins the award for the worst store ever. Employees and management are rude and cliquey. They huddle in groups and talk about you while you are in the store. They don't greet you. Not helpful. They won't stand behind their product at this store to damage something out but they will at other locations. I've worked for Lulu in the past and this is not how a store should be acting. Worst customer service! Ordered a bag, which I received with the freaking security tag on. Called customer service (because Covid and the stores closed ) waited through 248 people. I've had this abc pant for 1 1/2 years and the belt loop is falling off, all the stitching is coming undone, and the color is heavily faded. I went into the Fashion Place location today(6/30/2020 @ 1:00) and was appalled by the way I was treated. I was trying to return my leggings(which I was informed when I bought them have a lifetime warranty). So I thought it wouldn't be a problem to return them like I've done in the past. But the worker I was talking to basically treated me like I had no idea what I was talking about. He didn't even look at my leggings or even ask me how I wash/dry them or anything of the sort. He didn't even offer to fix what was wrong with them. And it genuinely made me question if I ever want to shop there again. read more

My husband and I saw a gentleman get racially profiled and comments were made IN FRONT OF US after he left and checked out. As a mixed black woman, and my husband also being mixed, we were floored about how the employees acted toward this man. With a very young little girl being COMPLETELY neglected by her mom, a sweet baby was growing ever more and more upset. She was never offered a simple glance, maybe a drink, or simply a push back and forth in her stroller for a quick second. The mother utterly dismissed this beautiful girl. The employee talking to this customer was doing a good job of selling her some clothing, but it got out of hand. ANY woman who hears a truly distressed child would want to assist at this point. I walked ~12 ft in front of the 8 mo old (?) girl and pretended to look at items on a counter in front of me while I sweetly smiled at the child and tried to distract her from her worries for even a second. Smiling, I silently mouthed the words, "hi! hello! it's ok. Oh, how nice!" The employee finished the conversation and then the mother was even MORE uncaring. She took 2+ clothing items and stuffed them on top of the child's head and chest, shoving them upon her so the baby had to tip up her head and turn it to the side to breathe. I watched the mother walk away pushing the stroller-- never bothering to even bend down and address her child. I was in shock. I don't think the customer or the employee noticed my attempt to smile at the girl so she wouldn't be so sad, but then the employee working at the cashier's desk asked me if I was finding everything OK. I said, "yes, but I'm jarred by how that mother just treated her small child who was so distressed". Your employee replied, "if you are bothered by it you should leave the store now". I was so disturbed by her response that I was completely silent. I wasn't even CONSIDERING the possibility of a negative reaction by a Lululemon employee. She saw what happened right in front of her. She was very PREGNANT, yet had no instinct for the wellbeing of this little child in a stroller. I replied, "it's hard to hear a distressed baby and then see them get ignored." What made it worse was her uneducated nasty comment of, "you should mind your own business". I was floored. The most innocent of our culture should be watched over. What just happened Lululemon?! Isn't one of your company mottos "THAT WHICH MATTERS MOST SHOULD NEVER GIVE WAY TO THAT WHICH MATTERS LEAST"?!!! The employee who helped the mother was a respectful employee, but may I suggest to have your employee say to a mom who obviously has obligations that MEAN MORE THAN THE CONVERSATION ABOUT CLOTHING.... PLEASE OFFER ALL OF YOUR ASSISTANCE AFTER she might want to take a moment to address her child. Offer to look up her preferences, do research on sizes, have suggestions, etc and offer her ANY of your time that she could need. In fact, please ignore OTHER customers in order to serve her quickly, but there are a variety of ways to be available the moment she asks you for help with her clothing. One of your mottos is to be creative! The important thing is to create a welcoming environment that could support the obvious needs of a child. About 10 minutes later I ended up getting a call from my husband asking for an update on my day and another customer overheard me saying that I was still in shock from the Lululemon employee telling me to leave when I said that I was disheartened by the treatment of a very small child. This customer did EXACTLY what we all should do. She stopped me immediately and asked for more information. She got VERY upset that anyone AND EVERYONE wouldn't come together and support the effort to protect a child (and even find a way to serve the mother). In case she needed to take a moment out of a CLOTHING CONVERSATION-- that should have been more than OK with you. Ugh. There's more to say, but I'll leave it stated that your mottos are NOT part of the belief system of this pregnant employee working at the desk afternoon of 1/8/20. She has no clue about priorities and that "living in the moment could be the meaning of life." Or "people are more important than money". Please.... I have nothing against THE brand, I love it actually. But the Customer service at Fashion place is atrocious. Found two sets of pants that I absolutely loved both on sale. One of the pants I found was on sale for $99 originally $148, score! When I went up to the cash register the gentleman cashier informed me that the tag was wrong and that the item was actually $109. I know it's only a ten dollar difference but he changed me the Extra $10 . Call me crazy but where is the customer service here? Shouldn't they honor what's on the tag regardless if it's a mistake? Lululemon Athletica is pricey, but I do believe that you get what you pay for. The quality, style and fit of their clothes and gear are incomparable to the other fashion-yoga brands on the market. A pair of yoga pants or a tank top can last me 2+ years of weekly use before they start to fade or stretch out, and I've had my yoga mat from Lululemon for 4+ years with daily use (in non-Bikram classes) and it's still "sticky" and in great shape! I used to slide all over the place during hotter yoga practices on those loaner mats, or even ones from reputable compaines like Hugger Mugger or Manduka, but no more thanks to the Lulu mat. I've even converted people at my studio! I am actually in the market to buy a second mat for my home practice solely, and it will be a Lululemon mat... I typically shop either online or at the Trolley Square location of Lululemon because I prefer to avoid the mall and it's closer to my home. But the last two times, I have run to Lulu during my lunch break at work and came to the, closer, Fashion Place store. While I feel like they don't have as much selection as the location at Trolley, I've been impressed by their customer service and bend-over-backwards attitude to please. For example, I made a purchase last week on a "no refunds" item, only to find out when I got home that what I had thought I purchased was not in fact what was in the package. I called their store this morning to let them know what happened and they told me it would be no problem to exchange it for what I had intended. Again, I ran to the mall during lunch and, of course, walked out with another $150 of merchandise - but also my corrected item! No questions asked. read more

Awful experience. I had some defective clothing items I wanted to bring in to get looked at as I am spending $60+ on each item. When I showed the employee my shorts where the logo had fallen off her first question was "how are you washing them?" The rep. then failed to provide me any solutions at all. I told her also about how some of the aglets have fallen off my ABC pants and she proceeded to tell me to super glue them back on. Why in the hell would I pay $120 for pants that require me to super glue them... overall incredibly frustrating experience. To add to it all, we have our account listed as a military account and we're told prevously that we wouldn't need to show ID. Because my ID was expired and due to COVID I could not renew it, regardless of my account status I did not get the discount. This company has no regard for its customers and does not aim to provide a good experience. With how expensive their products are you get bad customer service and mediocre athletic wear. I used to be completely sold on Lulu but honestly I doubt I will ever purchase their products again. I don't recommend anyone else purchase their products either. 14 day return policy? Although they have Nordstrom prices, I'm not looking for iconic Nordstrom customer service. I'm not even looking for service as good as Payless Shoes--which has a 90 day never worn, tags still on return policy. It seems that most major retailers (that provide yoga apparel at a much more reasonable price) offer at a minimum 30 days to return an item that's never been worn with an original receipt. I'm just looking for customer service that is a third as good as Payless! I know that's not an unreasonable request for a company that made over 690 million in the fourth quarter last year. The other thing that I find shocking in 2016 is there voicemail. It promises that they will return calls within 24 hours. But how is that possible when there voicemail is full and it still says that they will be opening August 9 (I'm assuming 2015). --------------- Update --------------------- I was finally able to reach someone on the phone, I originally didn't want to just come in and risk it because I live 40 min from the store and I read horror stories online. My experience once I was able to get some one on the phone provided all the zen feelings you hope from a yoga-inspired store. Patty answered with immense warmth and kindness. I let her know that I was a first time buyer and was surprised by the two week return policy. She said, "Why don't you come in and we'll figure something out." I came in and found a new top that I love! Everyone I interacted with was fabulous. I give this location 5 stars. I still would like to see the corporation change their return policy to a more fair and customer centric model. read more

I've been here twice and both times people are very quick to sell you something and they are very knowledgeable about the product's. but I swear the second you give them the money, it's a whole other monster. No "thank you", no "have a nice day", no "I hope to see you soon". They didn't have the hoodie I wanted so they offered to entered all my shipping info to order online. I asked if they could have it shipped to the store, nope, liability issue. So the hoodie was $118.00, she got all of my info and processed it. Um..... no tax? She never told me what the actual total was when I gave her my card. Lame lame and more lame. I don't care if I spend $5 or $500. I would like to know the grand total of my purchase. I love Lululemon and have been wearing it for for a long time. I've had a few items over the years that have gotten holes or snags and they have always happily replaced the item with no problems. While I was on vacation in Utah I had a tank that got a hole under the armpit and went to the Fashion Place store. A girl named Julia helped me who was extremely rude. She told me the only thing she could do was have it sent away to be sewed. I told her I was there on vacation and needed the shirt to workout in and also would just prefer to have them swap it out. She then went on to say all she could do was have it sewed and that there was lululemons in Texas if I wanted to do it there. The conversation went on and she was so unhelpful. I would not recommend shopping at this store or dealing with her since she's a manager. read more

There is two parts to this review. The women(can't remember her name) helping me find the ABC pants did an amazing job. Helped me find sizes and trim and was super helpful getting my pants measured to be hemmed. Great experience. Then when I went to check out it was not awesome. There were four people at the check out desks, all "working on the computer" but only one was helping check people out. The person checking out was trying to return something so it was taking a long time and the line behind me started building up. The people at the check out saw this but did nothing. The line was a little jumbled and as the person exchanging finished I got cut. I didn't want to cause a scene so I didn't say anything. I should have because they lady helping her just started up a 5 min long conversation knowing everyone was waiting. After she was done, and this is hard to explain, but I was about to get cut again, it's just how the lines were. So this time I excused myself and told her I was waiting in line. The lady working the check out said, "oh l, ya I guess that's right". It's like she would have let it happen had I not said anything. So after waiting 10 mins to check out it kinda just made me mad. I shop at lululemon quite frequently. The items I purchase are always great never a problem. However, ever since they relocated to a different location in the mall the quality of customer service has gone down. I noticed that none of the staff in the previous location work there anymore. Every time I've gone into this one I'm lucky if I even get greeted. Very rarely am I ever asked if I need help either. The employees are usually just talking amongst themselves. This may not be a big deal to some but for me good customer service is important . If I don't feel comfortable in a store or "welcomed" I'd rather take my money elsewhere. So I usually just order online or I go to the Farmington location. read more

I am a big fan of lulu for all of my recreating needs. However I am not a big fan of mall shopping experiences. I had a particularly good experience at this location last week. I often go to trolley square or park city, usually out of convenience. When I entered the store I was greeted with the standard "hello, welcome!" But what really impressed me was just one employee. She had such a positive "fix anything" attitude and she seriously made my day! I wish I got her name because she should be recognized for her help, but I think she was in management and I hope that her attitude rubs off on everyone! read more

Wow. Lululemon at this location was a HUGE disappointment. I purchased my lulu's in Cleveland Ohio and then there was a defect with one of my pants so I brought it into this location (Murray, Utah). I walked in and the women at the front desk just stared at me until I said: "Hey can I make an exchange?" I told her the situation of the pants that I had purchased that had the defect. She then proceeded to ask for my receipt which I did not have. Since I did not have my receipt she said there was nothing she could do for me. She said she couldn't do an exchange because she has no proof I purchased these leggings from a store. So I proceeded to call the Cleveland Ohio location to see if they could pull up my purchase history and they were not available to do so but they told me over the phone that exchanges were permitted especially when it was a defect with the product. ( I've been told time and time again the lulu has a wonderful exchange/return policy) After speaking with one of the associates over the phone at the Ohio location the women at the Utah location said: "well these leggings are seasonal so we can't exchange it for you anyway". By this point, I was just so frustrated that she would not find a way to help out a customer for a product that has a defect! I was able to exchange one of my leggings that I had brought in but not the ones with a defect. I've never been so blown away by the lack of customer service than I was at the Murray, Utah location. Because of this experience, I will never go to that location again. This Lululemon's location needs to be very particular about keeping the culture. Such stuck up bitchy sales people. I love Lululemon's but I will not purchase anything again from this location do to the type of employees that are hired here and the disrespect they show their customers. read more
