NOTHING was left plugged in, all these guys had to do was pull the power bar out from the wall!!! EASY RIGHT! BUT NOOOOOOOO they had to un plug everything. NOW I have to wait 5 FIVE days for cogeco to come and plug everything back in. I tried with Cogeco over the phone but didnt work. I went into the store to complain but the person who sold me a few thousand dollars didnt care and was kind of rude. She said " Thats why we tell people to un plug their own things" BTW she never told me that. She asked "Who was the sales person" I said You! I just dont like how she responded and not showing much interest now everything was paid in full. If you want a nice sales person DO NOT go to Floors Plus More. Because of this place I will not have cable for 5 days. Cogeco said a cord must be damaged for nothing to work.

They were well aware that the purchase was made on my behalf (in fact, Mrs. Urquart is the one who said to me, how is the colour? do you like it?) but only offered a credit instead of the returned fee.
