Great products, but disappointing service. I went in for holiday shopping and found a good variety for men and women, but the staff was unhelpful. Specifically, an associate named Re started helping me with sizes but walked away to assist someone else before we were done. Another staff member was equally dismissive. Advice for shoppers: Regular prices are high, so stick to the "We Made Too Much" section online for better value. If you must shop in-person, go on Thursday for the best selection of new arrivals. We had a terrible expedience at th Mississauga square one shop. Went to exchange leggins which were 1 month old, hardly used and started peeling off in first wash. The manager said she can not exchange or return for the damaged product. When asked why, she said it is as per quality promise policy which she refused to explain. Then she humiliated and insulted us by asking us to leave the store. We don't know what is her name, she lacked in basic manners and decency. Extremely arrogant and should be fired immediately, she is the biggest reason why this particular shop must be losing customers. This store manager is looting people's hard earned money read more

I have an up & down relationship with Lululemon. I'll find myself trying to use other brands because the prices of Lululemon drives me crazy. Do I want to spend $65 for a simple tank top? uh ... I try not to but after trying many other places, I do find myself coming back. The Square One location is in one of the hallways that intersect towards the luxury hallway. It's a very big store with both men & women. The wooden design on the outside is a really eye catching detail in an otherwise neon lit hallway. I have to admit they always staff it well here. Friendly & easy to find help ... that is never an issue. What the issue is trying to walk out with a bag that is less than $100 for 2 items... which is impossible. Maybe it's cause everyone actually does yoga but there is a chill vibe here. There's no pressure to buy anything. As for the clothes, it is flattering and it fits well. I've never had an issue with my tank tops or tops splitting or see through. Now if only I can find items during the sales, then i might be happier but for now, I'm throwing $60+ for a simple but nice looking tank. read more

Purchased a pair of leggings and a tank top in store through their online service. Sales rep wrote down an incorrect email address for me. I went back to store to see if the order had arrived. They had no record of it. Suggested that I contact the customer service center. I have spoken to 3 different representatives over the course of 1 month. Each agrees that the order was somehow lost and I should be refunded...but I have never actually received the refund yet. I am now very frustrated and on the phone with a rep again. Each phone call has lasted more than 1/2 hour of my time. read more

Customer service: I find that with this location it's a hit or miss. Most of the time the educators ignore me or if they do say hello it's not genuine and it's when I'm on my way out of the store. They see me walking around but do not approach me so I hate coming into the store. I'm willing to buy regular price items but their attitudes deter me. There is one employee who works there (Mark) who is so nice and makes up for most of them. I came to pick up my items that I had hemmed and he went above and beyond to find them for me and when I came back he remembered my name. Selection: For the most part it's pretty decent. I've found most of the stuff that I'be needed. I have also gotten some pretty good deals on markdowns that weren't found in other ones. Environment: I like the organization and layout of the store. Not too sterile like some other Lululemons. Because it isn't too big, it maintains some warmth. Overall, I'd come back just because I hate shopping online. However, I'm just not going to expect good customer service (except for Mark). read more

When life gives you lemons. . . create a store. Okay wow. So I never thought I would say this but my gf bought me shorts and a shirt from here and I like them better than Under Armour! Yup. . . I know that doesn't sound very "manly" of me because Lulu Lemon doesn't sound nearly as badass as Under Armour but I found that after working out, my shirt from Lulu smelt less than my shirt from Under Armour. Apparently they use some sort of silver lining technology that helps keep the stench away (which trust me, I need lol). This location specifically has really good service. The staff are super nice and always smiling. I like how they write your name on the change room doors and call you by name. Really makes the service seem more personalized. The male section of the store is only one fifth the size of the female section but I noticed it's been slowly expanding. If you have a gift card, most stores will give you the change back in cash if it is less than $5, but Lulu Lemon doesn't do that. So now I am holding onto my girl's Lulu Lemon gift card which only has $2 on it. Lol it's kind of annoying because it's taking up space but there's now way I could ever throw out money. I still love my Under Armour, but Lulu is a very strong competitor. read more

This Lulu has great merchandise. There are always new items here and always new things I want to buy. The staff is helpful, they have a great selection of clothes for men and women. It's bad for my wallet every time I go in here. The staff is helpful, the new location in Square One (across from Victoria's Secret) is spacious and beautiful. There are only 2 chairs in the change room so be prepared to stand if you're waiting for someone. It's quite busy on weekends but the line for the change room never takes long. All in all I really love this Lululemon store. They've got everything I need... and don't need, haha! read more

I have a love/hate relationship with lululemon. I love the products and I hate the prices. The product is of a lesser quality than it was several years ago, but still great stuff. They really do have the most comfortable and nice-looking workout gear. The store is ultimately directed at yogis and runners, though all fitness lovers can find something they like. The store is clean, well-organized and has friendly staff who are always willing to help you find what you're looking for, get you the right sizes, etc. They also do free hemming if the pants are too long! The clothes (for the most part) have silver lining technology, which helps with the sweaty smell - something I haven't found in any other brand. They also have significantly more variety. The only real downside is the prices. This store is EXPENSIVE! That's the only reason I don't live in lulu gear. read more

I came here to stock up on some pants. They had the newest items in stock but their overall collection seemed quite limited. I came in looking to buy a few pairs, but the guy stocking the pants called me indecisive while I was looking for my third pair. So while I wanted to buy more, I just stopped and left with 2 pairs. This same guy got me the new release crops from the back in my size but they looked stepped on... Seriously? I bought them, but he could have been more considerate... I also asked if there were any crops with pockets and he said no. I went online to find new release crops with pockets. Nice...! The owner (blonde lady) was very helpful and friendly. Sadly, she was helping out in front so I was stuck with this guy. read more

Very impressed with the service. Was looking for a specific product and the sales associate went out of her way to not only look in the back but provide me with a number that would tell me which stores carried the product. Unfortunately, she was unable to look on their computer system to tell me directly as this location does not have that feature. Sounds simple but seriously, several other locations did not provide the same service. Wished I caught her name to sing her praises...she's a gem! read more
