I love buckle so much, seriously they have the best, most attentive customer service, super enthusiastic, and friendly every time I'm here. I always walk out with more jeans than I need and yet I never complain because they last so long! I don't remember the last time I've ever thrown away a pair of Buckle jeans. The best quality and the best look! I just walked out with four new pairs and thanks to Chelsea at the desk, we maximized savings and I am a very happy girl! She even helped me ship a fifth pair as a gift to my best friend. Huge thank you to Alexa who went above and beyond to help find me jeans for any occasion based off of exactly what I told her I was looking for and pointed out several times that I imagine myself is bigger than I actually am lol thanks girlfriend!s! And the store is super conveniently, located across from the food court so easier parking and walking access. read more

Was assisted by McKenna today. Hands down the nicest sales rep I've encountered in awhile. I was on the hunt for a sweatshirt for my friend's bday. McKenna took the time to walk around to try to find the best options. After shopping for a bit, I checked out and hit another store, then came back to buy something else for a coworker. "Your love language is giving, huh?" Then she walked me through each as she checked me out for a second time. She provided both a helpful and informative shopping experience. Haha. Thanks McKenna! Caitlyn the store manager was EXTREMELY helpful!!! I was sent down from the Prescott store due to a little snafu with shipping and needed to urgently find some Affliction shirts for a b-day gift in 2 days, of which had been ordered correctly on Buckles end, but damn Co-vid and FedEx delays... I had to come down here to pick out new shirts to have some in hand for a party for my mom. Caitlyn was fantastic!!!! Angelica the store manager was in contact with her, had everything ready when I got there for me to choose from and made it SOOO EASY!!!! They had a great selection to choose from as well which made things even easier! Even though I'm not from the area, next time I'm down here, I'll absolutely be dropping back in to see Caitlyn and bring the girlfriend in so she can do a little shopping too! SO happy I have rediscovered Buckle! I felt I had aged out of Buckle. I had nowhere cool to turn. I needed help and subscribed to Buckleselect. I now have a stylist that sends me items she has chosen for me at an interval and price I have set. Encouraged by my shipments, I ventured into this store. Mia was SO patient and helpful. Great personal help here. Low pressure. Jeans to fit anyone. I hate clothes shopping, hate the mall. This was a great experience. In addition, you can "reserve" clothing using the Buckle App. Staff gather your items and then you are notified when they are ready for pickup. You pay for the items at the store. As good as clothes shopping gets. read more

When it comes to fitting denim over your hips and shaping your butt out the way you need a pair of jeans to do, it's marvelous to have the staff willing to throw you whatever size and style you need while you are ziping and buttoning and turning, and admiring yourself in the mirror of a 5 by 5 dressing room. I give every buckle I've ever been to 5 stars because every time I go into one, the staff drops everything to help me out. And what I like even more, is that the same staff memeber rings you up, so you don't have to try to remember the name of the person helping you. I'm not the biggest fan of the prices of their clothes.. but really, I will wear the crap out of everything I buy from there, so the value pairs well with the price. From my first experience to my last, this store has been consistent, helpful, friendly, and.. expensive. But whatever, I'll go back in a heartbeat.. i think they are getting their shorts in soon.. yay! read more

My wife was recently there and when she came home she immediately started with a story about The Buckle. OVERLY friendly and OVERLY helpful. Meaning way too in your face and pushy. She stated several times that she was there to browse and the employees just started throwing suggestions (not cheap suggestions) at her. And as she was in the changing room more items kept being tossed at her. She walked out. No purchases. Friendly abs helpful is nice. But back off when told to do so. read more

Yeah... its trendy and cliche'. Of course it is... Its The Buckle. BUT... they also have great customer service, and rarely do I come in and NOT find exactly what I was looking for to begin with. Sam is the best (Jeb is out at Clackamas now, I think). I usually call ahead and let Sam shop for me. She grabs whatever I have told her I am looking for, in my size (Or my son, or my daughter... depending on our visit and whats needed) and has a room set up for me when I arrive. I cant tell you how much I love this since I hate to shop... it is the BEST thing ever!! read more

We had gone in there yesterday for my husband to find a new pair of jeans , and we had a very pleasant lady come and help us. She ended up being so nice that we came back today to find myself a pair of jeans by far the best customer service I've ever had inside of clothing store if anybody needs new jeans go see Katrina. Took my son in the store yesterday to buy a birthday outfit he really likes the Rock Revival brand and we spend a great deal of money on that particular brand, as we walked in the store and looked around for about 15 minutes no one came to help no one offered to help in a few people walked past us so I took it offensively because two people that came in behind us was able to get help so it makes me wonder was it the color of my skin or did they not think I had money to buy when I spend a great deal on Rock Revival where they're $190 for a pair of jeans and $110 for some shorts why can't we get help but it was fine we went to Scottsdale Fashion Square and we got all the help in the world so thanks for passing up the sale because we will not be back.... read more

This entire store and all of its employees rock! I have been t ok every Buckle store in Phoenix and Memphis, and the customer service can't be beat! From Bryce to Jeff, Jake and Jessica at the Buckle store in Arrowhead Mall, to all of the other associates that I have encountered, I am thoroughly pleased. My wife Mel S., spends easily up to $3k monthly in Buckle and she has never been happier with any other customer service experience. Yes the jeans are pricey but WE'LL WORTH IT! !! They are confortable, durable and very pleasing on the eyes!!! read more

This store staff & management were horrendous!! I went in with a few things to switch sizes. That's all just get a different size. Char kept trying to get me to purchase other jeans... My items were gifts & I just needed smaller/bigger sizes. Left without anything changed & an hour wasted in my day!! Won't shop there ever again!! read more

This is our (me and my wife) go-to place for jeans and they have great fitted shirts too, very casual. Don't expect to spend less than $100 on jeans but you will look good in them. They do have a store line brand called BKE that are little less costly and still look good....Levi's don't have a chance here so don't bother wearing them into the store. The place is pretty large with a good selection. Service is the best I have ever seen, we always get great help and always buy more than we planned on and even buy things that we would never try on unless the salesperson pushed it on me. I should start calling this place "Costco" since I cant walk in without spending at least $300 and a few trips with my wife cost me much more. I actually stayed away for about a year before going back last week. Service and selection has not changed, the salesperson always walks around the counter to hand you your bag and shake your hand. read more

I absolutely loved this store in Glendale. The Buckle store where I live, (Alderwood Mall WA) has horrible customer service. The girls that work there are super stuck up, they almost treat you like crap if you don't have a fake tan, bleached blonde hair... I have gotten to the point that I will NEVER return to the Buckle at my mall. While being on vacation in Glendale, I went to the one at Arrowhead Towne Ctr. Great customer service, the staff were super kind, welcoming and they really tried to talk to us, asking us where we were from and all that. My husband and myself were very pleased with how they treated us, considering how much we hate going to our store. I will never forget the great experience that the Glendale Buckle gave us. If I could, I would ONLY shop at this store. Thank you to the couple of guys that helped me find my awesome jeans. Thank you for not treating us like crap and like we were just another wallet to be opened at your store. read more

i really do love this store the staff is always super nice and i always have a great shopping experience even if i don't purchase anything that day i always know i'll walk in there and get treated with smiles and courtesy. i love all the clothes here, yes it may be a little steep on some things to some people but the quality is so worth it even their "lounge" wear is great. hands down will shop here everytime i go to arrowhead! read more
