I was sooo looking forward to coming here during our vacation and I found a lot of good stuff! The store wasn't that busy, but we got there about an hour after opening, so that may have been a factor. Reading the reviews before coming here, I was worried that I wouldn't find anything, but I found two shorts, and a few tops to keep me happy. The employees were nice and didn't hover over people, so that's always a plus. If you're looking for super cheap deals, you should check eBay. But if you want some stuff that you saw in the "We Made too Much" online section of LuluLemon, and possibly at a cheaper price, you won't be disappointed. read more

This is one of three lululemon outlets in the country. As an avid fan of the brand, I was more than a little excited to make a detour here during a recent trip to Orlando. Unfortunately the men's section in this store only takes up about 20% of the retail space and the selection was poor. There were only about four styles of pants, three kinds of t-shirts, and two jacket models. That's it. Two of the pants only were only available in a 30 waist - and we're talking a true 30 here, no vanity sizing. Most discounts were 20% or less. The staff was helpful and friendly, but I left without buying a thing. What a disappointment. read more

I am a Lululemon junky. 12 steps and all. I live in their stuff, its worth every penny, and I recommend their clothing whenever I can. But, this was my first lululemon outlet experience. I was pretty damn disappointed. Lack of good sizing, lack of options, and the customer service just sucked. The 4 girls just sat in the middle of the store gossiping and checking out the well lifted lulu butts in the mirror. REALLY annoying, particularly if you are a usual lulu customer. When I want to know if you have the wonder crop in a 6, I want you to answer me. Its that simple. I couldn't find a top in my size, so when I asked if they had any top in a 4, the response was "I don't know". Every thing in here was larger sized. Not that that is a bad thing, but as a loyal customer, I would like an occasional bargain too. And staff that will help me find it. I won't be back. And, it just kinda irritates me that lulu doesn't set the same standards in the outlet stores as they do in the regular retail stores. I'm disappointed. read more

The first time I went to this outlet I was in shock due to all of the great deals I got! This time, 3-7-14, I was again in shock! They had many items that I had purchased at regular stores for at least 1/2 of what they were here! Pants I had purchased for $29 at a regular store were $69 at the outlet! Tops I had purchased at a regular store for $19, $49+ at the outlet! We drove 30 minutes out of our way, total of an hour RT and the only thing I purchased were a pair of shorts for $39 simply because I have never seen the print prior to this location. I was informed by an employee who typically works the regular store in Orlando that she had never seen the print in her store either so it may simply be something they got at the outlet. They were too cute to pass up. Make sure you do your homework at local stores before you head to this outlet as other people have stated it is hit or miss with deals. They do have a large selection of kids and mens also but I heard many moms saying the prices were higher than they expected. read more

I am writing this review because the others I read were a great help before I went to this store. Although the store looks great I would classify it as a TRUE outlet store (unlike BR, loft where they make clothes for their outlet stores). Since I have never bought any lululemon clothes i went somewhat to get an idea of what size i would be if i did order online. BUT they hardly had any tops. There is a limited selection here (one of the reasons i say it is a true outlet), and the other reviews warned of this. The main reason I say that this is truly an outlet store is that I found in trying on one style of shorts and one style of pants that every single one (i was trying to decide between colors) fit differently. I also noticed some flaws in the pants so checked them over carefully. I may not have done that if I hadn't read the other reviews mentioning their NO Return OR exchange policy. The no exchange is a little ridiculous. As far as staff, they were friendly, plenty around and quick to get me a dressing room. But none checked to see if i needed a different size in anything. I bought a pair of shorts and a pair of pants. Very happy with my purchase and glad I read the reviews here before I went! read more

So went into this store with high hopes of finding me and my family some new work out clothing. I was buying for myself and for a gift and wanted to use my military discount that this amazing working helping me out (Nelly I believe: she deserves 10/10) said I would be able to use. I went up to pay and was told if I used my discount on this transaction my account would be flagged due to the the fact that I was buying different sizes. I was buying pants bras and leggings, um of course I'm going to be different sizes in different styles and tops and bottoms so I was extremely frustrated. The young guy checking me out told me he just didn't want my account to "get flagged" but I have never had this problem in other stores. Very disappointed and I did not receive my military discount on my purchase and I was given a BS answer as to why I was unable to use it. Very upset. read more

It is an outlet, please remember this before shopping. It doesn't have the variety of colors or sizes that your regular store has. It does however have cheap prices, at least by lulu standards. Worth checking out, keep your expectations low and you'll likely leave happy. Less overall choices than the Gilroy outlet for small sized women, more choices for men's shmedium sizes shirts and less choices for shmedium men's pants. Once I located some clothing that I liked and that I thought would fit, I naturally headed to the fitting room. I tried on my selections and realized I needed a different size of one of my items. I had to work hard to get the attention of the fitting room attendant, who was two feet away from me. I would normally not have an issue with this, but once I did gain her attention, she snippily asked me if I saw the other size on the floor already, sighed heavily, and finally resigned herself to go and look. I have been to other lulu outlets and have not had this problem. The attendants are usually very happy to find you another size, though it may not be in the originally chosen color. The experience was redeemed by the very friendly cashier, who did the usual lulu educator job of pointing out the features of selected garments. Some good, some bad. Should've listened to previous yelpers. A few racks in the front of were 50% off but that's bc it was random stuff people didn't want in the real stores. It's spring, folks--but gloves and scarves were only about 20% off. If you're looking for leggings, you'll find some--at $10-15 off. For pants that retail for $70-100, that's a lame discount. My neighborhood lululemons have MUCH better deals. Detour was a total waste of time. read more

I might have rated it higher of I'd been there on the RIGHt day of the week, and not on a busy holiday weekend. The right day of the week is supposedly a Wednesday or Thursday when the shipments come in. I wasn't looking for anything in particular just wanted to find a bargain. I was impressed with the pricing of the tanks - $30-$44 when regularly $58. The pants were only marked down a couple of dollars ($92 from $98) but the cropped pants seemed discounted ($30's when reg $70's). The colors offered weren't exciting. Lots of black, gray, and the weird cloudy mix of the two. I would go back but only on a weekday so I could sort through the exciting stuff. read more

The Lululemon Athletica outlet in the Premium Outlet Mall is outstanding! To date, I have purchased three items: a headband and two running tops. Each visit, I was greeted with genuine friendliness and assisted with great service, truly making me feel welcome and confident in my purchases. This location also features classes and events, but unfortunately, I haven't had the chance to attend/participate, but along with the Lululemon Showroom downtown, the brand is really a great addition to the community and anyone interested in making a positive change in their outlook on life =) read more

We were very excited about visiting the Lululemon outlet on our vacation/race weekend in Orlando. After flying across the country and a $50+ cab ride, we entered the store and were pretty much at a stand still. Apparently, some of the other 25,000 Disney half marathon runners had the same idea as us. The lines for the dressing room were never ending and the employees were too busy at the cash register to really help out. We finally found a decent sale rack on the crop pants at $39 each. (the regular store price on sale is $64) and we quickly grabbed several pairs in our size and got in line. We also learned if we had proof we were running the Princess half, we got an additional $5 off. We were very pleased with our purchases until getting back to the hotel (another $50 cab ride) only to see that we were charged $64 per pair. Immediately, we began calling the store and got voicemail. Each day we would call and leave another voicemail and never got a response. We contemplated taking a cab back, however another $100 round trip would cost far more than what we would save. After arriving back in Phoenix, we continued to call and on day 11, I finally got ahold of the corporate offices who took a phone report and said someone would call me within 24 hours. Almost 48 hours later, I did get a call from the store who claimed their voicemail was acting up and they had just gotten my message. She was able to help me over the phone with the price difference because I had my receipt, however, my sister whose transaction was immediately after mine, could not be helped because she threw out her reciept and didnt have the exact transaction info. (who keeps receipt when it's final sale and had already cleared her bank acct and had not gotten calls back). All in all, I had been overcharged over $70. I am happy that they worked with me, however it was rather disappointing that it took calling their corporate office. The lady that helped me on the phone said it must have been a new employee, however it still left a bad taste in my mouth. About a year ago my friend told me about these amazing yoga pants that cost $100. I scoffed at her craziness and thought nothing more of it. Then a few months ago I happened to be in Florida for vacation and found this outlet in Orlando that happened to have Lululemon. I wandered in to see what the big deal was. I tried on a pair of their yoga pants and this is when my addiction began. I walked out with several items (4 pairs of these yoga pants in different colors, 3 tank tops, 3 crop bottoms) and even returned again before the end of my trip to buy more items (2 jackets, another tank top, and more yoga pants). As an outlet, the selection is decent. Not as much as the retail store but good enough to buy several items. The service was on par with typical Lululemon service and if it wasn't for all the items being on sale, you would not notice it was an outlet. All good dreams have to come to an end and I am sad to say I no longer have ANY Lululemon pants because American Airlines lost my luggage and unfortunately all of my Lululemon yoga pants were in there. I have tried to replace these pants but Lululemon does not make them anymore and the ones they do sell just don't have the same umph. So for the moment, I buy everything else Lulu and pray that one day my yoga pants will return to me. read more

When I learned there was a Lululemon outlet in Orlando, I told my husband that we HAD to go during our Disney World trip. After reading reviews here, I made sure to keep my expectations low - but I was still excited. I spent a good amount of time here, scouring the racks. Most of the items here were from the We Made Too Much section and they had a good amount of items in my size (6). Sadly, some of the tops I really wanted were unavailable in my size. I picked up a pair of green Om and Roam Untight Tights and a black Lab City Pullover. Both were $39. I do wish there were deeper discounts here. They do have a nice selection of men's and children's (Ivivva) clothing, but my husband didn't partake in any of the shopping. read more

Horrible! Walked in and the pants were not marked down at all. The rest of the store, was a disappointment. The whole store only has a size 12! They had a few things in smaller sizes, but it was the ugliest stuff I've ever seen. I luckily found a couple shirts marked down. It was nothing like I thought it would be. It wasn't worth the drive, waiting in traffic, and the crowds of people to get in to the outlets. I would much rather shop at the stores, and get what I want marked down. read more

visiting this outlet is all about managing expectations. It has fairly limited selections in each size, and as others have mentioned, the discounts aren't always that deep. This brand is skewed toward the very slender, and flat chested. at 5'6" and 140 lb, I am wearing towards the upper end of sizes here and generally leave their stores feeling like a moose. If you are lucky, you might find something cute, but don't count on it. On my last visit, most of the bottoms were of the "mc hammer" variety/ strange drop crotch styles. I have scored a few cute tops, a jacket, and a waterbottle. read more

this place is UNREAL. i would fly down to orlando from indiana every weekend if i could, just to check out the wares of lululemon's outlet store in the premium outlet mall. i did not know what to expect....and i was blown away when i walked in. i got a pair of cute, comfy, grey, lululemon crop pants for $29.00. TWENTY-NINE DOLLARS! if you are a lululemon notice, let me tell you, this is absolutely unheard of. they have everything here - just like a normal store. except, almost everything is marked down at least 20% - other things much more. they even have a special clearance rack with bigger discounts. i got an amazing pair of crops when i visited that were almost half off at $49. lululemon apparel lasts longer than any other fitness apparel i have ever purchased. the pair of groove pants i purchased approximately 16 months ago that i wear at least once or twice a week - and wash just as often - still look, feel, and fit exactly as they did the day i purchased them. if you have never tried lululemon - this is the place to go for your first piece. i guarantee you will be addicted. and thanks to their special fabric - luon - your bum will never have looked better than when you are wearing their pants. read more

Come often to find deals. I usually make it a point to walk in every time I make a trip to the outlets. Really like their clothes and have a few jacket/hoodies that I wear often, but generally cannot justify spending the lulu prices on athletic gear that I'm going to just sweat in. As a Lululemon fanatic, I had such high hopes - but nothing for me, but I might be a picky Lulu user. I stick to fitted crops and pants (i.e. not the kind that are loose at the knee (for crops) or ankle (for pants)), bra-less or shelf-bra tops (cool racer back, power Y tank), and pretty much all of the tops with short or long sleeves. I also love all the Run: Swiftly stuff. They had nothing of the sort. Tons of pants, at very sad discounts. I saw a pair of unicorn tears pants, but there were only $6 off. Are you kidding me? Others were $20 off. Nice deal if you're in the market for pants, but I wasn't. The only fitted crops were wunder unders, and only in light and dark gray at not much of a discount. I avoided because both colors show sweat when I'm sitting in a pool of it on my bike. They had no cool racer backs, and no Power Ys in my size. They had some tanks, maybe two or three styles in one color per style. No tops whatsovever. Some of the crops that are loose at the bottom. One style of jacket in one color. One style of running shorts in one color. I got a pair of shorts that were $20 off. Store is organized by size, which all stores should do. Staff was nice. They give kids hoola hoops to play with. read more

I'm an avid lululemon shopper, who is willing to drop lots on clothes that keep me comfortable during my long runs and workouts. I have always been very happy with the quality of lululemon products and their customer service. While staying in FL, we took a trip out of our way to hopefully find some pieces we wanted at a lower price. This lululemon had lots, but the variety was minimal in both the coloring, sizes, and styles. The deals were not enough for one to willingly pay close to regular lululemon prices for strange colors and styles. I did find a few pieces that I was interested in and willing to pay the 'discounted' price for. Some of the ladies working at this lululemon tended to look over you and behaved as though you were lesser, which is quite abnormal for the typical lululemon worker behavior. Overall, I would not recommend coming out of your way to this place. Like the other yelpers said, I would personally opt for my local lululemon:) read more

I've been a big fan of Lululemon for about 6 years, the clothing is great and comfortable and lasts a long time. Unfortunately this location is NOT worth the discount you may (or may not) be able to find. It could take 30+ min just to get off the interstate to finding a parking spot and could take equally as long to leave. The traffic and crowds are a problem if you don't have a lot of time to wait. Once you get there and find something you like, make sure you have the right size. By store policy, they WILL NOT EXCHANGE sizes. Since the whole store's layout is based on size it's important not to get the wrong sizes. I picked up two pairs of shorts only to realize the next day that they were mis-racked. When I went back to the store a mere 9 hours later, they would not do an exchange for size and couldn't give me a good reason, other than it's "store policy". I can understand exchanging a product, but just changing a size. . . come on! So since I couldn't exchange anything for a different size I purchased one additional pair of shorts and think I was overcharged. The price went from $14 to $19 overnight or was that mis-marked, I don't know (but all sales are final so I'll never know)? Can't wait for the new store to open in Orlando because I won't come back to this store :-( read more

This review is geared more towards women's gear not the mens. If you're a petite woman looking for a size 2 or 4, the stop at the outlet probably isn't worth the while. I am a size 2 and the selection was marginally slim. Everything was for size 6 and above and the colors were basically everything that didn't sell in stores. As for mens, they appear to have a larger selection which was nice to see. (In a wide range of sizes) read more

They had Ivivva! I wasn't blown away by selection here but the girls were nice and I loved that everything was sorted by size. I hate having to dig through the whole retail store to find the sales. I found a few pairs of speed shorts for a good price. I'm a 10 and thought the selection was decent for everything but crops. I was sad there were no fringe fighters, bang busters or vinyasas there. After reading other reviews for this lululemon outlet, I didn't have very high expectations, but I had a great experience here! I found some good deals, such as $9 boogie shorts and $24 skirts! Some of the other stuff I got wasn't on as big of a markdown, but it was better than nothing! Such as crops for $69, and a swim top for $34! The workers were helpful as well! When it gets busy, the employees won't get you sizes, you have to go out of the dressing room, find the size you want and line up all over again, very annoying!
