This review is for the customer service. I was visiting from out of state and noticed they had a sale. Even though the store was crowded, everything was organized and I was asked by every employee if I needed help. Once back at my hotel that night I realized my diamond pendant necklace was missing from my neck. I was panicking because I had visited a gazillion places that day across the state and had no idea where I had lost it. I called this store and yes an amazing employee had found it on the fitting room floor and they had it. So thankful for their honesty and professionalism. Not so many items to select. My husband and I stopped by when we were on the way back from Antelope Canyon. The day we came was on Thanksgiving sale but the store didn't have many items like we expected. I guess it is either a hit or a miss when it comes to outlet. A few weeks ago I Googled "Lululemon Outlets" on a whim to see where the few chosen locations in the country were. I figured my best bet to catch one would be on a future road trip out to California or something. Imagine my immediate HEART ATTACK when I saw Lululemon Westgate "opening soon"...WHAT! You better believe I hauled my cookies way out yonder to check out the location. There's not many things that prompt me to drive 40 minutes to Glendale, but yes, the Lulu outlet is definitely one of them. I love that it's organized by size. Makes hunting down your styles super easy. I've read a few people on their Facebook complaining about the selection of shorts, but I thought they easily made up for it in the pants section, at least in the 6 and 8 sections I fall into. Employees were super friendly as usual. If anything, I'd say the store went a little overboard in stocking outerwear, but I'm sure they can't pick and choose what they receive from HQ's "We Made Too Much." Not necessarily a huge need in the Valley, but I can see how this would be an insane find for people visiting from colder climates. I walked out with a pair of full-length Wunder Unders and two tanks for about $60 less than I've paid for at a regular Lulu. Absolutely worth the trek! Yay! read more

I'm a fan of lululemon by my friends crazy spending and amazing workout clothing.. she got me hooked. When I heard this was opening here in phoenix I almost freaked out, almost. I went on opening day and waited in line and walked out with a couple great pieces. Now I go often and every day they have a couple of items on flash sale for that day. Not everything and not every time I walk in is a great experience. Some days the clothes that are on promo for that day are amazing and just what I want and for a GREAT DEAL! other days I am not greeted or told of the promos happening. My last experience It was group of guys working the front of the store and the cashier, they looked at me and didn't greet me or explain the promos. When I walked up to the cashier he didn't talk to me or ask if I found everything ok. He was too involved in his conversation with the co worker up front with him (non work related) and gave me bag as he was continuing to have his conversation! I walked out not wanting to go back for awhile! read more

I stopped here on the way home from the zoo hoping for some bargains but truth be told, you'll do better price wise on the clearance racks at a regular retail Lululemon store or on line in the "We Made Too Much" section. For example, they had a white pacesetter running skirt for $49. I bought mine on clearance at the Chandler mall for $39 and it's currently on sale on line for $34. They did have a large quantity of sales items, the whole store is sales items and the store is divided into sizes so that's handy but prices were more than I expected. read more

LOVE this outlet the people working are always so sweet to me and super helpful I've come twice in one week this week and I do I have to say you can find great deals like the skirt I've been eyeing for months in the regular stores for only $29! Although they have cute items there isn't much when it comes to pants, leggings or sports bras especially in size 4 & 6 could be inventory or could just be picked over! Overall I've had great success at this store and will keep going back. Employees are amazing! read more

They have a TON of stuff here, but I am pretty picky about my workout clothes here so it is kind of a hit or miss. They sort everything by size so that's really great because there's nothing worse than finding something you like only to find out they don't have it in your size! I wouldn't suggest making the trip to Westgate just for this store because it's nothing to write home about. If you're looking for a bargain, this isn't the place for you. It's great if you were going to buy stuff anyway, but not the kind of "buy it just because it's a great deal" store. You'll find some of the same stuff that is on sale at the actual Lululemon stores and for the same prices as you would find it on sale at those stores. I've found a couple of things here but I would rather go to the stores and spend say $98 on pants instead of paying $79 for something I wouldn't normally buy. If you're not too picky about the different styles then this may be a great place for you and sometimes you can find great stuff but I've just found that the things that they have a lot of are here for a reason. read more

I drove 45 minutes to come to this outlet to find out there was a 2.5 hour wait. I am only one person. I saw consistent people coming out of the store and they were only 20 ahead of me. Waitied an hour and she still told me there were 23 people ahead of me still I saw every time I checked at least eight or nine people walk out. I understand the times have changed. We arrived 10 minutes before the store opened. There were 5 individuals or groups in front of us. Only two groups were allowed inside. We were put on a waitlist and told we would be contacted when there was space in the store. Unfortunately, there is no limit on the time each individual or group can spend in the store. The line didn't move at all in the 30 minutes we waited. Seems like there can be a better system, like limiting time spent in the store or opening earlier since the demand is clearly there. read more

It's really sad and pathetic that this store has a giant sign on their door that said they don't discriminate or hate but have staff that does the opposite. First time in this store and the moment I walked in, I was profiled and caught one of the workers talking into her shirt and staring directly at me. To add more insult, I was followed around the store by multiple employees and stared down on. The store had multiple customers but I noticed I was the only one being followed and borderline harassed while everyone else was left alone to browse and shop at their own leisure. Of course those customers who were left alone were white women, kids and males and I was the only Asian person in the store. Lululemon and their store managers need to do a better job especially in today's climate where POC are being heavily discriminated against. I will not be returning because of how I was treated in this store by their workers. read more

I'm not sure that I could dislike this store any more than I do. The employees are completely self absorbed, no greeting or assistance whatsoever. Walked in one day to grab two sports bras, thought they were my usual style but didn't realize until I got home that they were not exactly the same and didn't fit at all. Took them back (with receipt and tags attached) only to be told that the store does not do any exchanges or returns whatsoever. What? Are you kidding me?? The selection is weak, and of course there's no way I can even consider buying gifts there because of the return policy. Prices are not that great anyway so in the future I will be sure to just spend the extra 20 bucks on retail pricing and drive across town to the real store. read more

The prices aren't super discounted compared to surrounding stores but you can still get some good deals! They had super cute clothes unfortunately very few options for sizes 2-6 which I believe are the most common :/ and you can't just order them online in your size and get the same price. I did pick out 3 pairs of leggings and 2 sports bras and it came out to a little under $300 but still around $100 cheaper than retail!!! read more

Service was fine, the girls were sweet and checked in with me frequently- I really just wasn't impressed with the selection. The prices weren't very reduced (which I honestly kind of expected) but my real issue was that there weren't many options for tights/bottoms. Of what they did have, most of the prints were pretty loud and not very cute. Found some great buys!!! Well laid out and sorted clearly by size! The team was nice and not pushy!

I came here the first part of August and found some great bottoms and tops. Store was very busy, tons of help and best of all they did a flash sale, 3 bottoms for $100!! Today I came and it was horrible from beginning to end. To start, there was a football game but other than traffic I really didn't think parking would be an issue. They tried to charge me $10 to park which I flat out refused to pay, even after I was told it could go towards my purchase. I parked for free. Upon entering the store I was greeted and told where the sale items were. I went to the racks where the pants were. Not only were they very ugly (outlet store) they were all priced at $89 or more. Seriously not much less than going to the normal stores and getting great merchandise. The help wasn't any better. In the back they were dancing and all the others were having private conversations. Oh and did I mention that I was the only one in the store. It was pretty pitiful. I'm not real sure if I'll ever be back. read more

I was very excited to hear that there was a Lululemon outlet on the other side of town. I made my journey all the way from fountain Hills just to score some Lululemon clothes. When I walked into the store it was very organized and employees were very helpful. However once I started looking around the prices were the same as any other store. I was very disappointed. Most items were only $10-$15 off. I saw a basic button up shirt I liked but it was $89!! And the shorts I wanted...$69! I guess I was expecting better "outlet" prices. read more

This store is well worth the drive from Gilbert. While I love Lulu, I haven't always been met with the same friendliness at all nearby locations. This one, however, is delightful. The prices are very reasonable and I look forward to many more day trips to Glendale. read more

I was so excited to go to a Lululemon outlet! I love their clothes, despite the price tags. I read many reviews and I feel like a trip to the outlet is a hit or miss. They only run flash sales sometimes, and the selection is just ok. The popular sizes are mostly picked out of the really cute stuff. The staff on the other hand was very interactive and nice! Very helpful overall. I left with two tank tops and found a jacket! Overall it was good. The prices were only lowered by about $12-$15 bucks for the tank tops. If you're in the area I say it's worth a stop. read more

Friend and I visited 1 week following the grand opening to experience our 1st lulu outlet. I expected to mostly see non-popular items from website's "we made too much" section. I was mostly correct. I liked how they divided sizes around the store. Of course the more appealing items were in size 2 section versus in demand sizes 4 & 6. Popular running items (e.g. speed shorts) and airy tanks were not present among the large amounts of jackets and 'what was Lululemon thinking' pants and dresses. Like any LLL store, the staff were very friendly. While my friend scored a few nice AZ winter appropriate items, I was happy to find 1 wunder under leggings that I eyed last fall/winter. We visited from Tucson and though I would not visit during every Phoenix trip, I'd definitely return when I have extra time to cruise through the racks. Being in the popular size range, I often have to buy my 'must-have' item early before it sells out (or ends up on eBay for a ridiculous price). read more

Nice store and friendly staff. I wish there were more items in my size though. It is nice to have another option instead of having to check the retail stores sale rack daily.
