The owner picks out every item in the store and she only carries brands that she personally believes in. Everyone that works there is very personable and helpful! If you follow them on social media you will see that they have seasonal sales. This is great because it is impossible to get Darn Tough socks on sale (unless you shop at Nomads)! The shoes I wanted to get my daughter weren't in stock, so they ordered them for me in store to be shipped to my home. They also honor a military discount, which doesn't happen at many places anymore. Another point to bring up is that I was shopping with one of my friends that did want speak English very well, but every employee in the store tried so hard to communicate with him in Spanish.
