They have so a wide variety of selection of shoes and also carry some apparel and other misc selections. I enjoy that it's not a big chain store and staff here are friendly and go out of their way to make sure you get what you're looking for. 5 Stars for super service at a locally-owned running supply (shoes, gear, etc) shop! First thing to note about this Mills 50 runner's paradise is that there's parking behind the building (assuming you aren't incredibly lucky and find on-street parking out front). Once inside, expect someone to approach you to help you almost immediately. Tatiana helped me find new running shoes and cross-trainers after taking a look at my gait and making specific recommendations based on my personal needs. She was supremely helpful and I was in and out in under 15 mins! I am thrilled with my new shoes and can't believe it took me this long to get fitted for appropriate shoes (versus shopping online and crossing my fingers). All that, AND I felt great to keep my money local rather than a big chain! Overall, I'm a BIG fan of Track Shack and will definitely be back when these wear out! read more

The people there are so helpful, and the owners come and go being very in touch with what's going on at the store. We recently went to pick up our racing gear for 5k, and the experience couldn't be easier and seamless. Probably THE place to go for a proper shoe buying experience. I finally needed something substantial due to some challenges I've been facing and I didn't realize how wrong I've been buying shoes. The individual fitting was a great experience, and I learned that I've been purchasing the wrong size shoes. Additionally they take their time to listen to your needs and I was very confident in their advice and knowledge. There was zero sales pressure and they were able to even custom order a shoe to meet the visual need I had. If you've never been to a specialty shoe store, I highly recommend trying them at least once as I'm confident you'll learn a thing or two. Yes, the cost is higher than if you went to the outlets or other places but the quality and shoe brands are not on the same level. I went to Track Shack to measure my feet and find the right fit. From the moment I walked in, their staff was welcoming and friendly. I got someone assigned right away, and the lady measured my feet and did other tests to help me find the right shoes. I tried three pairs of shoes and ran them inside the store to test them out. She had patience and knowledge. I have to say that I would never buy random shoes in a department store. I noticed the big difference between my old and new shows. If you are training or getting into running, I recommend stopping by Track Shack to buy everything you need for your running needs. It's been years since I've been to Track Shack, but I recently got back into running and remembered the shoe consultation they did for me back in the day so I wanted to go back. Signage directs customers to enter thru the rear side of the building, and once inside they have you check in on an iPad, as they had about 4 people working with customers who were all busy. I think I only waited about 5-10 before being helped. Once with an employee, they have you standup with no shoes on, measure your feet and even watch you walk to see what type of arch support you'd need. They ask if you have any brand loyalty, otherwise they bring out several pairs of shoes for you to try on and walk around the store. Finding the right shoe can be overwhelming, so the consultation is great as I would have never found the pair of shoes I bought if it wasn't for them. A ton of different selections to choose from, and while some were out of stock for specific sizes, they ordered them for us to try on at a later time. I was in the market for a pair of trainers and the Track Shack was recommended. After finding parking in the lot across the street and wandering around to the back of the building, I found the entrance. There was a lined, roped off entrance for managing customer traffic and social distancing. Fortunately for me, there was no one in the line. After being let in, I was instructed to head up to the front and sign in. In about 3 minutes, someone came to assist me. I explained that I was looking for trainers. She measured my feet, assessed my gait and then brought forth 3 pairs of trainers to try on. Eventually, I tried on a fourth pair before deciding on the pair that I wanted. The whole experience took about 20 minutes or so. Next was check out. I was informed that I could create an account that would keep track of my purchases. I also was informed of the return policy of 30 days, which I think is very generous. I signed up. My experience here was good and I think that it is very conceivable that I'd return when it's time to replace these trainers. read more

I have had 3 foot surgeries and I highly recommend going to TS for your every day sneakers. Whether you are a runner or not, the staff are excellent at sizing and choosing your shoe for the best fit. My problem is to not have hurt feet when I go. So today I went out bright and early shoe shopping for my husband and Track Shack was amazing! I go there every year and have been happy with how accurate the staff are at pin pointing what each person needs. They fitted him so well but he wanted different colors so they are ordered. Am so convinced that I would not have had all of my feet problems if I had been going here years ago. Go here first, before seeing a Podiatrist!! Or at least mention it to your doctors. read more

We had a fantastic experience at Track Shack! My husband and I were both in need of new shoes for walking/jogging. We wanted to get properly fitted as we are both getting back into running. Supporting a local business was an added bonus. I looked at reviews and decided on the Track Shack. We were greeted immediately upon walking in and after sharing that we needed some shoes, the magic began. The employee that helped us (can't remember her name) asked us questions, measured our feet, had us walk, and dropped major shoe knowledge. She made some great suggestions and brought out 2 pairs each for us to try on. I tried a pair of Brooks and a pair of Hokas. My husband tried a pair of Brooks and a pair of ASICS. After trying both pairs, I decided on the Hokas and my husband went with the Brooks. The store is clean with a large selection of running gear. Checkout was quick and efficient. Track Shack got me in to running. When I moved to Orlando several years back, I decided to try running. Since then, I've participated in countless races and weekly group runs. This place is just what I needed! I workout and walk/run quite a bit but the impact was bothering my knees. I decided to go to Track Shack to get some expert advice on what kind of shoe would be best for me. Aldren greeted me and asked what I was looking for. I told him the issues I had with my knees and feet and mentioned that I had discomfort after a high impact class or when I tried to run. He measured my feet, looked at my foot when I stood and asked me to walk to see what part of my feet I put pressure on. He brought out three different brands of shoes to try on and do a light jog. I immediately knew that the Brooks felt the best and offered the support I needed. I am very impressed with Aldren and the evaluation and suggestions he gave me, including getting a roller to use on my IT band. I'm so glad I found Track Shack! read more

While I've never physically been to Track Shack, I am five stars giddy about this shop and their ability to manage live racing in the midst of pandemic. Just about everything this year has been virtual but they, along with others I'm certain, led the way in providing a decent sized race, and doing so with safety precautions in place. The OUC Orlando Half Marathon was an outstanding event from start to finish. In prep for the race, Track Shack hosted Facebook live presentations so participants could see what safety measures were in place, and what to expect on race day. This included everything from starting line procedure, to on-course hydration, aid station availability, and what the finish line and post-race celebration would look like. The live streams were helpful and engaging. As an out of stater, getting this info ahead of time was particularly useful as I was completely unfamiliar with the area. They also shipped my race packet for $3 bucks. I was impressed with the management of the staggered start, and all of the attention to detail that was part of this race. Came here for the first time & they gave a good size selection of really cool running shoes, Andres helped me out by explaining how they find the right shoe for you and even asked what price range, which I though was cool because I'm not at the point where I want to spend so much on shoes just yet. A lot of cool running Knick knacks, couple of shirts and shorts options, supplements, glasses, socks etc. I ended up buying a cool pair of new balances and I love them!
