Hate this store (and this brand) and avoid it at all costs. The lines are always long and there's way too many people in the store. It's got a very frenetic energy. Not very yoga like at all. The store was great. They had a lot of good clothes and great running shorts for my sons. They have one of each item and it probably isn't in your size. Customer service was really good. I liked how they gave a tote bag with every purchase. Much nicer clothes then athleta. read more

Wow, hilarious how I had the same experience as Laurey T. I am between a size 2/4 in lululemon and I frequent their Westport location. Better parking than Greenwich, easier to get to, etc. It's usually a hit or miss with either locations as far as products and customer service. Well I went in there recently to grab these wunder unders, because lets be real those are the only great thing they produce (who is really wearing those booty shorts to yoga or the gym? They are basically underwear and I don't want to see anyones ass checks TYVM), besides the occasional jacket or two. Didn't have my size (of course). So the saleswoman asks if I need help and I said "Yes, can you please check the Greenwich location to see if they have these in my size?" Jots down the number and says "Here you go, you can call them". Excuse me? You must be kidding. You expect a CUSTOMER to call another location of YOUR store to find something that you don't have in stock? What a joke. Are you that lazy and incompetent that you can't spend two minutes of your precious yoga pants folding time to call and see what they have? These people are absolutely USELESS and pretentious. Maybe they don't get paid a lot. Do they get extra money if they fold yoga pants all day instead of making one phone call? But I mean come on.. that is just absolutely pathetic. Why hasn't anyone replicated their wunder unders yet? I would gladly give my money to a business that actually treats their customers well and manages to have shit in stock instead of Lululemon who has become a bunch of pretentious twats. These people make it seem like you are being given a privilege to wear their overpriced yoga clothes. Maybe Lulu should offer valet parking. Keep in mind that 3/4 of the people that shop here don't even do yoga. It's like the mom uniform in Fairfield County now. Love the products BUT did you know that if you buy a sale item YOU CANNOT RETURN IT OR GET STORE CREDIT? Nope. Bought a shirt online and tried to return it with tags on, with a receipt and 3 days after receiving it in the mail, and was told because it was on sale I could not return it or get store credit. as much as I love shopping Lulu, I wish they actually stocked sizes! It seems to be an issue for everyone I know! Size 0-10... They never seem to have what we're looking for or need. I stopped in here one day after an actual real yoga class, not just you know, casually sipping green juice in my yoga pants after a pedicure, and for all of the Lululemon hype about HOW MUCH THEY CAAAAAAAARE about the "community" and their "practice" and "runs", the people stationed all over the store couldn't even be bothered to look up and greet me. Or ask if I needed help as I picked through the goods. I needed a sports bra, but I also knew I wasn't going to walk out with just one item, if I found stuff I liked. The people that work here? Could not have given less of an ounce of a crap. The experience was such a turn-off. Maybe I'll try the Greenwich store, as others have mentioned it's better. read more

Fantastic customer service. I have never bought or worn Lululemon, and am not in shape. I've decided to get serious about getting fit and stopped in to see what they had that would work for barre classes. Wow - someone helped from start to finish, making me feel very comfortable even though I'm probably not their typical customer. I had help figuring out my size, sensitive and honest input as to what I needed, as well as what looked good. Plus they offer free hemming so I know that the length on pants would be perfect. No tripping or wearing floods in a class! I left feeling confident, and actually excited to start my new exercise program. Can't say I've ever had that experience before! read more

I am an avid runner and get all of my clothes from lulu.. had a not so great experience at the Danbury location, but came to the Westport location and had a much better experience. The staff is friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. They stand by their products and their customers. read more

I love this particular lululemon store! Today was my first time at the Westport location. The ENTIRE staff was very friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable about the products in the store. Unlike other lululemon stores I have visited in the past. Casey, I believe that's how her name is spelled, was very helpful with different sizing options and styles! I am so happy with today's purchase. I will definitely be shopping at the Westport location for my Lulu needs! read more

Not your typical size 2, 4, 6, or 8 however, back in January i was determined to drop quite a few sizes. My son gave me a gift card for Lulu Lemon to help motivate me and recommended I buy some of their clothing. A little nervous I ventured into the Westport store clearly, not feeling as fit as most of the women in the store. The staff could not have been more helpful and never made me fell as if I should not be shopping there. Finally, here I am in June after a weight war at the school I teach in I came out the winner with a few hundred dollars in my pocket. NO doubt in my mind I will be shopping for a "smaller" size at Lulu Lemon thanks to the wonderful experience I had back in the winter. I just hope the same people are there!!!!! read more

My wife and I echo the other reviews of experiences shoppers have had with the rude staff. We arrived at the store at 4:45 p.m. (store hours posted online and on the door said 6:00 p.m. closing). There was a line due to COVID number restrictions, so we waited in line. At 5:05 p.m. a staff member told the people outside that the store closed at 5:00 p.m. because they were understaffed. Many people in the line were frustrated that they had just waited a half hour and weren't notified by the early closing. The staff member was snooty and without showing any sympathy told the crowd that since they were understaffed the store was closing early "for the health and safety for its employees". Since it was a Saturday evening, it is clear that the staff wanted to get out early and used COVID as an excuse to do so - poor form! When people in line asked why a staff member didn't give everyone a heads' up so we didn't wait in line for a closed store, the staff member had another terse retort. We walked down the street to Athleta where the staff was overly helpful and accommodating. Too bad because the store has such nice clothing. read more

While I love Lululemon work out wear and wear nothing but the customer service in this store is unacceptable. They could learn a thing or two about customer service from Nordstrom. Today, when I asked a salesperson if they could call the Greenwich location to inquire about a size that they didn't have you know what she did? She jotted down the Greenwich number and told me to call. Seriously? I was the only customer in the store and she couldn't call for me? First, the great news: I am only an 8 in Lululemon bottoms, whereas I take a 10-12 in pants. And they're just as flattering as they're rumored to be. Second, the staff here was phenomenal: greeted me at the door, took my mission to find a pant I could use for yoga AND running (no zip pocket on the lumbar area) seriously and worked together to find me the absolute BEST option, bringing pant after pant to me in the dressing room. Three educators chipped in on this effort, and the result was...the Full-on Luon Will pant, which bunches up at the ankles in a very appealing way. read more

One of the friendlier Lululemon stores in CT and hands down the friendliest store in all of Westport. I went today and it was packed full! The energy in this store was awesome. I recognized Sherry from the Danbury store and she was friendly and helpful. Lee was also fabulous and complimented me. The gentleman at the register was very friendly- I didn't catch his name.
