This Lululemon outlet store is without a doubt the BIGGEST one I have been to. It's filled with racks upon racks of deals! They had a double-sided yoga mat for $39, which I should have bought, and now regret that I didn't. =( They have a small shoe selection as well as accessories like hair ties, hats, and water bottles. I would say a majority of their inventory is for women, but they also have a fair share of men's items. The prices are significantly lower than what you'll find in a regular Lulu store, but imo, they're still kinda pricey. I only indulged in a 3-pack of socks because you can always use socks!! I'm particular about mine, so I'll see if these pass my test after a full cardio workout. The store is clean and bright. Employees are friendly, and the cashier guy was very easy on the eyes, lol! I went on black Friday and my experience was so amazing thanks to my new friend Justin!! So basically i went in and i was just looking for boot cut jeans and right when I walked in Justin had a huge smile on his face asked me if I needed help finding anything. And i told him what i wanted to look for and he helped me so much. He basically brought me jeans to the dressing room that were my size and kept on asking me what i liked and what i didn't and i ended up loving 2 pairs thanks to him. This place is located at the Southeast corner of the Tanger Outlets near State Farm Stadium. Anytime you go to these outlets, you need to at least take a look and see what kind of sale is going on and check the clearance racks. Sometimes there is nothing and no deals but often there are some great deals if they have the right sizes. Many times the Small and XXL are on sale so if those can fit then you are looking extra good. Definitely worth a walkthrough. read more

Love this store. It's always stocked up with good options and the staff is always friendly. Remember before you make any judgement that this is an outlet store, and lululemon's outlet always has the same stuff that full retail stores have but when the color or style has ended. So it's not a lesser quality product. There you may find plenty of your size one day and another day there will be none. So have that expectation when you go there. This Lulu lemon outlet is the BEST! I have been to several, along with retail stores all over the country. This particular one ALWAYS takes the cake! It checks a few Very important, required (in my opinion) boxes. Customer service _TOMMY-not sure if he is a mgr -definitely should be! I have ran into him on several visits. He is always the first Lulu employee I see! He has an outstanding personality and knows his product better than anyone I have ever talked to! Unfortunately for him, I always have lots of questions bc I am a picky shopper. I am also usually shopping for other people-ie. My husband who is picky regarding shorts. Of course they offer May styles with different designs. On this last occasion-he helped me pick out several pairs of shorts for my husband. He was so patient and kind. He told me all about the different designs and shorts that would perhaps be a bicyclists choice. Btw-he was SPOT ON! My husband loved all of his shorts and for the particular reasons pointed out to me by Tommy. I think I was in the store for two hours. Tommy continued to help me while also Running around taking care of everyone else! I also need to point out that the entire staff at this store seems to follow in Tommy's footsteps and are also excellent with customer service!! The second requirement is the selection! You would think a busy store/mall would run out of product! NOT THIS LOCATION! It is always stocked FULL-TO THE BRIM! A tad dangerous for my pocketbook-but neverltheless, I love it! It is also a huge perk that the prices are truly outlet prices! In top of these very awesome prices are additional sales! This past week was an extra $10 off of all shorts and skirts. Keep in mind a lot of the shorts were marked down to $29-39. You get $10 off this price. The last necessity for me is a clean, organized store! This one is SUPER CLEAN AND SUPER ORGANIZED! I was surprised by the attitude of the staff. I was surprised because she was grumpy and irritable and her tone was bad. There was a misleading pop and display corner. I pointed it out because the price doubled right after I paid. However, you can't return it, so I think you should have asked before you buy it. They said. I had no choice but to buy it, but when a person who appeared to be the store manager came, she said in an angry tone, ``I can't fix the display because I don't have time.'' It doesn't matter to me. I was disappointed, not because of the money, but because of the rude tone and attitude of the staff. The young staff in the fitting room were very helpful even though they were busy. The large woman at the cash register and the woman who seemed to be the manager were very rude. If possible, please have the amount confirmed at the time of accounting. If something irritates you, it doesn't matter to us. Please do your job. The people who were with me were also angry at the display, which made people mistake it for your attitude. Please say or show the price of each item before stating the total price of the purchase. Just because the price tags and corresponding names for products make sense to the employees doesn't mean it will make sense to customers. I feel I was deceived and had to deal with a disgruntled employee when I questioned the total. But I will never buy Lululemon again. The selection of products is good. read more

This lululemon was very neat and had friendly employees but their selection was so terrible!! Me and 2 friends came here to see what they had hoping to score something good. We are average sized. All the cute options were either size 00,0 or size 16 and up, nothing in the middle:( And items that were our size were so incredibly ugly, the worst patterns on absolutely everything. I tried to be positive and look through everything I could but it was just bad. And I definitely didn't need a parka which they had a ton of. I've been loving this location ever since discovering it last summer! Now I try to hit it up whenever I'm visiting the Phoenix area! They always have fully stocked inventory and I love that it's never packed with customers either. The crowds are the reason why I rarely go to the outlet location at home in Vegas. If you've never been to a lululemon outlet, it's basically like the sale rack at a normal lululemon store...except it's the entire store! However, because of this sizes and styles are often limited. But the prices more than make up for it! They run occassional sales/promos where certain items are even cheaper than what the clearance tag says. If you're lucky enough to catch one of these sales, grab them quick! I definitely wish I could shop here more often! read more

Sizes: There is quite a big selection, but for leggings and shorts, there are very few 4-8 sizes. Shirts and bras had a wider selection. Deals: it's like the WMTM, but there are also special deals on a given day. I got a pair of leggings for $69, but it was a special deal for $49. Even if you don't get one of the special deals, it's nice to be able to explore a wide selection of sale items! read more

Located at the Westgate outlet, I came here to shop for my next race day outfit. Great customer Service here. Someone talked to me as soon as I walked in to explain about the deal they are running and sales staff was friendly and helpful. They were just so nice. They organize based on the size, kids, size 2, 4, 6, 8 and 10. Easy to locate what you want. Selection is not that great, after all, it's an outlet store. Considering additional discount I received, I found some good deals here. I normally buy online but it was nice to be able to try on before making a purchase. read more

I've been a Lulu customer for years. This is the second outlet I have been in. This outlet is very well organized yet has very little inventory. The store is organized by size and anything 8+ is pretty much picked over. The gal behind the counter was friendly (young long black hair) however the changing room employee wasn't too friendly (date 3.28.17) if she was my only employee experience I would have left without buying anything. Since I get a discount as a trainer anyway, the outlet is simply a fun place to visit. Remember Lulu employees, you have a job because of your shoppers! read more

I love LuLuLemon and have no problem paying full price for their clothes. The outlet does not have anything in my size and seems to only carry products that did not sell in store or online. I was in the LuLu Outlet this afternoon and had a great experience. I was helped by Ashleigh and she was super! She recommended different products and was just really sweet. My only complaint is, I wear a size 8 in leggings, and there just never seems to be a lot of inventory in that size, so I usually end up at a regular LuLu store. Who the heck doesn't love lululemon? I shop regularly at lululemon and I introduce all my friends to this brand because the pants are literally life changing. This store is a hit or miss but that's what you expect with an outlet. They sometimes have really great deals and you can score an entire new outfit for the price of one thing at the fully priced store. So, why the 2 stars? I couldn't give them 1 because I love the brand but the customer service here might be the worst I've ever experienced. I tried a jacket on in a mirror and the two girls working the floor almost had a heart attack. Instead of telling me that was against policy (because I totally understand if it is even though I see people doing it all the time) they freaked out to each other, questioned why I would do that, called other people over and made a big scene... once again not saying a word to me. I always have to stop by this store when I come in town. They change the deals everyday that is posted on the board right when you walk in. The Lululemon outlet is always a must for me during any trip to Phoenix. In Los Angeles we don't have any Lulu outlets and most of the Lulu storefronts barely have a clearance rack, but this storefront is a dream. When you walk in, men's clothing is at the front to the right and women's clothing takes up all of the back and the right. You never know what to expect when you get here (I've had days that are both hit and miss), but that's the charm of this place. They usually have special deals that are bigger than others ($29 sweatpants, $39 jackets, etc.) as well as a store-wide deal (additional 15% off everything, extra 25% off all bottoms, etc.) which usually drive my focus. The staff in the dressing rooms is incredibly helpful in terms of giving you feedback if you're shopping alone or making sure you find that perfect outfit! Just one word of warning - there are no returns for purchases at this location so make sure you really want something when you get it! read more

When I saw that they had an outlet store for Lululemon, I was so happy! I've heard so many wonderful things about this brand but when I saw the prices (online), it made me cry. My friends that have the clothing say it's totally worth it. So I wanted to get it out for myself. But with this being an outlet, the prices are lower than what I saw online. When I walked in, I was greeted with a price list. So the prices on the tags were higher than what they had on this list. So I seriously felt like this was a great deal! The store is organized by size and it seemed a little chaotic with all the people. The store is small so you definitely bump into people while looking for a size. I was able to find exactly what I was looking for, but there really wasn't too much of a variety. I could've easily spent more money at this store, but held back being this is my very first Lululemon purchase. I wanted to see if it what I had purchased, lived up the representation. It has so far. When I discovered there was a Lululemon OUTLET at Westgate, I had to make a visit. Like many women, I swear by Lulu clothing. it's expensive, but well-made with a great warranty. When I arrived at the store, several items were listed on sale for the day. Everything was organized by size except for a few racks of leggings, tank tops and sweatshirts at the front. Many of the items can be found in the "We made too much" section of the website, but the daily deals made them even cheaper plus there is the added bonus of trying them on first. I ended up purchasing two pairs of wunder unders, a fleece sweatshirt, and a sports bra for about $150 less than retail and maybe $40 less than if I had purchased on sale online. I'm a happy customer! Like most outlets, you may have to compromise when it comes to colors and patterns. Lots of peach and white - colors a pale, non-skinny girl like myself usually avoids! However, I still found darker colors I liked that fit well. Not to mention, the service was great as usual. I'm happy with my purchase, and looking forward to coming back! read more
