They pulled the growth up from the roots (not just cut it back), layed landscape fabric and then put down mulch. It now looks spectacular- I was thrilled! They also restacked the stone wall were it had collapsed over the years. I was also very impressed with how prompt, polite and especially how hard working they were. They also cleaned up my front garden, which included pulling weeds, pruned my hydrangeas, edging and then topped with mulch- now looks beautiful! The man who came to give the quote about the problem tree also advised regarding safety and health of other trees on the property and ultimately I ended up having them take three trees down. Their pricing seemed affordable to me, scheduling was easy and watching them work was a TREAT. They were like superheroes in their craft. I stayed indoors and watched from the windows stress-free and in awe as they easily took these massive trees down and chipped them up for removal. The men that I dealt with were polite and they cleaned up very well at the end of the day. Recently I recommended them to a neighbor who needed extensive tree work done as well and they were on site from 7am til after 8pm (in the dark!) working hard.
