The new location at: 2000 N Rock Rd Wichita, KS 67206 Customer service was absolutely horrible. Colton,(employee), was working the dressing room and is terrible with customer service. He did not hit any standard of a lululemon employee. I was very polite and still, I had to ask multiple times for items and was not checked up on, not even once. The blonde lady working the register, seemed to be the manager; when I told her my dissatisfaction with the service her response was "that's just Colton" and laughed instead of providing a "how can we fix this?" question. Overall, never coming to shop here again and will advise my colleagues and peers not to as well. What a pity the new store isn't as good as the old one. read more

I love almost everything I get from LuLu so it's super nice that we finally have our own local store in town. Located next to Whole Foods makes it even more convenient. I like how the store is small, simple l, and basically had whatever I need each time. If not the staff is always ready to help and knows their own personal website pretty well also. You can order in store and have it shipped to your home, always free shipping. If you don't want to return it to the store you can easily return online as well, free shipping. Their quality is great and long lasting. Everything is well made to last for a long time. Their staff does a great job making suggestions also. They also do a great job promoting locally! read more

The corporate headquarters are very generous is giving a military discount and other lulu stores have been very gracious in supporting this. The Wichita store has been less than gracious in supporting this discount and have embarrassed our family when we have requested it with proper identification. I never again want to go through the embarrassment they created. The military discount is one of the nicest discounts a company can offer and we are always so grateful when it is offered but so many times the employees don't believe in the discount and take it personally when we ask if they offer it unfortunately. read more

Wichita finally has a lululemon! This is a showroom which means hours and selections are limited, but the girls assure me you can ask them to order products you see online to try in store if they don't have it. The customer service is superb and friendly here. It does take longer to get your pants hemmed here compared to my usual stores in LA (aka one week or longer), but it's Wichita. :/ The ladies here really take their time to make sure that you're satisfied with your hemming. I'm super stoked about my Align pants and can't thank the girls who recommended them to me in store. They do have free yoga classes like other lulu; just check their Facebook page for updates. Their sales rack is all the way in the back next to the dressing rooms, and they have plenty of selections for a tiny space. It does seem a little claustrophobic but it doesn't bother me too much. I never thought Lulu had men's clothing. At first I thought it was just another place to buy expensive work out clothing. I have learned that they provide great quality product and I keep returning for more. I have a handful of their work out shorts and like how they have multiple pockets and very economical. I recently also bought a shirt from there, kinda pricy, but well worth it. After you own about 5-6 items from here you will see you really don't have to replace them just continue to add to your collection because the items are made with quality. They do offer free alterations if needed and if something falls apart take it in they will take care of you. I had a pair of shorts that were commonly known for shrinking after 1 wash and they replaced it instantly! Really good customer service and good quality items. read more

Today was my first experience with Lululemon and I was very impressed with the exemplary service. I was greeted by Bethany, and Jordan helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Doesn't seem out if the ordinary, right? I typically enter "upscale" stores with a little angst and trepidation- simply because of the color of my skin and previous experiences I've had where I have literally been ignored. I write not so nice reviews when that happens, so I thought it's equally important, or maybe more important, to express my positive experiences. I felt welcome from the second I entered the store.
