Lululemon is both a holy grail and a curse to my existence. I'm a size 12/14 woman, and while I know I'm not the 'ideal' size for the brand and their market, I enjoy quality and luxury athleisure as much as my size 2 counterpart. Shopping at this store is always hit or miss - either I have to beg for service, or the staff is overly helpful and won't leave me alone to browse. I seldom see the same staff (which tells me they may have high turnover - or maybe I just don't have consistent shopping times), and I'm spoiled in other stores at this price point with really exceptional customer service. I'll just say I'd like to see better and more consistent standards of service in this store. read more

I'm usually acknowledged when I walk into Lululemon. They're always helpful and smiley. I don't always buy something in here, but it gives me an idea of which pieces I need to invest in. They're pricey but it's worth it. The material is light and breathable. There are lots of options of pieces and I love that they use subdued colors. I don't really wear bright exercise gear. Another perk is that they always design their clothes in such a way that there is somewhere to store your key if you go walking, running, etc. Not every exercise brand is like this. I would recommend checking reviews though. Not every piece is quality. They come out with new products every week but it doesn't mean it's always good. Still, if you see something here that's been around for quite some time I would trust that it's worth a purchase. read more

I shouldn't blame anyone else for dropping $100 plus on tights for my daughters but they do say they stand by their product. Well they don't so don't rely on that if their product fails from expected use. The staff I encountered could have been racist so maybe we didn't get the rIght answer when my daughter tried to return a pair with a hole at the seam. It wasn't a threaded seam but an adhesive seam and we were told that because it was an adhesive seam they would not replace. A seam is a seam or am i stupid. Yeah I'm stupid for buying way over priced exercise clothing. Usually higher price means good quality good customer service, not in this case. Lulu Lemon the worst. If you want to spend 4 times the amount for fitness clothing that isn't any better in quality and service, have at it. Never setting foot in this place again. read more

My husband and I were going into LuLu Lemon to see a retail specialist who helped my husband pick out my clothes for Christmas he purchased me to tell her thank you for the outfits! We were excited to find her and asked a woman (not busy; older white lady with black hair) if the person was there and in a rude and loud way she said, "we can't give you that information." And left us there awkwardly. The way she stated that was as if we had no business being there and said it in the most unnecessary and unwelcoming way possible. Even the people shopping heard her and were off put by her response. It's been an annual thing for him to purchase outfits for me during this season but I think moving forward we will go to a different brand such as Alo. My husband thinks we were being profiled (I am white and he is black) but either way we refuse to give this brand anymore money after being treated that way. read more

I live an active lifestyle and appreciate fashionable, quality workout clothing. Great workout apparel is equal parts motivation, style, and necessity when you're keeping moving. Lululemon Athletica wear delivers beautifully on all those three areas, and provides high-performance activewear that keeps me happy, whether I'm huffing uphill on a run or seeking peace with the "Om!" of a yoga workout. I must admit, I was partial to the old showroom on Massie Ave. Located in a small blue house, it had some of Lulu's best-selling items in an inviting atmosphere. Like all Lulu locations, it also offered weekly yoga classes on Saturday mornings that were free and open to the public, as well as sponsoring events throughout the community to encourage people to be active. The new store in Oxmoor opened today, and I just had to sneak by to see what all the buzz was about. Located in the Von Maur wing, it has a rustic facade that mimics wooden beams, with only the signature red and white stylized "A" announcing its presence. Inside, the place feels spacious, with high ceilings, and posters of local yoga and fitness instructors decorating the walls (and -- again -- motivation for me to get outside and get my rear in gear). As expected, there is a much larger selection of their athletic wear than was at the old location, and their signature ladies' yoga/running pants are conveniently located just adjacent to the dressing rooms. There was also a decent-sized area with men's athletic clothing, located just inside the entrance and to the right. In true Lulu energizing form, the music was upbeat (techno-ish when I was in there today), the store was perfectly organized, with hand-written signs describing which items were which in a white on black chalkboard style. Just to the left of the registers, there is a bulletin board with names and locations of local yoga and athletic studios, for those needing ideas of new ways to shake up their workout regimen. I jotted down a few ideas myself as a way to beat the winter doldrums that are approaching. Had an amazing experience at lululemon today. Took my husband in to get some new pants. He hates shopping and is super picky about what he buys. Q helped us pick out some pants and answered all the questions my husband had. Q made him feel comfortable and confident in the value. We were able to find the right fit but they didn't have the color he wanted in stock. Once again, Q came to the rescue and ordered what we needed online. I usually cannot get my husband to go into lululemon but thanks to the great service today, he got pants and a shirt! Thanks so much!!! read more

So far so good online. So far I've bought 4 shirts, 5 pairs of shorts, and 3 pairs of socks. My only complaint about the socks is that I wear a 10 and the L/XL pair I bought seem a little big. The M/L sizing is not accurate. They offer a 25% military discount as well so that's a plus. I wish they would have opened for Memorial Day weekend to welcome some much needed revenue. Update: Glad they are finally open. You will not be disappointed. I am greeted and taken care of each time I go in the store. FYI the large towel makes a good bath towel for the gym. read more

The quality of their pants are amazing! I came in as a virgin Lululemon shopper, looking for a pair of black yoga pants for my 13yr old daughter. The sales team were amazing! They went over the different styles, fit, and colors available. They also offer free hemming for customers who purchase pants that are to long. I never understood the craze behind these yoga pants until our in store visit. We will definitely be back!!! read more

I absolutely love your store and products, however I received a package of underwear for Christmas as a gift the Salesperson even gave the gift-giver a "gift receipt" and told them I could return them if I needed too!! Well apparently I can't.. Even though I have never opened them or taken them out of the box and I have a gift receipt I'm stuck with this product! It wouldn't have been so bad but Your staff was brutally rude like I was trying to do something wrong! I've spent thousands of dollars with your company between my daughters and my purchases and to be treated like crap really pissed me off! You really need to work on your customer service, and have your staff learn store policy and not blame the customer for your incompetence! read more

I know what some of you may be thinking...a guy shopping at Lululemon. Don't let the name fool you, their selection of mens athletic clothing's is the best around. While the price is not always friendly to my wallet I have had some shorts and shirts for 4 or 5 years. They make quality clothing that lasts. if it doesn't they are super helpful and always willing to work with you. Great team at this store, very insightful and helpful. If you are a guy that loves working out or just being active do yourself a favor and grab a pair of pace breaker shorts. you won't be disappointed. read more

I was looking for 2 specific Lululemon tops and called the store and spoke w/Rogan who immediately located the tops. He packaged them up and mailed them to me all in the same day. I called back later in the day and got the tracking number from Lauren. Because I live out of state, I wasn't able to go to the store and purchase the tops myself. I was treated like dirt at this store. I would avoid it at all costs. I tried to return a pair of leggings that had given me an allergic reaction and the sales clerk treated me like a delinquent and a crook in front of my 8 year old son and other customers. She also would not address me directly, but spoke about me in front of me to another employee furtively. I left scarred. read more

Love, love, love this place. The people are wonderful, and the clothes are one of a kind. Since Louisville had a showroom first, I can see that the store has so much more.
