This is your typical underwhelming sports bar trying to be too much with too little. Bartenders: service was excellent but not that friendly or even welcoming which is counterproductive. That alone made me want to walk out but I gave it a chance. Facility: strange as the toilet stall was just a shower curtain and the urinal is clearly visible from outside in the bar. Somewhat clean but just weird. wtf! lol Karaoke on Saturday: kj is great but sound is terrible and overpowering with an emphasis on too much bass. Could very well be the acoustics of the bar as plate glass windows are terrible for live music Sound check means check the whole room for sound quality. The karaoke is an afterthought as this is definitely catering to darts and dart leagues. The karaoke is shoved in the corner with absolutely no place to sing as you end dancing and dodging around or competing for a place to sing and stand. The dart players are sometimes seemingly annoyed as they feel the same about the real estate I'm sure. The whole things screams copy from a box store sports bar. Crowd was eclectic but later in the evening the hood rat ex con element shows up and I promptly left. lol Summary: this bar is on my least favorite underwhelming places to consider. To be fair and objective, I would have to go back as it maybe an off night that I went. I suspect this will be consistently underwhelming. Think outside the box not copy a box store bar chain. If you're going to have live music, singing, etc you may want to consider a sound stage, even a small stage is better but a challenge as there is not much room. If smoking doesn't bother you- I highly recommend Lulu's!! The sandwiches are incredible, the Triple Decker BLT or Buffalo Chicken Sandwich makes for a great lunch. Service is fast and accurate. Will definitely keep coming here! read more

Nice place inside. Clean. Went on Sunday Brunch... mistake. Menu is limited. Very fancy and the prices reflect that. I thought it would be a fun sports bar to take the kids to between soccer matches. Wrong. No appetizers available. Limited menu is not for us. Tried to order the basics and even that was not good. Took 40 min to get eggs and bacon. Biscuits and gravy- 2/10. My Mother and I ended up at LuLu's on a Thursday evening for dinner. We wanted pizza. I heard theirs was good. After reading the menu we decided to share a Caesar Salad and a large pepperoni pizza. The Caesar Salad was great except for the chopped tomatoes on it. They just don't belong. The pizza was OK. The way the menu read I was expecting a St. Louis style pizza. What came out looked like a St. Louis style but had a much thicker puffy crust. The crust was crisp but maybe ¾ of an inch thick. The provel and pepperoni were good but slightly out of place on the thicker crust. It wasn't bad just not my favorite. I did not catch our servers name but she was excellent. Extremely attentive and conscientious. We also didn't know smoking is allowed in here. We could have done without the smoking. That would probably cause us to not return. read more

Walked in and I was also surprised they allowed smoking inside. Made it a bit uncomfortable for some since it's not the norm anymore, but not enough to make me leave. The place didn't seem too busy, but the service was slow. Then it appeared that the bartender was the waitress also so it's hard to fault her. She was very friendly and made a good drink! I think service would've been better if she had some help, but she definitely did her best. The food was ok. Ours sat on the window between the kitchen and bar area for a bit so it was a little cold by the time it was served. read more

I can't rate the food since my wife and I never got waited on. I guess you have to be a regular to get service in this bar. We sat for about 10 minutes in a smoke filled restaurant and not one person talked to us. This is the second time this has happened so I guess we will never know about the food since we won't be back. I guess you can survive on regulars and not grow your business. Lulu's has always been somewhere I've wanted to go and this time I've decided to get actual food instead of just drinks. This Lulu's is located off Mid Rivers Mall drive by the community college. It's very visible from the road with bright signage. The inside is a little snug, but enough space to breathe. I really liked the patio outside with some good patio furniture. There's nothing unique that makes this place stand out compared to other sports bars. The service here is what makes this place a decent place to go to. I've never seen this place really crowded, but the servers Ive had here have all been excellent. I ordered and beer and my girlfriend was contemplating what to drink and our server comes out with two samples of beers for her to try. I thought that was big league and something you don't see very often. Now onto the food. I ordered a pizza and some mozzarella sticks. The pizza was cooked to a crisp and came out "warm" and not hot. I wasn't a huge fan of the dough and crust that was used. The crust were like the communion crackers at church. However, the mozzarella sticks were good, but who can screw that up? Overall, the food is nothing to scream to the heavens about. Overall this place didn't really differentiate themselves from the other bar and grills around town. I've still yet to find a bar and grill in the St. Charles county area to knock my socks off. If you want good service, okay food and a typical experience, this is your place. Good food and great staff! We go very weekly for dinner and drinks. Always a good crowd and the bar tenders are attentive.

Absolutely love their fried potato salad. Bartenders are nice too. I do not like that the kitchen closes at 9PM I mean cant you pay a cook for one more hour to stay till 10? Also don't like the smoke inside its disgusting. Smokers belong outside like wild animals. Fried potato salad and pretty good service gave this place 3 stars. Get an extra star when the kitchen is open till 10 like every other place and when you stop letting people smoke. Do not know if this place will ever be 5 stars but right now its 3 read more

My husband and i really enjoyed Lulu's we sat outside with our dog and enjoyed a chef salad, turkey triple club and their fired potato salad. Reasonable prices and great service! We will definitely come back and explore more of the food and drink menu. read more

I have gone there initially with friends to have a few beers and play some darts. I ordered a cheeseburger one night and WOW. It was great.

The food was great! The service was incredibly slow. My boyfriend and I sat outside and the waitress took forever with nearly everything. She never came back for our check even though she already knew we were done. We had to come inside to get it. Other people were receiving their checks outside. I love Lulu's wraps and they make the best cheeseburgers in town! The wait staff is always pleasant and the service is great. They always have a game on one of many large screens. The drinks are yummy and the beer is cold. Check it out when you're in the area. read more

I hosted a Halloween party at this location, and I was not happy at all. First off, the DJ was really rude. There were a few people who put in their song request after me (they have karaoke on Saturday nights) who got to sing before me. My party as close to being over, so I politely asked the DJ (Patrick) where I was on the list, and he replies with, "I got this. I am doing my job." Wow, thanks. Rude. Then, there was one bartender who was really rude. I do not know her name, she was thin and pretty. She was working with Justine that night (Justine was actually nice), she just does not have good customer service. When I asked to place my order, she treated me more like a burden than she did a customer. Toward the end, I went to pay my tab. My tab was all wrong. I bought about 4 shots, me and my boyfriend's meals, and me and mu boyfriend's beverages. There were 3 drinks on there that I never ordered. I figured it was my friend's drinks (I told him I would buy him a couple drinks that night), well my mistake- he was charged for those same drinks that he never ordered. He assumed they were mine. The waitress (who was also that rude bartender) took all our orders without writing anything down. That was HER mistake, because she tried doing all this crap from memory. Obviously, it did not work in her favor. She messed up 3 of my other friends' tabs, as well. One of my friends told me that, when he brought it up to her, she had an attitude. Not our faults she made that mistake. Well, at the end of the night, the DJ (Patrick) posted on my event page for my Halloween party and called us all "assholes" and "fucking class acts" because SOME people in my party didn't tip. Not ALL of us, but SOME of us. (I, of course, tipped. I tipped almost $10 though she did not deserve it). So instead of just privately messaging me talking to me about how some of my friends apparently didn't tip, he calls us ALL "assholes" and "class acts". That is not fair- I tipped. Plus, I can't control what people tip, and if they tip. I am not their mother, I am just a girl trying to host a Halloween party. One of my friends wrote them a bad review on their Facebook, and the manager commented on it and said, "We were doing our jobs. You guys didn't tip. How dare you leave that comment on our Facebook!" and then she deleted my friend's bad review. Plus, if their service was as bad as mine was, I don't blame them for not tipping. I still tipped because I just feel bad if I don't. I used to work the food industry. If my friends got as poor of service as I did, and they didn't tip?- good for them! Although I still had fun at my party, I will do more research on my places prior to hosting events. Don't waste your time and come here for anything, people. The food quality is poor (and their serving sizes are SO not worth the price you pay), their drinks are overprices ($6 for a shot of Jack Daniels??? I could go somewhere else and get it for $3.50-$4), their employees are rude (you may even get called swear words on your Facebook page too!), and their bartenders/servers don't write anything down, so expect your order to be wrong. Basically, just don't go there. I will never go here again. Complete waste of my time and money. read more

Lots of smoke. If your not a smoker don't bother. Walked in waved arms in the smoke turned around. As to the food who cares!!!
