When I reached out to request a full refund due to their massive delay, customer service refused. They claimed that because the item was a "pre-order," their standard 15-day shipping window did not apply, and they would only offer online store credit.To make matters worse, I am expected to pay to mail the package back just to receive credit for a store where I no longer want to shop. Forcing store credit on a customer after a three-month delivery delay is terrible business practice. Buyers beware of their hidden pre-order policies and lack of actual refund options.

I could have sworn she rolled her eyes in her head and I politely said that I would be back...no need to worry. She just grabbed it and said "Name?" wow....someone's got the Monday blues.
